1、空调工程设计摘要大连市某酒店空调工程设计 中文摘要 本工程位于辽宁省大连市，是集餐厅、宾馆、包间为一体的综合酒店。建筑面积约为21882.97，高56.89米。本设计主要是针对宾馆，办公室进行空调设计。消防前室通风及防排烟设计和地上建筑大空间及其楼梯间的防排烟设计，卫生间的排风设计。根据建筑物的用途以及比较确定舒适性空调系统适合该建筑，在充分考虑室内环境的舒适性、运行管理上的方便和节能等各方面的基础上，对裙房大空间采用全空气系统，塔楼部分采用风机盘管加新风系统。且这两个系统的水分开供应，这样可以满足不同功能房间使用时间段人员活动情况的不同要求，布置灵活，控制方便。 大空间采用组合式空调机组用一
2、次回风的方式实现制冷，而标准层采用的风机盘管为卧式暗装，新风不承担室内负荷，风机盘管处理过的风在送出的过程中与新风混合；这样的送风方式比较合理。楼梯间排烟和排风合用一个系统，平时低速排风，火灾时高速排烟。排风机选择双速风机，地上的排烟按照规范的要求划分防烟分区，因为消防设有自喷系统，所以防烟分区的面积可以加倍。排烟口的设置要满足区域最远点不大于30米。只要满足距离要求尽量在烟井上直接安装风口必要时可以接风管，排烟管要采用不燃材料制作。而且防烟分区不得跨越防火分区；楼梯间及前室则采取机械加压送风的方式达到防烟的目的，根据高层民用建筑防火设计规范楼梯间和合用前室都要加压送风，楼间每隔2、3层设一个
3、风口，合用前室每一层要设一个风口，而且楼梯间采用敞开型风口，合用前室采用常闭型风口，发生火灾时开启两个。冷冻水由制冷机房供应。水管用泡沫橡塑保温，风管采用离心玻璃棉。设计工程中考虑了消声、减振和防火排烟的措施。 关键词：酒店，空调工程，设计，选型 I Ventilation and Air Conditioning Design of Dalian hotel Abstract The building of the design project is located in Dalian Liaoning Province, which combined with hotel,dining r

The thermal insulation material of water pipe and air duct are foam plastics and centrifugal glass wool respectively.
