Lead in Show a picture of YaoMing with PPT, and ask, Do you know this man ? Yes, its YaoMing. He is a basketball player. So we
2、can say he can play basketball.(write down this sentence on the blackboard ). Then show another picture of Yang Liping. “she is an extremely excellent dancer, and she dances very well. So she can dance.” (write down this sentence on the blackboard ). Show the pictures of students drawn by themselves
3、. And say, “there are many pictures in my hands. They are drawn by you. And I think you draw very well. So we can say “ You can draw”. (write down this sentence on the blackboard ). But I cant draw.” Then let ss to read the sentences together. Then say, “please watch these sentences carefully, what
4、can you find out ? Yes, there is a CAN in every sentence. (underline “can” 1 in every sentence).and tell ss, “ Our new lesson is about this word CAN.” (Write “CAN ” on the blackboard.) Then ask ss “Can you understand this word? it means “能,会in Chinese. it is a model verb. and how to use it ?” OK,它用来
5、表能力。某人会做某事,we use CAN;某人不会做某事,we use CANT. (Write “cant ” on the blackboard.) Step 3. Drill Show four pairs of pictures to talk about what people can do. 1) I can play baseball. We can play baseball. 2) Mary can sing. They can sing. 3) She can swim. They can swim. 4) The girl can ride a bike. They c
6、an ride bikes. Then show some actions and some dolls to talk about what people cant do. 1). I cant sing this song. (I will sing the song wrongly) 2). The doll cant run. 3). The dolls cant run. Next 由 “The dolls cant run. ”导入can的一般疑问句以及它的肯定和否定回答 Can you run? yes, I can。 Can the dolls run? No, they ca
7、nt. Then show box 1,2, 3, and let ss read the sentences together. And 2 then help ss make a conclusion : Sb can do; Sb cant do Can sb do ? 肯定回答:Yes, sb can. 否定回答:No, sb cant.
