We then instructed our forwarding department to further investigate the matter. The carrier has been communicated with, and informs us that the whole shipment arrived in g

As we know, that case contains some important spare parts of our knitting machines, without which the machines will not work, we shall therefore be pleased to put in hand a repeat of the supply of the spare at the prices invoiced if you think it necessary, and we shall do our best to deliver them to you within a fortnight.
