But many arguments have been raised around the interview stuff. Some thinks that way of choosing is unfair. Some held the viewpoint th

Firstly, we have an old saying:“the first impression is very important.” Many interviewers score for the interviewee. Once I was lucky to have the opportunity of seeing this mysterious paper beca

3、use I was sitting right in front of my interviewer. She would score for my behavior. That was a group interview. Two interviewers would talk with six interviewees at the same time. So we interviewees talked one by one. When other was talking, I have seen there was a section on the paper that was the

4、 score of the first impression and the appearance. So the first impression does exist in our daily life and we cannot get rid of it. I also think “the first impression” makes sense in some degree. So interviewers can feel something or they can get the first impression about the interviewees through

5、the interview. Secondly, in modern society an increasing number of corporations incline to emphasize the characteristic and personalities but the ability of work. Most leaders think a good personality is better than a good education background because how to be a real human being is really important

6、. So many questions those are strange and unrelated with the work have been asked during the interview. Such as: how many basketballs can you put to make the room full? Or if you can become a superhero, who would you like to be? These strange questions mostly are related to psychology. The company w

7、ants to realize if the family background of the interviewee is appropriate. You may say:” we cannot judge a person without a deep and full contact. But the reality is that not all the company has the time to do such a research about the interviewees. in the film of “ The Apprentice”, the CEO of the

8、corporation distributed tasks to the interviewees every time by him selves. It is a long time to recruit a certified person. They can do it in the film but in our daily life it almost an unachievable process. A TV show named must belong to you is popular in china recently. The show is a public inter

9、view. 12 bosses of different corporations will sit there and ask your questions and decide if you are the person they need. If you are fortunate enough, you may have choices to select and you can say to the boss:” I am not interest in the position you offered.” The show attracts a number of people who want a job. The TV show implies we do not have other means of recruiting employees. Now the interview will possess in our daily life for a long time whether we like it or not.
