(lets ) begin.篇三：关注孩子的朋友圈 关注孩子的朋友圈 幼儿园老师是孩子的初任老师，也是孩子的第一个大人朋友，在孩子的心里老师就是老师，老师是一个高高在上的，老师的每句话都是圣旨。因此，连平时很多话的孩子都不敢和老师交谈。即使老师百般耐心的相陪，也无法走进孩子的内心世界。久而久之，老师就与孩子产生了隔阂。 为什么会这样呢？社会心理学研究表明，这一现象是一种同化作用产生的，孩子在和自己的伙伴交往中，自己的观点被自己的同伴所认同，因此也找到了自我。在这种同化作用把孩子一个个从“自然人”变为“社会人”，孩子的自信也得到了发扬。而在和老
36、师交往中，往往有很多自己想做的老师不让做，老师没有走进孩子的内心世界，也就无法把孩子变成“社会人”。在孩子与同伴交往的过程中，孩子的性格和个性有时也会和自己的伙伴一个样，这一点，充分体现了“近朱者赤，近墨者黑”。所以老师一定要时刻关注孩子的朋友圈，注意引导他们要扬长避短，学习别人好的一面，避开别人不好的一面，并能发扬自己的长处，改正自己的短处。 老师如何走进并关注孩子的朋友圈是及其重要的，老师必须要走进自己孩子的朋友圈，这样才能走进他的内心世界，老师可以通过平时的生活中关注孩子平时的伙伴，并且和他们搞好关系，这样你就可以有更多的途径去了解孩子的内心世界，也能去启发他学习别人好的，帮助别人改掉不好的。你也会和自己的孩子成为朋友，而不是孩子见到你就怕。 和孩子交往就是要走进他们的内心世界，我们可以在平时每天的户外活动中，让孩子自己选择游戏主题，或者在绘画中让幼儿自主绘画或者涂色，从画面上感受孩子的内心世界，久而久之，孩子就能得到自己的自主权，也能比较好的相信老师和与你成为朋友，从而真正做个“大小孩”。 关注孩子的朋友圈很重要，它可以随时了解孩子的最近动态，我们老师也能做出相应的措施来预防孩子的不良行为，来吧，老师朋友们，我们一起走进孩子的朋友圈。
