At first, let me talk about the teaching material. The passage is about let students know more animals. It is close to

2、Ss life so they will be interested in this unit. Background on the reformation of the curriculum, it can connect the life and act; emphasize Ss interest and experience. Ss of Grade 3 have accumulated a certain amount of vocabulary, listening and speaking skills and they are more confident. According

3、 to the content and the fact of the Ss, I established three teaching aims Knowledge aims Ss can know more animal vocabulary, they can focus on the new language, communication with others in a real situation. Ability aims: Ss can name animals and talk about their favorite animal with their friends. E

4、motion aims Ss give more love to animals and protect animals. Whats more, students are expected to keep persistent interest in learning English and self-confidence. Next is the key point and the difficult point. Ss name animals and focus on the language to communicate with others in a real situation

5、. In order to achieve such aims and sticking out the key point and the difficult point, I will use CAI, a song , cards and games to make my class more vivid. In terms of the teaching procedures, Ill finish this lesson in 5 steps. Step 1: Warming-up Im going to spend 3 minutes on it. First of all, th

6、ere is a song called “” like this. “I like dogs, they are faithful and strong; I like pandas, they are lovely and fat; I like cats, they are cute and small; we like dogs, pandas and cat, we all like animals.” The song can take Ss to the situation of English learning and make the class atmosphere mor

7、e relaxed. Then I can talk with Ss about my favorite animals naturally. Step 2: Pre-story telling Im going to spend 10 minutes on it. therere 2 activities.
