1、KTV名称:小天使之恋 一、项目介绍: 1项目名称:小音乐作坊 2经营范围:儿童唱歌、娱乐、联谊 项目概述:项目创办,主要为那些热爱唱歌、喜欢唱歌的小朋友们提供一个健康的环境,家长可以带孩子来此唱歌娱乐。 市场分析:目前合肥市场上KTV等唱歌场所林立,但没有一家是真正面对儿童开放的。少年儿童的唱歌欲望很难得到满足。同时,当今儿童歌曲普遍缺乏,因此创办儿童KTV,为儿童提供一个自己的娱乐场所。 3市场竞争与前景:社会进步必然存在竞争,在创业阶段必须重视行业竞争。社会化分工越来越详细,单从医院这方面来说,已经从男科妇科进而演化到各个极细小的科目。所以在众多娱乐场所纷繁冗杂的形式下,儿童KTV的创办

2、,更能适应市场化经济,填补市场激烈运行下的漏洞,提高自身效益。只要扬长避短,制定自己的竞争优势,突出优点,创新发展,才能不断满足社会的需求。发展潜力是十分巨大的,从创业项目来讲,只要重视竞争对手,采取独立鲜明的创造个性,以有针对性合理化经营方针,就一定能成功。 二、结构及面积 a8个小包厢约9个平米=72个平米,2个大包厢约20平米=40平米 b大厅约70平米 c剩余约18平米用于建造厕所和简单购物场所 三、成本预算 1薪资预算 说明:员工个人工资待遇与社会上其他KTV场所保持一致 2投资规划 说明:儿童KTV的开办虽然有一定的市场竞争力,但前期投资过大,收益不是很客观,但当品牌打出去了,则又

3、另当别论。投资规划如下:(1)场地按地段估计市价,支付地租 (2)以突出欢快的儿童色彩为基调进行简单装潢 (3)音响设备配套实施,一体化进行 (4)在KTV内部设置简单的购物场所,提供饮料及零食 3经营成本预算 说明:总的来说,儿童KTV的核心竞争力就是有针对性的歌曲种类,为儿童创造独立自主的动手能力。当然,KTV的定位不是一次就能适当合理的确定,也不是一成不变的。必须根据市场情况和小朋友的需求,适时适当的不断加以调整和改进。 (1)总投资9万元 (2)大厅及包厢装潢预计在3万元。音响等设备预计在3余万:8个包厢*2500=2万,剩余1万元用在大厅舞台设备。 (3)2万元用于支付房租 (4)剩

5、区 c场所的面积约200m (2)设定经营场所: a经营策略 加强联系、不断了解、推陈出新、满足需求。让儿童全方位的享受一个属于自己的音乐空间。 b营销手段 1)熟人推荐:利用熟人介绍。 2)艺术学院促销:利用学校关系,由学校推广促销。 3)宣传推广:到各学校幼儿园设点进行宣传推广工作,特别是中午、下午放学时的宣传。 4)单位宣传:到学校幼儿园门口和深入学校周边的居民区派发单张。 5)媒体宣传:通过广播、网络宣传,我们有自己专门的网站 6)电话热线:接受家长的咨询、推广、投诉。 7)人员推销:直接推销。 8)街道设点:深入各街道进行宣传推广。 3经营计划 aKTV内部装潢突出儿童的欢乐色彩,以

10、my time.As a kid, I was fascinated with what goes on in the sky, and when NASA pulled the plug on the shuttle program I was heartbroken. Yet the privatized space race has renewed my childhood dreams to reach for the stars.As a meteorologist, Ive still seen many important weather and space events, bu

11、t right now, if you were sitting next to me, youd hear my foot tapping rapidly under my desk. Im anxious for the next one: a space capsule hanging from a crane in the New Mexico desert.Its like the set for a George Lucas movie floating to the edge of space.You and I will have the chance to watch a m

12、an take a leap into an unimaginable free fall from the edge of space - live.The (lack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the wind

13、s, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.Th

14、e guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As s

15、oon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communicati

16、ons), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds

17、 less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), d

18、rifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.

19、53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be t

20、raveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the

21、 top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead

22、, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at m

23、ach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
