1、浙江理工大学2012版材料科学与工程专业培养方案一、专业名称:材料科学与工程(高分子材料与工程方向) 专业代码:080205Y二、培养目标本专业培养具有德、智、体美全面发展、掌握高分子材料与工程学基础理论、基本技术和基本技能,能从事高分子材料科学,特别是纤维高分子材料及其制品、橡塑材料及其制品的科学研究、技术开发、应用、工艺和设备设计、质量检测及控制、生产及经营管理,具有较强计算机技能和创新能力的高级工程技术人才。三、培养规格及基本要求本专业学生主要学习材料科学与工程的基础知识,纤维、塑料和橡胶等高分子材料的组成、结构和性能知识以及高分子材料成型加工技术。通过各种实际工程训练使学生掌握材料加工

2、工艺设计,提高材料性能和产品质量;培养开发研究新材料和新工艺的能力。在素质、能力与知识上的具体要求如下:1 知识结构要求掌握至少1门外语、文献检索、计算机及信息应用技术、科技写作等工具性知识;具备包括人文、经济学等一定的人文社科知识,掌握数学、物理、化学、生物学等自然科学知识; 掌握工程制图、机械基础、电工电子技术等工程技术知识;掌握包括经济学、国际贸易、营销、物流管理等方面的知识; 掌握材料科学与工程主干学科的科学技术知识。包括高分子材料的合成、加工的原理与制备工艺、高分子材料的性能检测等。掌握包括高技术纤维、膜科学技术、产业用纺织品、复合材料学等专业拓展知识。掌握至少掌握一门计算机或经济类

3、跨学科的知识。掌握具备一定的专业外语知识。2能力结构要求获取知识的能力:具有良好的自学能力、良好的计算机应用能力、语言表达能力和自我展示能力、团队协作能力等。具备应用知识能力:具备良好的英语应用能力、计算机应用能力、实验设计能力、工程实践能力、工程综合能力等。具备良好的创造性思维能力、创新实践能力、科学研究能力和理论联系实际的能力。 具备独立从事材料科学与工程专业新工艺、新技术、新产品研究开发的初步能力。具有获取材料加工成型领域最新信息的初步技能。3素质结构要求具有良好的思想品德和职业道德;具有法制意识和社会责任感,具有健康的身体和良好的心理素质,了解体育运动的基本知识,掌握必要的体育锻炼技能

6、材料为基础,纺织材料与纤维为特色的专业发展方向,形成了“教学与科研、教学与实际生产相结合”的办学理念。十、说明本专业按材料大类招生(含材料科学与工程和包装工程俩专业),第一学年(即第1与第2学期)课程计划设置完全相同,第2学期结束前依照学生自愿及学业成绩进行分流选拔,第3学期开始分流培养。1、 通识课程选修说明:工程技术类:推荐选修“工程制图B”。计算机信息类:推荐选修“三维设计CAD”和“文献检索”。2、学科基础选修说明:推荐选修1门以上全英文课程或双语课程。Zhejiang Sci-Tech University 2012 Program Outline for Materials Sci

9、quirements on Knowledge and AbilitiesThe students are required to have a sound mastery of the basic theory of materials science and engineering, to know about composition, structure and properties, and the processing technology of fiber, plastic and rubber and other polymer materials. Through a vari

10、ety of practical engineering training, it is intended to make students master the material processing technology design, improve the performance of materials and product quality, and cultivate students capability of developing and and doing research on new materials and new technologies.
