All of them is due to political unrest or war and then caused the decline of industrial production, for example, after the first oil crisis the unemployment of many people,
4、 inconvenience of our life. More severly, it might lead to the outbreak of the war in the end. But on the other hand, the oil crisis may accelerate the technological improvement which allow us to find another alternative energy to Get rid of the dependence on oil. Although oil crisis has happened ma
5、ny times, it is still unavoidable. As you can see, the petroleum distributed unevenly all over the world. the middle east account for 70% of the petroleum reserves. So in fact the crude oil price is mainly Dominated by the them and relate to International Situation. More worse most of country in mid
6、dle east areas have different conflict with each other, , they always To bully other countries with oil .As a result ,As long as our industrial production is still depend on petroleum. Oil crisis will be remain unavoidable. So what should we do to deal with it. In my opinion, first ,I think a more p
7、owerful organization should be founded to manage the production of oil and price. Just like euro. Second, we should Increase the capital investment on alternative energy just like solar power, nuclear power. Third, we should Improve the utilization rate of oil. It also can decline our dependence on oil.
