In my mind,teacher is the most important for education，especially the primary education.As a student of professional education, after we graduate from college, we will be engaged in some jobs about education probably. So from now on, we should learn the basics of educatio
3、n, develop the ideals of education and take practical actions to achieve them. Ideal education should be like the following progress.First,stimulating the childs power by the demand of the social situations.Second,be coincide with the childs activity.Third,relating the psychological and social sides
4、 prganically.Forth,putting the child in complete possession of all his powers.The last but most important is beginning with a psychological insight into the childs capacities,interests ,habits and giving the child command of himself. From my perspective, the ideal education should be : real equality
5、, democratization and humanism. To be honest, I am looking forward to the future of education. The ideal of education will be more emphasis on humans self-development and improvement. Education is no longer a heavy burden, but a pleasure to the human beings. The content of education is no longer bor
6、ing, but very modern in style, reflecting the latest scientific and technological development of knowledge. The goal of education is not only acquiring knowledge, but also can adapt to the changing society. At that time, education will make every persons personality and potential fully developed. Ed
7、ucation is also no longer limited by any conditions. The future of education is no longer todays “unified”, a single-oriented training objectives, standardized learning content and standardized evaluation mechanism, but both varied and full of vitality. The content of education is no longer boring, but very modern in style, reflecting the latest scientific and technological development of knowledge. After all, the ideal is a just an ideal. In order to make it be a reality in a not far future, lets begin to work now.
