1、职工档案管理系统可行性研究报告1引言职工档案管理系统是一个信息管理软件,意图在于方便查询职工档案的信息,并提供职工信息情况,可应用于各大、中、小型企业。使用本软件,不仅可以提高企业查询职工效率,还可以取代人工劳动,降低劳务开支。1.1编写目的本报告的编写目的在于研究职工档案管理系统是否可行,指出开发本软件所使用的方法和手段,并对软件的前景进行分析。预期读者 职工,管理员。1.2背景a. 工程的名称:职工档案管理系统。b. 产品用户:企业,中间用户。c. 产品的生产者:xxx组d. 产品的设计者:xxx组。e. 产品的所有者:xxx组。1.3符号、缩略语和定义职工档案管理系统,即本文档所讨论之软

2、件。后文中所出现“本系统”、“所建议之系统”等,皆为它的简称或别称。1.4参考资料软件工程-王利福 张世琨 朱冰 编著北京大学出版社软件工程-实践者的研究方法-R.Pressman,梅宏译机械工业出版社2可行性研究的前提2.1要求功能:通过本系统,管理员可以对资料进行编辑。管理员可以根据具体的要求对以上条件进行查询。管理员对职工的情况进行添加和删除。职工可以查看自己的档案情况。管理员将档案管理查询结果打印出来。性能:对查询即时响应。所管理的数据比较大。输出:管理员通过打印结果可以作为领导参考和查看。管理员通过查询结果,可以查询到各个职工的情况。2.2目标A. 通过数字化,使所需的人工管理减小;

3、B. 提高查询职工档案管理的速度;C. 加快相关信息的流动速度,提高效率;D. 通过实际的工程实践,使组员对软件工程的认识水平提高,完成课程要求。2.3条件、假定和限制A. 由于本项目的实验性质,没有投资方。B. 系统必须运行在Win32平台上。C. 系统必须在6月之前完成D. 软件具有安全,方便,易用性。E. 具有联机帮助文档指导用户学习使用本软件。F. 作为开始之时,大家可以了解自己的档案情况3对现有系统的分析现有的大部分档案管理多为人工系统,需要人工对各项记录进行管理。信息处理的效率不高且主要依靠人员的熟练度。信息一般记录在纸媒介上,维护和检索不方便,容易因自然力作用而造成损失。3.1处

4、理流程和数据流程职工跑路员综合数据库(一般为纸媒介)信息员管理员3.2工作负荷现有的职工档案管理系统所进行的工作有:1. 信息收集与记录:收集各个职工的档案情况,可以对其进行添加。2. 信息查询:通过该系统可以查询到职工档案的基本情况(所在部门,所在岗位,姓名等)3. 对信息的添加。如来了一个新的职工可以他的档案信息添加到该系统里面去。并具栓出功能。4. 对个人的简历,通过该系统可以看的见职工的简历。5. 对系统所查询到的结果可以进行单个打印,也可进行全部打印3.3费用开支需要开支的项目:人员工资、使用一部到两部电话所产生的费用、使用一个固定的办公地点所产生的费用、对新上岗人员进行培训所产生的

5、费用。由于本项目的试验性质以及小组目前的能力,不对以上列出项目的具体开支进行分析。3.4人员为了现有系统的运行和维护,需要以下人员:1到2名信息管理员,负责接听领导所示情况和职工打电话来查询档案的情况。1到2名接线员。3.5设备现有系统需要使用1到2门电话,需要提供传统的信息记录手段。3.6局限性本系统的主要的局限性有:响应慢,处理功能不足,处理能力很低。以上局限性的产生都是基于以往系统是建立在人工处理的基础之上。因此对现有系统的改进性维护已经不太乐观。4所建议的系统以下将说明所建议系统的目标和要求将如何被满足。4.1对所建议系统的说明本系统是一个完全自动化的档案查询系统,通过该系统的应用,管

6、理员可以方便的查询到职工的档案情况,把人从繁重而重复性的劳动中解脱出来,为企业提高工作效率,节省资金,是企业人工到数字化的转变的必要项目之一。4.2处理流程和数据流程职工档案信息个人简历情况得到数据结果逻辑关系逻辑关系档案记录打印个人简历档案浏览修改内容打印信息查询条件查询结果添加、删除查询条件查询结果查询条件查询结果修改内容修改内容4.3改进之处A. 计算机的响应速度和传统的手工响应速度不在一个数量级上;B. 由于1和2,所建议之系统运行的效率必然超过原有的系统。4.4影响本部分将说明在建立所建议之系统时,逾期将带来的影响:4.4.1对设备的影响本系统不可在原先系统的基础上构建。企业要建立一

7、个新系统,需要配备至少一台处理速度足够快且可以连接Internet的计算机作为服务器,并且根据人员数量配置几台可以连通该服务器的计算机。4.4.2对软件的影响无4.4.3对用户单位机构的影响为使本系统能够有效运行,采用本系统的企业必须对可能接触到本系统的人员进行培训,使其熟悉系统模块的使用方法,基本了解数据库的结构。需要1到2名管理员。4.4.4对系统运行过程的影响A. 新系统将完全改变用户的操作规程,由手工操作转变为自动化操作;B. 不再由手工处理任何数据;C. 数据将通过网络直接进入系统数据库;D. 数据将保存在数字化存储设备上;E. 系统一旦失效,带来的负面影响比较大 4.4.5对开发的

8、影响A. 除非企业有特殊要求,否则各种数据库的资料将预设空值或无意义值,不需由企业提供任何数据资料。B. 为了开发和测验本系统,需要2-8台可以联网的一般PC。C. 除非企业对职工有什么特殊的管理需进行查询和调查,否则不涉及保密与安全问题。4.4.6对地点和设施的影响无影响。4.4.7对经费开支的影响由于本项目的实验性质,不需要人员工资。但打印文档、使用计算机资源都将产生费用。粗略估计应在10000元左右。4.5风险分析和局限性 风险分析:由于是小组进行实验模拟,不存在风险分析。技术性风险:目前开发小组对需求的认识尚未统一,最终的系统可能无法完全满足用户的需求。本小组成员的能力尚未确认,他们不

9、一定拥有合适的技能,最终可能使项目的技术性能降低,也可能产生少量延迟。由于联系的问题,客户不会全程参与需求定义工作。这可能使生成的产品退化。为规避以上风险,采取了以下措施:1、 小组将要求组员在进行任何开发前在小组会议上讨论其对需求的理解。小组不能在任何成员对需求有异议的情况下进入开发。2、 小组将指定专人对组员进行培训,并要求组员平时进行自学。3、 一旦风险变成现实,小组将启动危机处理过程,将损失减至最小。商业性风险:由于本系统的实验性质,不会投入到真正的商业环境中,因此不存在商业风险。局限性:由于本项目组存在的周期较短,对最终生成的系统的维护将会比较困难。4.6技术条件方面的可行性A. 对

10、于运行平台的约束,由于现有的大量基于Win32的技术及它们的易用性,不会对项目产生重大影响;基于Delphi7、BDC,本系统所涉及数据库的实现不存在任何障碍;由于时间限制机组员的技术水平,本系统所涉及之网络功能的实现可能存在障碍,最后可能会留到下一周期开发。B. 开发人员的数量可以满足要求;开发人员的实际技术水平还不明确,不一定保证完全满足要求,可能会造成拖延。C. 本小组已有完善的进度安排和明确的人员分工,完全可能按时交付。5投资及效益分析 5.1支出由于本项目的实验性质和组员的现有能力,在此不列出支出的来源,不进行定量分析。5.1.1基本建设投资企业购置计算机的费用。5.1.2其他一次性

11、支出对员工的培训费用。5.1.3非一次性支出不存在5.2收益分析由于本项目的实验性质和组员的现有能力,在此仅列出收益的来源,不进行定量分析。5.2.1一次性收益A. 系统投入运行后,需要的人员数量大大减少,减少的人员工资;B. 由计算机更科学的分配时间,使同样时间内管理员能处理职工档案管理增加,由此引起的收益;C. 由于对信息的管理和分析更快捷,将有效提升企业在查询职工档案管理方面的效率。5.2.2不可定量的收益信息处理的自动化将引起由于人工误操作而导致的风险的减少;6 结论综上所述,本项目启动的条件已经满足,可以立即实施,但开发过程中需要注意前文中提到的风险。附录:项目开发初步规划人员分工:

16、ore my time.As a kid, I was fascinated with what goes on in the sky, and when NASA pulled the plug on the shuttle program I was heartbroken. Yet the privatized space race has renewed my childhood dreams to reach for the stars.As a meteorologist, Ive still seen many important weather and space events

17、, but right now, if you were sitting next to me, youd hear my foot tapping rapidly under my desk. Im anxious for the next one: a space capsule hanging from a crane in the New Mexico desert.Its like the set for a George Lucas movie floating to the edge of space.You and I will have the chance to watch

18、 a man take a leap into an unimaginable free fall from the edge of space - live.The (lack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the

19、winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territor

20、y.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere.

21、As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communi

22、cations), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - w

23、inds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers

24、), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles

25、/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell

26、be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting

27、 the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Ins

28、tead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness

29、at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 -

30、 at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind.
