2、ntaining close contact with the line managers and employees, and optimizing and executing the human resources policies and processes to ensure the recruitment, training, retention and motivation of quality talents. Contribute to the admin. services to improve the working conditions accordingly. Prin

3、cipal Accountabilities - Manage all HR operations in the plant (Organization, HR Systems, Training, recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations). - Establish the HR policies and processes in line with the corporate policies and processes, ensure compliance with local labor laws and

4、regulations. - Support organizational effectiveness and competitiveness across the company (identify critical skills, enhance people management and development) - Ensure Corporate culture is well established in the plant. - Ensure admin. Services with satisfied quality and in accordance with Rhodia

5、culture Job requirements - Bachelor degree - Five years of experience in the HR with 2-3years in the Management role - Dynamic, passional, customer-oriented with good listening skill and pragmatic professional - Honest, reliable - Excellent interpersonal skills, fluent in written and spoken English - Good team-player - Leadership to influence transversally, engage others and drive projects to execution
