1、XX市牛奶市场调查报告一、 调查目的1、 了解XX市奶业市场竞争状况2、 对某品牌在当地市场的可持续发展提出合理化建议；二、 调查内容实地访问三、 调查时间200749415四、 调查结果与分析（一） 超市情况：(略)本品与竟品情况比较分析从当地奶业整体市场竞争品牌看，可分为本地品牌和外地品牌，本地品牌为团团和凤祥，外地品牌为三鹿、得益、蒙牛、伊利、佳宝、三元、天山雪、太子奶等（其中团团、凤祥、三元、天山雪、太子奶因产品或渠道的不同，不作为本公司的主要竞争品牌，以下不再分析）；1、 各品牌销售产品结构分析(仅限低温产品)1）各品牌畅销的低温奶基本类似，其中蒙牛的大果粒、伊利的恋恋风情杯酸表现比

3、品的低温奶和常温奶都是分开运作，据观察，竟品的主要精力也是放在常温奶以及乳饮料的销售上，所以竟品常温奶的销量应该远大于低温奶的销量，因本公司在此市场以低温奶为主，故对竟品的常温奶部分不做分析；2)本公司产品结构分析:根据1-3月份销售数据统计,各类产品占有比例如下：优益杯(25%)实惠装(18%)常温奶(16.6%)原味酸(12%)杯酸(9%)桶酸(5%)棒酸(4.5%)；杯酸部分（优益杯+杯酸）为34%,占有总销量的1/3多;袋酸部分合计(实惠装+原味酸)为30%,所以杯酸和袋酸是本公司在本地市场上的主销产品，与竟品情况类似；本公司常温奶在上述占有较大比例,原因在于：占有地利优势,本公司在超

5、解情况,竟品与我公司的促销方式与所促销产品基本雷同,没有较为特殊之处；（二） 消费者分析1、根据现场观察情况，购买低温奶的消费者约有90%以上为1840岁的女性；2、影响消费者购买的因素主要为：品牌、价格、生产日期（新鲜度）、产品配方（对增稠剂、人为的添加剂较为敏感）等，说明消费者对健康非常重视；3、一次购买量：80%为1-2袋；（三） 本公司SWOT分析优势：1、专业的巴氏奶制造商；2、当天可送达本地，能保持产品的新鲜度；3、产品种类较多，与竟品有一定的差异化；4、有一定的品牌知名度；劣势：1、虽有知名度，但与竟品相比，缺乏指名度和忠诚度；2、销售渠道单薄，只有超市和投递，不能发挥协同整合效
6、用；机会：1、随着消费者对健康的重视和对奶产品的认知越来越高的情况下，利于巴氏奶的成长；2、竟品目前还没有将巴氏纯奶引入超市渠道，如果我公司先进一步，可形成先入为主的局面，成功的机会较大；3、社区已经培养了一部分消费群，有助于超市渠道的销售；威胁：1、如果竟品在我之前进入超市，本公司优势将受到限制；2、竟品推出与我公司（目前有差异化的产品）相同的产品，势必遏制我公司差异化产品的销售；3、消费者对巴氏奶的认知会有一个较长的过程，需要担负消费者的前期教育工作；五、 策略与建议产品策略：1、产品多样化与差异化策略：虽然我公司的产品在本市场有一定的销量，但毕竟不是领导品牌，所以必须走产品多样化与差异化
7、的道路，丰富产品结构；建议在超市引进巴氏纯奶的销售，以满足没有订奶而又对巴氏纯奶需求的消费者，既可与社区渠道形成互补，又能加强社区渠道的销售；原有产品中，加强棒酸和新鲜杯的销售，与竟品形成差异化，并不断引进新的产品；补充：将巴氏纯奶引进超市销售的理由如下：A、本公司社区投递有45%为巴氏纯奶，加上竟品的投递量，应该有一定的消费基础；B、佳宝在五星购物广场中销售巴氏纯奶，势头良好；C、本公司所销售产品结构中，纯牛奶占有16%的份额，这部分消费群应该成为巴氏纯奶的消费者；D、发挥本公司的优势；2、寻求单品突破：本公司目前在当地消费者的心智中还不是第一品牌，欲有所突破，须寻找一差异化产品进行突围，以
8、差异化产品的销售，在某一细分市场创造第一，带动品牌的提升，从而带动全线产品的销量提升；在目前的产品线中，可在巴氏纯奶、高钙酸奶（无任何添加剂）或新鲜杯中选择（具体情况需再研究，看哪个产品的市场容量较大）；3、产品结构框架分 类 产 品 定 位 代 表 产 品高端产品 树立品牌，获取利润，保持持续增长 大果粒、桶酸中端产品 差异化产品，利润产品，需一定的销量支持 新鲜杯、棒酸低端产品 竞争性产品，对抗竟品的销售，求销量，微利 杯酸、袋酸促销策略：4、促销差异化：据了解，竟品和我公司采取的主要促销方式皆为特价或买赠本品，建议我公司使用绑赠促销品的方式，与竟品错位促销，一则可以通过有吸引力的促销品吸
9、引顾客，提升销量，二则可以保持产品价格的稳定，树立品牌形象，防止跌入价格促销的怪圈中；但在具体运作中，需要根据具体的产品和竞争环境而定，如低端产品在与竟品价格相差无几的情况下（价差太小，无法买到合适的促销品），只能通过更低的价格与竟品对抗；高端产品因有一定的利润空间，则可以通过促销品的方式进行促销推广；5、促销资源集中化：将有限的促销资源放在销量较大的几个店中；从时间上，集中在周末，如可以聘请临促加强周末的促销活动；价格策略：6、低端产品的价格，可以采取紧跟竟品价格的方式，以较低的价格进行渗透，稳定原有消费群的同时，争取竟品的消费群；高端产品的价格不要与竟品价格相差太大（如大果粒），因为购买高
10、端产品的消费者不会太在乎价格因素，相反，如果太便宜，会使消费者产生怀疑而拒绝购买，再则也不利于品牌形象的树立；建议在缩小与竟品价差的同时，跟进相应的促销活动，如绑赠有吸引力的赠品或现场品尝活动等，以此种形式来弥补与竟品在品牌上的差距；通路策略：7、目前的销售渠道比较单薄，提升销量会受到限制，所以应拓宽渠道，增加不同渠道的协同作战效应，如学校渠道的开发等；其它策略： 8、加强新鲜度管理，以比竟品更加新鲜的姿态出现在消费者面前，依此卖点增加产品的竞争力；9、服务周到：竟品着重运作几个大店，对小店（如昆仑二、三和四店）疏于管理，经常发生断货或无货现象，本公司应保持这些被竟品忽略的店不断货，做好服务，

Im anxious for the next one: a space capsule hanging from a crane in the New Mexico desert.Its like the set for a George Lucas movie floating to the edge of space.You and I will have the chance to watch a man take a leap into
15、an unimaginable free fall from the edge of space - live.The (lack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if t
16、hey would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going t
17、o do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre b
18、alloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kitti
19、nger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, wi
20、th no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher
21、than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here
22、, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so de
23、spite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, h
24、e will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy
25、 his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if e
26、verything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
