A diploma is nothing but a certificate issued by an educational institution. So,there is no certain relationship between diploma and competence. Diploma doesnt r
3、epresent competence.Some people can not adapt to the real life even though they have high diplomas. On the contrary, some people can do very well in their own life even though they have no diplomas. The reason for that is the difference of their abilities.
