2、权威机构测定,该镇石灰石碳酸钙含量达98.5%左右,是生产优质碳酸钙的上乘原料。该镇私营业主等,立足本地资源,计划开发石灰石资源,现经缜密的市场调查和碳酸钙有关行业的走访,决定引进轻质碳酸钙生产技术,实施轻质碳酸钙产品的开发。项目宗旨:以高起点的设计,先进的工艺流程,现代化的管理模式和优质的产品挤身并占领碳酸钙市场。项目名称:XX县XX镇轻质碳酸钙有限公司项目规模:年产轻质碳酸钙10000吨。一、轻质碳酸钙产品简介轻质碳酸钙是无机化工产品。是化学工业重要原料之一。其分子式:caco3,产品外观呈白色粉末状,无味,难溶于水和醇,可溶于酸,具有与有机物很好的亲和力的特点,并有一定的吸潮性。轻质碳酸

3、钙作为化学工业原料,它不仅是一种优良的填充剂,同时又是一种理想的改性剂,并广泛用于:橡胶工业、塑料工业、造纸工业、建材工业等方面。轻质碳酸钙俗称:轻钙,其产品生产工艺简单,技术成熟,较适合乡镇企业和私营企业开发生产。二、市场情况目前,我国碳酸钙行业多为90年代中后起发展起来的,生产厂家虽较多,但多为生产规模相对较小,且质量较差,尽管如此,轻钙销量仍然是日益增涨的趋势。随着我国经济建设的迅猛发展,人民生活水平的不断提高和消费结构的变化,橡胶、塑料、建材行业对轻钙的需求将不断攀升,尤其是轮胎、鞋业等制造工业对轻钙的需求量将是空前的。就目前江西、浙江两省轻钙产量约年40万吨,仅浙江温州地区的年消耗量

4、就大大超出供应量,每年还千里迢迢到豫、晋等地进货,可见轻钙市场需要量将继续保持稳步增长的态势。对于优质轻钙产品更是抢手。XX镇石灰石原矿品位好,无疑为生产优质轻钙产品提供了优越的条件。三、厂址选择厂址选择的原则1、充分考虑景白公路绿色长廊沿线景色,不被破坏,在保护生态植被的同时,本着维护XX生态旅游示范区整体景观的原则。2、充分考虑矿石开采和爆破产生的粉尘及噪音较大的因素,必须远离村庄和人员流动量大的场所。3、坚持不侵占农田的原则。4、坚持不侵占饮用水源的原则(用水量小,可循环利用)。厂址的确定基于上述选址原则,厂址选定:XX镇洪源坞大山脚下(土名)。选址依据1、该厂址距景白公路较远,相对隐蔽

5、,属非村庄人口流量偏少地段。岩石裸露,没有林木,对植被毫无影响,也不构成水土流失的危害。2、该厂地位于人畜饮用水源之下游,且厂址的下游均没有村庄。故不污染饮用水源。3、利用坡地自然地势,既不侵占农田,又可优化工艺流程,降低投资。4、距采石场(主要原料石灰石)运输距离短,仅50-100米,有利于降低运输成本。除此之外,离主要燃料(原 )供应总近约15公里。因此,该点作为建厂厂址,具有得天独厚的有利条件。四、轻质碳酸钙产品生产原料主要技术指标和工艺过程石灰石:破碎成80-180mm块状指标名称 数(含)量CaC03 % 98SiO2 % 0.2Mgo % 1Mn % 0.045Fe % 0.15无

6、烟煤指标名称 指标要求发热量/kg 4500大卡/kg挥发份 % 6灰份 % 12固定碳 % 80主要原材料消耗每烧成一吨石灰耗石灰石1.3吨,耗用无烟煤0.25吨。生产流程概述 将破碎成80180mm块状石灰石入石灰窑烧成石灰,其化学反应是:9001100CaCO3 CaO+CO2177.97KJ石灰窑产生的窑气由空压机抽走。使窑内处于负压状态,自然供给大段烧所需的空气。被抽走的窑气由管经旋风除尘器除尘后,经筛板式洗涤塔,经气水分离器后,进入另一台空压机车入至储气罐后入碳化塔与从贮浆池来的石灰乳浆作碳化处理。石灰烧成后,经冷却至80以下,送入化灰机,以石灰4倍的水混合进行消化反应,生成石灰乳

9、19电控装置620电焊机直流500型11.421工具1.5522设备运杂安装费等2523不可预见费324合计177.25元流动资金部分:项目投产后,共需流动资金52万元。上述三项合计:该项目共需资金350万元。六、项目环保措施采石场石灰石扑破及破碎均为开放式生产,有少量粉尘排放,生产人员带防尘口罩可避免粉尘吸入肺部。石灰窑为密闭式窑顶,窑气均全部回收利用,基本无废气外溢。化灰工序废水经化灰后流入沉淀后,作循环使用。经化灰后残碴,集中存入,与锅炉炉碴待具有一定量后,作生产碴砖原料加工成才(砖)出售。原煤入炉前为了防粉尘飞扬,作喷水防尘处理。脱水工序废水自然回流入蓄水池作灰水再次循环使用。筛分工序

10、,因产生白色粉尘,厂房作密封处理,并安装换气扇,保障员工作业环境良好。包装工序基本无粉尘:工人戴普通口罩可保障人身安全,由于碳酸钙含钙高对人体一般没有职业性危害。七、轻钙产品单位成本计算:以生产1吨产品计: 元/吨成本构成:1、石灰石:吨产品耗石灰石1.4吨,每吨石灰石成本8元,1.4T8元/T=11.2元2、燃料(无烟煤):综合煤耗0.5T吨烟。进价180元。3、电:综合电耗130度,每度平均0.55元。130度0.55元/度=71.50元4、水:综合水耗18吨,每吨水0.5元,经循环使用实耗9吨。9吨0.5元/T=4.5元5、低值易耗品(含修理费及劳保用品)每吨25元。6、工资:项目定员9

11、0人(含管理人员)按当地日工25元计。吨产品工资含量:90人750元/月10000T/月=67.50元7、折旧费:该项目共需资金350万元,计划8年收回全部投资,折旧费用于还贷款,吨产品应提:350万元8年10000T=43.75万元8、贷款利息。按年利率8%计,吨产品应承担利息。350万元8%10000T=28元9、包装物:吨轻钙需包装袋40个,内复膜塑料包装袋每只1.1元,计44元。10、税金:增值税(扣除外运件抵税后,吨产权应纳税金38元)。11、销售费用:吨产品销售费用8元合计:1+2+3+11=431.45元八、项目资金来源该项目市场调查费,开办费自筹,其余资金(含流动资金)向银行申

12、请贷款。九、项目效益分析年销售收 :450万元;年工业产值:450万元;年实现税金:38万元;年实现利润:18.55万元;年提取折旧费:43.75万元(全部用于还贷款)盈亏平衡点计算产量保本点产量保本点= = =5423(吨)年产5423吨可保本。贷款偿还年限本项目仅作资金流量静态分析后得知全部资金8年收回(含流动资金),如若将流动资金别除,再加上年利润也作为还贷,全部资金可望于5-6年收回。十、项目评价本项目充分利用本地资源,且产品市场稍有一定的市场远景。本项目在充分做好环保工作的基础上,不对生态环境造成污染,且废碴可就地转化。本项目实施后,可提供就业机会90人,有一定社会效益。本项目年可为

Im anxious for the next one: a space capsule hanging from a crane in the New Mexico desert.Its like the set for a George Lucas movie floating to the edge of space.You and I will have the chance to watch a man take a le

17、ap into an unimaginable free fall from the edge of space - live.The (lack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing t

18、hat if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is

19、 going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 4

20、0-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. J

21、oe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2

22、 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even

23、 higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometer

24、s). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fas

25、t, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the

26、water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans t

27、o deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.E

28、ven if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
