1、地下车库管理制度地下车库管理制度 RULES & REGULATION BASEMENT CAR PARK 1进出车辆需持有我公寓保安部发放的公寓停车证，凭证进出地下车库。 Please present your Car Park Pass to the Security Officer whenever enter/departing the Parking Log at our basement. The Parking Log is only available for those cars with pass only. 2驾驶人员及车主应遵从车库管理员的指示。 Please foll
2、ow the instruction of out Parking Attendant when you enter the Parking Log. 3车辆进出车库，应严格按行驶路线行驶，严禁逆行。 Please follow the indication and do not against the road sign. 4车辆应按所划车位有序停放，严禁侵占他人车位及在单行道上停车。 All cars should park at the reserved area only. 5发现车辆存在未关门或因碰撞所导致的外观损坏等现象，要及时报告保安部。 Please contact the s
3、ecurity officers for any damage of your car or if door was found opened. 6禁止在车库、车场内洗车、加油及对车辆进行维修保养工作。 Car wash, gasoline refill and regular maintenance are not allow in the Parking Log. 7车辆在公寓范围内发生交通事故，由肇事方承担相应的赔偿责任。 The reasonable party should take the responsibility for any incident occurred within the Somerset Fortune Garden. 8车库、车场内禁止吸烟及动用明火。 Please do not smoke in the Parking Log, any flammable item is prohibit. 9车库、车场禁止堆放各种包装及纸张、汽油等易燃物品。 Please do not keep any flammable items and gasoline in the Parking Log. 10严禁在车内存放贵重物品。 Please do not keep any value items in the car.
