1、商业银行金融服务创新及应用分析 自改革开放以来,金融业服务创新收到了全球各大商业银行的追捧,并逐渐成为了商业银行提高核心竞争力的重要组成部分。我国商业银行在面临国内外激烈市场竞争的同时,还需要创新商业银行的金融服务,才应对金融全球化的风险。因此,分析商业银行金融服务创新的重要性,并找到金融服务创新的具体措施显得非常重要。 一、商业银行金融服务创新的必要性 其一,商业银行金融服务创新是扩大市场和增加利润的内在需要。就目前的情况分析,商业银行面临着巨大的机遇与挑战,不仅要应对国内外激烈的市场竞争,同时还必须通过创新银行的金融服务提供多样化的金融产品来满足客户日益增长的需求。 其二,金融服务创新是我

2、国商业银行适应经营环境的变化的需要。社会投资渠道的变化将直接导致商业银行的经营范围大大缩小。利率水平的降低使银行的利差空间进一步缩小。如果商业银行只靠利差发展的话,会很难长期、稳定生存与发展。 其三,金融服务创新是顺应客户变化的需要。随着科学技术的成熟与发展,客户获取的金融知识越来越多,对金融服务的鉴别能力也越来越强。如果银行缺乏持久的创新服务,将很难满足客户对金融服务的需求。 二、商业银行金融服务创新中存在的问题 金融品种单一 现阶段,商业银行在金融服务创新的过程中金融品种比较单一,还处于初级的发展阶段,在消费信贷、网上银行或者衍生金融工具业务方面还不成熟。另外,我国商业银行金融服务相关的业

3、务规模还比较小,在银行的整体业务规模中占有的比重非常低。从整体情况来看,商业银行金融服务相关业务整体规模还需要进一步发展。 服务创新能力弱、方式单一 目前,商业银行金融服务的创新能力弱,服务方式单一,不能满足客户金融服务的需求。办事效率低,办理业务等待的时间长,造成客户普遍的抱怨。同时,商业银行的服务产品比较单一,不具有多样性与灵活性的特点,不能适应客户对金融服务的需求。另外,科技开展的动力不足也直接制约了优质服务的开展。 业务创新不均衡 资产业务主要是指运用货币资本来不断获取利润业务,主要是由现金资产、证券投资或者放款等部分组成。从商业银行金融创新得角度分析,商业银行金融服务创新主要是经济市

4、场竞争激烈,出现了很多负效益的金融创新。与国外商业银行相比,我国商业银行金融服务的中间业务主要是汇兑、结算等业务。近年来,中间业务是一个发展比较快的业务,其业务的发展已经超过了大大的传统业务,导致业务创新部均衡的问题一直存在。 三、商业银行金融服务创新的对策 立足市场及客户 商业银行的金融服务创新就是要不断增强自身的实力,提高自身的核心竞争力。因此,立足于市场,将市场中的每一项金融产品与客户紧密联系在一起,同时与追求经营效益最大化结合在一起,在要求金融服务创新的同时,不仅要考虑实际的情况,同时还要结合市场的需求与消费者的需求,从而才能提高银行的核心竞争力。 创新服务产品 商业银行可以从几下几个

5、方面财务产品创新的措施。一是改进,改进商业银行的金融服务产品,通过不断优化、升级的方式来不断满足经济市场的发展。二是移植,结合商业银行自身的实际情况,借鉴国外或者其他地区银行的金融服务措施,最后制定并落实适合自己的金融创新服务体系。三是创造,创造就是独创出被人还没有的服务产品。从整体上来看,创造才是创新的根本,也是竞争中保持领先的法宝,只有这样才能有效的赢得市场。 平衡业务间创新比重 加大存款业务创新。首先,对商业银行存款产品以及业务的手段进行创新,大力发展金融服务业务,比如:个人银行、网上银行等业务,推出多样化、多功能的金融服务产品,从而才能稳定现有的客户群,不断满足客户的金融服务需求。其次

6、,通过大大提高商业银行阶段以及汇兑服务的效率来保住自己在市场中的份额。然后,快速增加代理业务的服务种类,不断扩大中间业务的服务范围。最后,大力发展商业银行的租赁业务,并根据商业银行实际的发展情况,将杠杆租赁、经营租赁以及回租租赁等业务进行拓展,满足客户的需求。 另外,商业银行的各个窗口都应该开办各种咨询业务,利用专业的优势以及不断发展的信息网络来对企业或者个人开展相关的资产管理以及负债管理、风险控制或者投资组合设计等多种咨询的相关服务。 四、结语 经上所述,我国经济的快速发展,使我国商业银行正面临着前所未有的发展机遇和挑战。但商业银行在金融服务创新上相对更为薄弱。因此,商业银行要不断适应新的经
