1、创业计划书1007005 张伟娜2011.2.20二手书书店创业计划书（一）项目计划的背景近年来，随着中国高等教育的发展，在校的大学生越来越多。因此，对书籍的需求量也越来越大。但就陕西科技大学来说，学生在校人数众多，却没有一家初具规模的二手书店，只有在后街上有一家门面很小的店，店内布局混乱，书籍种类也不多，不能满足同学们对二手书的需求。通过观察发现，同学们对二手书的兴趣颇高，在校大学生大部分经上都不宽裕，购买二手书可以节省一部分开支；使用二手书也符合国家提倡的“低碳经济”的要求。（二）项目计划的可行性陕科大位于西安市的北郊，在未央大学园内，附近有西北工业大学和西安医学院。学校教师公寓紧邻陕西科
2、技大学。相对来说房屋租金较低，在陕科大附近开店，教师和学生众多而且他们多数都有购买二手书的愿望，市场广阔。开办二手书店与开办新书店相比，成本较低，风险也小，适合小投资者；同时对技术的要求不高，为广大的投资者提供了便利。（三）公司介绍拟要创办的二手书店名为宏源书店，该店坐落在陕西科技大学附近。面积有80平方米，主要经营二手书的收购与销售。宏源书店的出现解决了同学们书本当废纸卖的惨剧；另一方面也满足了同学们低价购书的愿望，节省学生及老师的开支；同时也为教师子女课外用书提供了便利。（四）管理及组织宏源书店为三个合伙人共同投资创建的一个小型书店，投资资金来自于三个合伙人，经营净利润按照出资比例进行分配
3、，三个共负盈亏。书店还雇佣了两个营业员，主要负责书籍的归类及摆放。（五）市场及竞争分析在陕科大校园内没有二手书店，在校外也只有一家门面狭小的店，门面混乱，书籍种类少、质量差、价格高，竞争对手的竞争能力较低。我在创办二手书店时，首先要注意门面的装修，让读者进店能感觉到很舒畅；其次要注意室内的装修设计和书籍的摆放；最重要的是要定期外购书籍，保证二手书的数量和质量满足顾客的需求。如果能做到上面几点，后街的小店肯定不会是有力的竞争对手。在学校和教师公寓附近开店，人流量较大，市场广阔；既能满足学生对二手书的需求也能吸引一部分老师加入购书的行列。有许多人有错误的认识，总以为二手书店要建在学校里，顾客就是学
4、生。其实，这种观点是很狭隘的，这无疑减少了店的顾客。而在学校和教师住所毗邻的地方开店，目标顾客不仅是学生还有老师以及老师的子女。（六）营销分析及应对策略开这样的书店，出现风险的可能性并不是很大，但也须把握一下几点： 首先，同行业的竞争。其他书店见到这项业务有着很大的发展前景，也自发地想开设这一业务，但这一业务对象完全就一个特殊的群体，二手书每年也就那么一段时间可以收购，其他书店想插足也得深入考虑一翻，市场就那么大，大家都介入，利润也就不那么明显了，而且极可能拖垮他们原有的经营业务。只要牢牢地占领校园市场，做强自己的品牌，几乎不可能发生来自同行业的竞争。如果万一有，那就得靠紧密联系广大同学，紧抓
5、机遇期，对学生提出的有建设性意见。其次，购二手书渠道不畅，这就要看宣传力度和采取的方法了。最后就是书店管理方面。应该在提升服务质量，提高效率上下工夫。诚然，各种各样的问题总会出现，妥善应对危机是经营者应具备的素质。建设一支很好的购书队伍、服务队伍、获取最新的课程设置、了解同学对图书的需求在这里是十分的必要的，是能够经营好二手图书市场所必须具备的。（七）财务分析1、确定各项成本和费用（1）房屋的租金：每年10000元左右（2）房屋的押金：4000元（3）房屋的装修费：3000元（4）收购5000本二手书（每本6元）：30000元时间统计项目第一年（单位：元）（试运营期）来年（单位：元）（正式运营
6、期）书店年销售额50000110000房租1000010000员工工资500010000水电费10001000其他开支15002000新书成本费20005000二手书收购费3000020000利润50062000待添加的隐藏文字内容3上表为模拟的利润表。通过以上利润表可以看出，第一年盈利500元，第二年盈利62000年。（八）创办过程1、收购大量的二手辅导书籍，如专业辅导书籍，公共课辅导书籍等上年的考研书籍及材料也可涉猎。渠道有很多，招聘在本校的学生做助手，让他们帮忙联系，自己再来洽谈；或者让招聘来的同学按照要求主动收购，自己再回收等等。当然前期的宣传一定得做好，价格也得给的适当合理，一般可按
7、辅导书籍原价的3折左右。这一切可以在开春到下半学期结束时进行。2、租赁店面。选择一家合适的店面也致管重要，按目前的市场价，在纬七路两间屋的价格是10000/年左右。3、办证。可向当地的文化局申请办理相关手续。4、营业。通过财务分析发现宏源书店进入正式运营期后利润为62000元。当前期准备基本结束后应当将图书分类上架，开始正式投入运营。随着办公的现代化，所有数据可以输入电脑，用数据库管理软件管理日常的图书交易和租赁记录，当然一些其他的如订购图书等业务也可以在适当的时候开设。（九）发展趋势及未来展望二手书市场潜力巨大，经营大学生二手辅导类书籍只是其中很小的一部分，但其更具针对性和可操作性。如果能够
8、发展成连锁店。将对图书销售市场产生积极而深远的影响！创办这样的书店也是大学生创业的很好选择！尤其对于高校毕业生来说，国家给以了很大的扶持力度和很多优惠政策。虽然此类不如其他行业获利多，但其投资不多、风险小、获利快，是一个很理想的投资理财项目。（十）风险及注意事项1、在选址上不能只赚学生钱许多人认为，二手书店应该依托学校。但其实，学校一年有寒暑两次长假，期间几乎没有生意。尽管有时并不会亏钱，但也看不到更大的发展空间。二手书店不能纯粹依托学校，最理想的选址在学校与居民区相结合的区域。宏源书店位于陕西科技大学附近，附近有住宅区，顾客群体丰富。确定了选址后，书籍配置也要更为多样化，除了教授学生需求的专
9、业研究类书籍以外，也要配置一些大众化的生活类、少儿类书籍。2、进货要及时同时服务要好开二手书门店的另一关键要领是及时补货，时常要有新淘来的二手书上架。比如，客人如果来一次买了基本书，过一周来看，店里还是这些书，那他以后可能就不会来了，要让他每次来都有新收获，才能留住客人。进货渠道主要包括，到学校宿舍区收书，居民送来的闲置书，或是与旧书批发商、出版社、纸厂、联系拿货等。至于服务方面，书店员工要熟悉自己的旧书，给来找书的顾客一些推荐；要把顾客当成自己的朋友，多聊聊跟书有关的话题，增加顾客对二手书店的认同感。3、存在的风险二手书店的冲击来自互联网和盗版书。现在，只需将书名键入网络搜索引擎，几分钟内便

I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds,
15、knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The g
16、uy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon
17、 as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications

He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds le
19、ss than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drif
20、ting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53
21、kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be trav
22、eling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the to
23、p of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, h
24、e plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach
25、 speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
