1、PEP小学英语四年级上册Unit6 MeetMyFamilypartA 说课稿英文Good morning, my dear judges. Im glad to interpret my teaching design here. Today Im going to talk about Part A of Unit 6, PEP Primary English, Book 4. Now, I will explain the lesson from the following aspects. Firstly, let me talk about the teaching material
2、. 1 Teaching material status and role The lesson is Part A of Unit 6, PEP Primary English, Book 4. This unit mainly talks about family. By study of this unit, the Ss know how to describe the family with simple words and sentences. As the first lesson of the unit, this lesson provide the topic and co
3、ntext for the next lesson . 2 Teaching content This lesson includes two parts: Lets learn and Group work. In section 1, Ss mainly learn five words : family parents uncle aunt baby brother. And in section 2, it provides a real situation for the Ss to practise the pattern: This is my Dad.He is tall an
4、d strong 3 Teaching aims on studying the teaching material and analyzing the regulation of childrens growing of mind,I put forward the teaching aims according to new English lesson standard.So, I set the following aims. The first one is knowledge aim: a)The Ss will be able to listen ,speak.read, wri
5、te these words:family : family parents uncle aunt baby brother. b)The Ss can understand and use the sentence pattern :This is my Dad.He is tall and strong The second one is skill aim: a)Develop students English learning strategy and the integrated use of language ability The third one is emotional a
6、im: a) Foster Students interest in learning English and set up self-confidence in language study; 4、Language focus and difficult points : a)The Ss can use the words and sentence patterns to describe the family in the proper scene. b)Pronounce words properly Secondly, it is about the students. Our st
7、udents are in Grade 4 . They are active and curious, interested in new things. After learning English for 1 years, they have some basic English background knowledge, so the teacher should attach importance to the communication with them, providing them the chances of using language. Thirdly, it talk
8、s about teaching methods. The key to English teaching is stimulating students interest in English, and provide students with enough opportunities to use English in activities .so.in teaching methods, I pay attention to the comprehensive training of several aspects,such as: listening,speaking singing
9、 and playing .Moreover,Ill use task-based teaching method, heuristic teaching method,situational teaching , object teaching method, game, CAI and so on, fully to stimulate students interest in learning English and develop students comprehensive language ablity. Fouthly,it talks about Studying Method
10、s: Let Ss study in a relaxed and agreeable atmosphere. Ss understand the new knowledge in certain degree through seeing, hearing, saying, observing, imagining , thinking etc. Next, lets focus on the teaching procedures. I will finish the lesson in 5 steps. 1 Step 1. Warm-up and preview 1、Sing the so
11、ng together: FatherAndMother 2、Prepare some word cards learned in the last lesson and let students quickly recognize and read the words. step 2. Presentation First I tell students that I will introduce a friend Amy:to them , and then Ill wear the headdress and act as Amy, and say I am Amy now. Hi fr
12、iends.Come and meet my family.With the help of CAI, I will begin the lesson by introducing Amys family members and present five new words:family ,parents, uncle, aunt, baby brother. Then lead the Ss to read the words and pay attention to their pronunciation and intonation To help Ss understand the n
13、ew words,I put the word teaching in entertainment When I teach“Family”,I will divide it into six words:father and mother I love you.It not only can increase Ss interest, but also can help them remember the word;When I teachparents,I tell studentsparentsmeans father and mother; When I teachuncle、aunt
14、 ,Ill let students guess the meaning. Your uncle is your mother or fathers brother . Your aunt is your mother or fathers sister . through thinking, Ss will be able to guess the meaning of the word uncle, aunt (2) Show a picture on the PPT: “Look! This is my family.” “Oh, This is my Dad.He is strong
15、and tall.With the help of picture ,Ill present the new sentence.Then lead the Ss to use the sentence to describle their family. Make sure they can say it correctly. step 3.Practice and consolidation , Ill use some games to help Ss practice words, it can stimulate interest in learning English. 1、What
16、s missing?:Present a group of word cards to Ss, after a few seconds , take out one to let students guess Whats missing? 2、see the mouth and guess the word:One student come to the front and read words but does not pronounce only moves the mouth, the rest students must guess the word. 3、The woodpecker
17、s doctor:Give a number of misspelled words, students act as a woodpecker doctor, find out the bugs ,This is a group competition, Which group catches the bugs more,Which group is the winner. 4、Then,Pair work Use the sentence patternThis is .He/She is to describle familiy members between deskmates step 4、Homework 1、Read after the tape recording.2、Introduce family members in pairs. 六、 Blackboard Design.
