1、企业调查报告格式一、封面见第6页二、目录目录依次由企业调查报告的章、节、小节、参考文献、附录等的序号、名称和页码组成。目录内容应简明扼要。“目录”二字(三号宋体、加黑)上空一行,下空二行为第一章等等。章、参考文献、附录均采用四号宋体、加黑,节、小节等小标题及所有页码均采用五号宋体。章、节、小节的排列示例如下:1 这里是第一章的名称 11-1 这里是第一章第一节的名称 11-1-1 这里是第一章第一节第一小节的名称 1三、符号说明企业调查报告中所用符号(包括缩写词等)都应说明其含义、单位(或量纲)。在该页的开始,采用四号宋体、加黑、居中打印“符号说明”四字。每个符号说明占12行,符号后面是破折号

2、。含义与单位之间用逗号,最后是句号。每页排12列,如果2列排不开,再另取一页。四、正文正文是企业调查报告的核心部分,占主要篇幅,一般由标题、文字段落、图、表和公式五个部分构成。实事求是,准确完备,合乎逻辑,层次分明,简练可读。正文的编写格式如下。1.标题每章的标题采用三号宋体、加黑、居中打印;“章”下空二行为“节”,采用四号宋体、加黑、居中打印;“节”下空一行为“小节”,采用小四号宋体、加黑、左起打印。换行后,采用小四号宋体打印文字段落。2.图图题采用中英文对照,中文在上,英文在下。中文字体为五号楷体,英文字体为五号 Times New Roman,且第一个英文单词的首字母大写。图题紧接图的下

3、一行左起打印。图中的标注一律采用英文。被引用的图应在图题右上角用方括号标出参考文献序号。图号按章顺序编号,例如,图3.2(英文为Fig. 3.2)即为第三章第二图。如果图中含有几个不同部分,应将分图号(如“图3.2.1”表示图3.2的第一个分图)居中标注在分图下一行,并在图题下列出各部分内容(不写英文)。绘图必须工整、清晰、规范。其中机械零件图按机械制图规格要求;示意图应能清楚反映图示内容;对于照片,如有必要,应在右下角给出放大标尺;试验结果曲线图应制成方框图。应将图尽可能置于某页的开始或结尾,并且在图之前的文字段落中有“如图x.x”的字样。3. 表表的编排,一般是内容和测试项目由左至右横读,

4、数据按内容或项目依序对齐竖排。表中只用长度相同、粗细适中的横线(居中),禁止使用竖线。表按章顺序编号,如表5.4为第五章第四表。编号的后面空一格,居中打印表的简短确切的标题,且置于表的上方。在中文表标题和表之间,居中打印英文表标题,如“Table 5.4 xxxxxxxx”。中、英文标题分别采用五号楷体、Times New Roman。表内的缩写词和符号等,必须与文字段落中的一致。各符号的单位应尽可能标出。表内不宜用“同上”、“同左”等类似词,一律填入数字或文字。表内空白处代表无此项内容。如果数据已绘成曲线图等,可不再列表。应将表尽可能置于某页的开始或结尾,并且在表之前的文字段落中有“如表x.

5、x”的字样。4. 数学、物理和化学式数学、物理和化学式在正文中另起一行打印。式的序号按章顺序编排,如(4.2)表示第四章的第二式,并标注在该式所在行(当有续行时,应标注于最后一行)的最右边。较长的式,另行居中横排。如果式必须转行,只能在、处转行,上下式尽可能在等号“=”处对齐。五、参考文献按正文中参考文献出现的先后顺序用阿拉伯数字在方括号内连续编号,同时,所列的参考文献都应在正文中出现。视具体情况,将参考文献序号作为上角标,或作为文字段落的组成部分。如“某某人1,3,79对此作了研究、数学模型见文献1,5,912”。参考文献中每条项目应齐全。文献中的作者不超过三位时全部列出;超过三位时只列前三

6、位,后面加“等”字或“et al”;作者姓名之间用逗号分开,在“等”字或“et al”前加逗号;中外人名一律采用姓在前、名在后的著录法。著录时应特别注意各国人的姓名写法,如法国人、德国人、荷兰人、葡萄牙人和巴西人的姓前有词头或冠词。名可以缩写为首字母(大写),但不加编写点“.”。参考文献的第一页编排是先空一行、采用三号宋体加黑居中打印“参考文献”四字,再空一行,采用五号宋体、左起、悬挂缩进、依次打印参考文献。参考文献的著录格式示例1. 连续出版物序号 作者. 题名. 刊名,出版年份,卷号(期号):引文所在的起始或起止页码2. 著作序号 作者. 书名. 版本(第1版不标注). 出版地:出版者,出

7、版年. 引文所在的起始或起止页码3. 企业调查报告集序号 作者. 题名. 见(英文用In):主编. 企业调查报告集名. 出版地:出版者,出版年. 引文所在的起始或起止页码4. 企业调查报告序号 作者. 题名:博士或硕士企业调查报告(英文用Dissertation). 保存地点: 保存单位,年份5. 专利序号 专利申请者. 题名. 专利国别,专利文献种类,专利号. 出版日期6. 技术标准序号 起草责任者. 标准代号,标准顺序号发布年,标准名称. 出版地: 出版者,出版年六、附录附录是作为企业调查报告主体的补充部分,并不是必要的。2 下列内容可以作为附录编于企业调查报告后:(1) 为了企业调查报告

8、的完整,但编入正文又有损于编排的条理和逻辑性,这一类材料包括比正文更为详尽的信息、研究方法和技术更深入的叙述,对了解正文内容有用的补充信息等;(2) 由于篇幅过大或取材于复制品而不便于编入正文的材料;(3) 某些重要的原始数据、数学推导、计算程序、框图、结构图、注释、统计表、计算机打印输出件、重复性数据图表等。2. 附录中的有关格式企业调查报告的附录依次为“附录A”,“附录B”,“附录C”等编号。如果只有一个附录,也写成“附录A”。采用三号宋体、加黑、居中打印“附录A”。在“附录A”下一行,采用三号宋体、加黑、居中打印附录的题名。在附录题名下空一行,采用五号宋体打印附录正文。如果有小标题或更低

9、一级的标题,则采用五号宋体、左起、加黑打印“A.1 ”或“A.1.1 ”。在每一小标题的上面空一行。附录中的图、表、式的编号与正文分开,即将A、B、C或取代编号中“章”的序号。例如图A.1、表B.2、式(C.3)分别表示附录A中的第1个图、附录B中的第2个表、附录C中的第3个式。七、其他要求(一)企业调查报告内容一律采用激光打印机双面打印,在正文中有彩色图形更好。纸张大小为A4复印纸,页边距采用:上2.5cm、下2.0cm、左2.5cm、右2.0cm。(二)页码编排:自中文摘要开始,到符号说明,采用i、ii、iii、iv、编排页码;自正文开始,到企业调查报告的最后一页,采用阿拉伯数字编排页码。

10、页码一律采用五号宋体,置于页面底端外侧。(三)页眉设置:在页眉的下端画一条双横线(两条横线的间距为0.5mm),双横线左、右边距分别为2.5cm和2.0cm。在单页面双横线的上面采用小五号宋体居中打印“河北工业大学工商管理硕士(MBA)企业调查报告”; 在双页面双横线的上面采用小五号宋体居中打印“企业调查报告题目”。除了封面、封二外,其他页面均打印此页眉。(四)编写企业调查报告时,行间距一般采用1.25倍行距。作者可以根据具体情况做适当调整,但行间距不可太大或太小。河北工业大学工商管理硕士(MBA)企业调查报告报告题目作者姓名. 指导教师姓名: 教 授 河北工业大学 报告提交日期:年月 年月E

13、when NASA pulled the plug on the shuttle program I was heartbroken. Yet the privatized space race has renewed my childhood dreams to reach for the stars.As a meteorologist, Ive still seen many important weather and space events, but right now, if you were sitting next to me, youd hear my foot tappin

14、g rapidly under my desk. Im anxious for the next one: a space capsule hanging from a crane in the New Mexico desert.Its like the set for a George Lucas movie floating to the edge of space.You and I will have the chance to watch a man take a leap into an unimaginable free fall from the edge of space

15、- live.The (lack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight lin

16、e we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same

17、 feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning

18、bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as

19、he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud

20、 cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliner

21、s (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back t

22、he door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving in

23、to the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more de

24、nse air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute

25、 at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner s

26、till will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
