3、l in all, whatever pets people raise, they bring happiness to their life. (II) People have different hobbies for their spare time. Some keep pets, such as dogs, cats, goldfish and so on. Why do they keep pets? Some people do it simply because they love these small animals. They have much spare time
4、to take care of them. They regard them as their family members. Some people keep pets just because they feel lonely. Pets provide companionship. Often a cat or a dog can comfort them when they are in low spirits. Anyhow, whatever reason they may have to keep pets, they always feel happy in the company of their pets. disadvantages: 1. a waste of time and resource 2. expensive to feed 3. occupy living space 4. make noise 5. attack/bite people 6. carry diseases
