1、Unit Is there a post office near here教案说课Unit 8 Is there a post office near here? 第二课时Section A (2a-2d)说课稿 教材分析 1、教学内容 本单元是Go for it七年级下册的第八单元“Is there a post office near here?”。本单元的核心话题是问路, 教材内容围绕着问路的常用语，以及相应介词，in front of ,next to , across from, betweenand ,behind等描述相应地方的位置。让学生学会谈论怎样问路以及告诉别人具体的位置，
2、因此 talking about the position of some places 是教学重点。通过对本单元的学习，学生能掌握本单元出现的问路的词组及句型。 2、教材的地位及作用 以如何问路及回答为主线，兼顾交际功能的学习，以一种循序渐进的生活化的学习程序，引导学生学会用英语问路或具体告诉别人如何去找一个地方。本单元的教学内容与学生的实际生活密切相关，易于引发学生运用简单的英语进行交际和交流。在学习活动中，学生能通过描述，促进学生之间和师生之间的情感交流，增进情谊。 学情分析 学生在七年级上册已经学过关于“where is/are?”这一特殊疑问句式，具有了学习本单元知识的认知前提，能自
3、然地与本单元话题进行衔接。谈论人们日常生活中遇到的话题。故学生喜于用英语表达此类知识。 教学目标 一、语言知识和技能 1. 掌握重点单词和短语。 2. 能熟练用英语进行问路及回答，提高写作水平。 Where is/are?
