1、葛根黄酮素开发可行性报告第一章 立项依据第一节 产品概述随着城乡人们生活水平的不断提高,消费水准已从由温饱型转向营养型转轨。至此,具有营养价值和保健功能的食品(葛根等系列产品)越来越受到消费者的青睐。据专家论定葛根黄酮素具有促进人体血液循环、解痉等作用,对高血压、偏头痛、冠心病、心绞痛等症状都具有很好的疗效。第二节 市场调查及预测该项目通过我厂市场调查,市场前景十分看好,在国外市场也十分畅销,据我们初步分析,在我省现还没有一家常规生产厂家,无竞争对手,竞争性不强;同时据不完全统计,我省每年可销售黄酮素4万斤,为此,我厂根据市场分析和结合自身实际,准备开发该项目。第二节 设计方案一、 本生产采用

2、流水作业线,选用浙江等省市的葛制品生产线专用设备。在生产葛根黄酮素的同时,准备生产系列产品(葛粉、中成药)等。二、 拟创办年生产4万斤的葛根黄酮素,葛粉1万斤,药材1万斤,总投资573.5万元,年总产值500万元,实现利税168万元。三、 本公司实行股分制管理,独立承担民事责任,隶属于紫湖镇政府管理。第二章 主要技术措施 第一节 选用工艺流程的原则 一、选用具有一定先进水平,高产优质,适应性强的专用设备。二、为适应市场变化的需要,在配备及布置上适应其变换品种的需要。三、采用新技术,新工艺来满足高产优质、低耗产品的需要。第二节 黄酮素生产工艺流程图 (见打印图)第三节 工艺要素及质量控制点一、

4、分便利。三、 厂址是紫湖镇工业小区内,群众基础好,社会治安等外部环境也很好。四、 原料来源有保证,目前我镇十五个行政村都有山场面积达15万亩,另外周边浙江省、安徽省两省都具有丰富的葛资源,年可挖葛根50公斤。五、 水电有保障,厂内现有镇自来水厂供应的正常用水,供电设施可满足生产需求。六、 技术有依托,本项目有江西医院进行设计,安装、投产帮扶。第四章 主要技术经济指标一、此项目总投资573.5万元,其中固定资产投资173.5万元,流动资金投入400万元。二、此项目可生产4万斤葛根黄酮素。年可创产值500万元。三、项目效益情况1、此项目年可获利润140万元,创税28万元。2、可安排40-50名农村

I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I l

14、ive for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and t

15、wisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wri

16、nkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an

17、 important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day

18、weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot

19、of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the

20、 concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expect

21、ed to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabi

22、lization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kp

23、h). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet

24、(7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
