1、璀璨舞台，掌驭灵感本质2014英菲尼迪重庆车展执行方案 一、车展主题：作为英菲尼迪品牌体验之旅的重要组成部分，英菲尼迪“璀璨舞台，掌驭灵感本质” 2010英菲尼迪重庆车展主要是要通过精心布置的场地上的灯、光、影，搭配英菲尼迪旗下各明星车型的展 示，营造出现代而精美绝伦的感官效果，让现场人车美景显得流光溢彩、美不胜收。加之穿 插于其间的艺术表演等富有创意的互动环节，让重庆豪华车消费者更加直观的感受到英菲尼 迪品牌的艺术特质以及品牌口号“新灵感，心动力”所诠释的深邃内涵 。二、车展时间：2010年1月（具体时间贵公司确定）三、车展地点：重庆大剧院外场平台四、剪彩嘉宾： 贵公司确定五、拟邀媒体：贵公
2、司确定六、活动方案 （一）前期准备 1、 到场嘉宾 市政府有关主管领导、业界知名人士、公司的关系客户、各媒体记者2、 请柬的准备提前印好请柬，非市内来宾请柬要在典礼前10天寄出，本市提前5天发出，部分由公司派专人送达并确认来否回执。（请贵公司确认、确定。）3、 购买或制作一批有意义的礼品。做好活动现场的礼品、礼品袋（可由我公司提前提供样品，由贵公司定稿后我公司统一制作）。一是可以表达对领导的尊敬和谢意；二是可以起到宣传作用和品牌效应。4、 剪彩仪式所需的红花、剪刀、托盘和鲜花5、现场车辆准备（车模、对应资料）6、 其他准备工作提前3天向市气象局获取当日的天气情况资料。落实管辖范围内的保安指挥和
3、负责秩序工作。提前3天落实指挥和负责秩序工作。（二）展前广告发布建议在重庆晨报 、重庆商报、重庆时报相关版面发布整版车展活动平面广告，于活动前1星期投放。在社区网站配合文字图片报导。（三）车展之日媒体报道开盘当天邀请市电视台、平面及网络媒体，以新闻报导、文字和图片形式突出宣传“英菲尼迪重庆车展”盛况。 七、活动执行 1、区域划分整个展示区域分展示区、接待区和服务区。展示区分为主舞台和普通展示区。接待区是目标客户或者潜在客户洽谈签约的地方，服务区为参观客户和嘉宾的休息场所，备有红酒，水果，饮料等。1）、展示区主舞台正墙做形象墙，包含公司标志和品牌口号，顶部或者前台做射灯突出效果；舞台需要一定的承
4、重，公司主推车辆在主舞台上亮相，主舞台也是活动剪彩的地方。 普通展示区则展示公司其他明星车型。2）、接待区设在大剧院后面平台，凭临两江风景，设置业务洽谈、签约等，对目标客户或者潜在客户完成签约或者业务跟进。3）、休息区域：设置高档红酒饮料、水果供嘉宾和客户休息品尝。4）、签 到 处：来宾签到处设置在会场入口处。签到处配礼仪小姐。5）、礼品发放处：签到处旁边。6）、现场办公区：设置在会场入口处2、庆典剪彩仪式 3、相关来宾讲话，祝词4、精彩文艺表演 5、乐队欢奏、礼炮齐鸣 6、现场布置1）、彩虹门 入口处放置一座双龙彩虹门，突出气势；2）、高空气球 活动现场上空布置4个红色高空气球，下面悬挂祝贺
5、车展的竖幅。 3）、小气球 施放多只高空小氢气球，显示对财富、人气的上升与飞跃。 4）、扶手部分区域扶手包上鲜花5）、盆景鲜花 在庆典现场放置一定数量盆景和鲜花，增强效果。 6）、高雅艺术表演 在仪式过程中穿插高雅艺术表演，展示英菲尼迪品牌的艺术特质。7）、礼仪小姐 礼仪小姐8名，形象、气质出众，在剪彩仪式时为嘉宾佩戴胸花，协助嘉宾剪彩，指引位置。 8）、彩旗从大桥江北城入口处一带一直到展会现场，每隔0.6米插彩旗一面，渲染出热闹的气氛。9）、鲜花立柱从剧院前的路口到车展现场的路上依次竖立8个罗马鲜花立柱，再配以场地上的本来的绿化树木和绿化草从。加上现场的喜庆热闹的气氛，所有客户将感觉到特别的
6、温馨和舒适。10）、条幅（挂幅和横幅）、喷绘、灯片在建筑主体悬挂一共12条，烘托气氛。在主舞台、车展示区、接待区、休息区制作高精度的公司标志和品牌口号喷绘或者灯片11）、X展架在现场相关位置设置相应的展示架，方便嘉宾和客户参观和业务洽谈。12）、音乐场景在展会相应的位置布置音箱设备，播放轻音乐，让整个交房现场呈现喜庆舒畅的感觉。13）、导示牌分别在十字路口和其他三个拐角处摆放指示牌，让人们知道展示区域的准确位置。14）、地毯在车辆展示区域布置地毯。八、活动程序 1、所有现场物料准备工作将提前2天开始准备，并于活动前晚上8点前准时完成，并有相关领导与人员检查、验收。2、车展当日：7：009：10
7、 总策划检查落实各项工作，布置到位情况； 彩虹门、主席台、升空气球、广告条幅，全部安置到位；检查音响、电源、麦克风、小氢气球到位； 礼仪小姐、主持人、模特，陆续进场，准备好各自工作。 9：309：50 嘉宾陆续到场，两位工作人员及两位礼仪小姐给领导佩戴胸花、嘉宾签名、发放礼品，引至活动现场。 10：0010：08 主持人介绍领导和嘉宾，宣布“璀璨舞台，掌驭灵感本质” 2010英菲尼迪重庆车展正式开始； 10：1010：25 市领导致贺辞、公司领导致欢迎辞；10：25 主持人宣布剪彩仪式开始；剪彩嘉宾、礼仪小姐上场 10：2810：40 剪彩嘉宾站好位置，剪彩开始；剪刀起，礼炮响，施放彩花弹，乐
8、队欢奏；领导和嘉宾揭开主展车的神秘幕布，车模展示，放飞氢气球，活动进入高潮；10：4511：00 舞台艺术表演11：00 销售经理引导嘉宾和客户参观，签约谈判、嘉宾休息十、人员安排十一、其它设备 落实好电源、麦克风、音响、乐器、签到台、胸花、饮用水、条幅、地毯、舞台、氢气球的采购； 停车场的安排，活动现场的安全及相关后勤保障。十二、活动备忘（一）应急措施 可 能 事 项 办 法A、拱门、气柱坍塌检查电源，5分钟内重新搭建B、参加人员因碰到现场线路而摔跤由维护人员事先设置警戒线或标志C、强力保证：切记不能停电、维护好现场秩序，防患于未然待添加的隐藏文字内容3（二）活动备忘1、专用电源配置2、现场
9、临时嘉宾停车位的划分、导示及车辆调度，需安排4人专人负责3、提前部署交房仪式当天现场安保工作4、其它可能出现的突发事件及应对措施（1）遇雨：后勤服务组准备足量太阳伞、雨伞（2）闹事：如有社会闲杂人员闹事，由保安出面制止，必要时扭送派出所。（3）通讯：要求各工作人员启动仪式活动当天必须保持通讯畅通5、准备专人(5名)对突发事件进行合理处理；6、其它未尽事宜的提前准备、协商解决；If we dont do that it will go on and go on.
