3、中国文化咨询、传播、交流等服务。自2007年公司成立以来,以专业的师资队伍、可靠的教学质量、热情的服务赢得了学生以及对外汉语教育业内的一致好评。但是,由于学生人群主要是在华商务人士,受工作时间不稳定,经常加班或出差等客观因素限制,很多学生无法在规定时间即最有效的时间段内完成教学进度,甚至有的学生会出现两次课程中间间隔两个月的现象。 本论文作者负责此网络平台项目,并以次设计将以解决因客观因素无法按时参加教学,通过建立一个免费,灵活的网络平台,力图在较短时期内改进服务,改善问题。从而使解决学生的时间冲突。本论文前期通过目标客户的分组问卷调查、SWOT分析法等研究方法找出方向。中期在网络平台建立的过

4、程中,通过项目进度流程表、项目负责人工作日志等形式来检查和保证设计内容得到及时调整和如期完成。后期在推广网络平台阶段,主要采取前后学生参加授课的次数对比来进行评估。经过前期仔细的调查分析及切实可行的设计,中期认真的项目实施和后期客观评估,本论文设计的网络平台得以顺利推广,不但实现了教学方式多样化、教学时间延长化、服务效率快捷化,而且对于学生教学时间的保证从而解决了学生的工作和学习的时间冲突,取得了预期的效果。实践证明,信息社会给教育事业提供了更广阔的平台,与时俱进,不断创新。关键词:网络平台;对外汉语;学生时间冲突;AbstractThis dissertation presents a de

5、tailed report of a project implemented to solve students time conflict in their Chinese study and work. As a mandarin teacher for foreign students I work in Hanbridge mandarin Company, which is a professional mandarin training company with experienced teachers, advanced teaching method and professio

6、nal attitude. However, we still have one big problem that there are many students cannot attend class on schedule because most of our students have a job in China, sometimes they work late or they have a meeting or even a business trip leave for several days, these impersonal reasons make that we ca

7、nnot follow our original schedule and sometimes two classes were apart for two or three months even longer. It is hypothesized that by providing online study system we can give student the online lesson, to those who cannot attend the traditional face-to-face class. A two-month project was launched

8、to design and construct the online system. Scientific research methods of student survey, such as focus group, face-to-face interviews, and SWOT analysis were used in the identification and analysis of the problems. Flowchart, project framework and several other methods were also adopted in the desi

9、gn, implementation and evaluation of the project. With the efforts of all our project members, we achieved our final goal successfully. The time conflict basically is solved by the online system, the attendance level 82 percent up. The results of the project demonstrated that the application of onli

IntroductionI am a mandarin teacher of Shenzhen Hanbridge mandarin Company, which was founded in the autumn of 2007. Hanbridge is a profess

14、ional mandarin training company, well known and acknowledged in mandarin teaching profession. There are many experienced teacher in our company and all of us are trilingual. We have two offices in Nan Shan District, one is in Window of the World, next to Happy Valley, the other one is in Shekou Sea

15、World. Most of the foreigners in Shenzhen live in Nan Shan District, so our two offices are conveniently located for them. With experienced teachers and good location, we attract many students every year. However, the student attendance is not very high. More and more teachers who made complaints fo

16、r the high cancel rate, low attendance. I called 20 students who always cannot attend lesson on schedule and 17 replies were: work overtime, meeting, business trip. In one word: too busy. “Too busy”, it means that there is a time conflict in their study and work. To solve this problem, we have to pr

17、ovide longer service time and a better service are needed which can make sure that even when students are on a business trip, we still can give them lessons when they are available. An online study system which can support teachers from long range giving lessons and students from listening could hel

18、p us solve this problem. Based on this hypothesis that the online study system not only can help teacher serve more hours because teachers also can teach at home after they get off work, but also can support a long range teaching, a two-month project was launched to design and construct the online s

19、ystem from January 1st,2011 to February 28th,2011.A series of activities was planned and carried out, such as getting a previous funding from our company,signing contract with an IT company to design the software, purchasing some computer accessories and getting them installed, getting a website add

20、ress, and so on.Before putting the plan into practice, I also devised some measures to control and manage potential risks. The output of the project was an online study system which could provide convenient and long-hour service to students, an online text book and some online excises. The total cos

21、t of the project was 11,000 Yuan. It included designing software, purchasing computer accessories and etc.In the whole process of this project, I adopted those helpful techniques and methods which John Hilton introduced in his book “Practical Business Project and Proposal (2001)”. Scientific researc

22、h methods of customer survey (student survey), such as focus group, face-to-face interviews, and SWOT analysis were used in the identification and analysis of the problems. Flowchart, project framework and several other methods were also adopted in the design, implementation and evaluation of the pr

23、oject.Within the two months after the online study system finished, the project brought a rapid increase in the student attendance by 83%. Meanwhile the competitiveness of our company was also improved. It hopes to do more in the future. 2. Summary of the preliminary research2.1ProblemThe problem I

24、am facing is that our student cannot attend the classes on schedule because of the conflict in study and work.2.2Problem analysis2.2.1Companys current situationl Financial statusThe financial performance has improved a lot since 2007. The revenue in 2010, at ¥9,000,000, increased by 60% over the 200

25、9 level of ¥5,400,000. In the corresponding period, Profits merely rose by 29%, because many students wouldnt inform us that they would like to cancel the lesson until the present day. It is a waste of our teachers time and also the classroom we left for them. Although tuition fee is paid in advance

26、, but if students do not follow our schedule, this will affect our renewal rate, slow down the circuit of funds etc.l Human resourcesThere are totally 74 qualified staff working in our company and 68 of them are teachers. All teachers have certification for teaching mandarin. l Physical resources, s

27、ocial and political environmentShenzhen Hanbridge mandarin Company was founded in 2007, two offices, one is in Window of the World the other one is in Shekou. At that time there were much fewer mandarin training center than now. Qualified teaching team, well-located and easy access, our company prov

28、ides a highly standardized service and it is well known and acknowledged in mandarin profession in Shenzhen.l PEST analysisChina has a stable political, economic and social environment. The government encourages all citizens to participate in daily exercise. Along with the development of China, Chin

29、ese language is become more and more important, not only in business but also in daily life. Especially for those foreigners who came to China, mandarin is part of their life. Shenzhen, the Special Economic Zone, have its special charm, more and more foreign companies and foreign come here, to speak

30、 mandarin, there is not a moment to lose. To cope with the rapid development of this market our company must take action to solve the problem we are facing and maintain our competitiveness. Otherwise it would be left out of this fiercely competitive market.l Customer profilesThere are mainly two kin

31、ds of students:1) Students who work in ChinaMore than 82% of our students are working in Shenzhen. About 70% of the students companies pay the fee. 2) There is a family member who work in ChinaThese students account for 12% of our students. There are many “couple students” in our company.2.2.2Needs

People living in other cities even abroad may

41、ters in other main city such as Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing, Guangzhou etc. They have the Brand Effect.l There are too many small companies mark the lower price.3.Project Objective and Hypothesis3.1.Project ObjectiveThe problem we are facing is that the attendance level is not very high because some

42、of our students are too busy to attend lessons on schedule, there is a time conflict with their work and study. The goal of my project is that by making an online study system to solve this time conflict problem. The attendance level will rapidly increase by more than 60% through adopting the online

43、 study system.3.2.Project HypothesisAll of our students know how to use computer and internet and each of them has laptop. After our online study system finished, there is reason for a considerable rising in the attendance level. It is hypothesized that the online study system will bring an increase

44、 in attendance level by 60% within two months.4.Project RationaleI read some books and articles on business and technology. Some of them impressed me so much. For example, Chinese former leader Deng Xiaoping stressed the importance of science and technology in economy development in his book “Select

45、ed Works of Deng Xiaoping Vol. (1982-1992)”. Bill Gates, the founder of software giant Microsoft, analyzed the utilization of information technology on business in his writing “The Road Ahead (second edition, 1996)”and “Business The Speed of Thought(1999)”. John Hilton introduced some helpful techniques and methods in the textbook “Practical Business Project and Proposal (2001)”.The rationales on which my project will be based are as follows: Deng Xiaoping (1988) pointed out: “science and technology are a primary productive force.” Afterward, Deng(1992) stressed: “Rapid development of ec
