2、一个巨大的产业发展起来。在众多的调味品中，消费者选择了xx，是因为xx有以下特性：原料上来说他是鸡肉与鸡蛋复合产生，既有鸡的鲜味又有鸡的香味；其化学成分上将是核甘酸与谷氨酸钠复合，鲜度相乘，实现增鲜调味二合一；鲜度与味精相比是味精的1.5-2倍，是营养成分更高的健康食品，这些优点使得xx取代味精只是时间上的问题。根据上海太太乐提供的数据，xx在上海、沿海地区超市xx与味精的销量对比显示，其销量已经与味精不相上下。 xx行业在短短的几年时间里，便涌现了一大批优秀的企业。在这些企业中，企业的年平均增长率大部分都超过了50%。根据中国调味网的资料显示：2001年xx行业销量的排名如下： 品牌 太太乐

5、有率方面，太太乐已经在缺乏竞争的市场建立了强大的品牌忠诚。 三）：消费者分析 随着生活水平的提高，消费者在吃好的基础上开始追求菜肴的更加鲜美，更富有营养。xx以其增鲜，增香不串味，迅速赢得消费者的喜爱。在经济发达的沿海城市，使用xx的消费者越来越多。 探究城市里的xx能够迅速普及有一个重要的原因，发现与餐饮行业的推广有密切的关系。我们曾经与成都市某餐饮企业的经理访谈过：“餐饮行业能够生存发展，全靠用味道把客人留住，味道好，一传十，十传百，不用打广告，企业的美名也能远播四方客。这几年，消费者是越来越挑剔了，不仅要求吃好，而且要色、鲜、味具全，刚开始我们怕xx会串味，事实证明我们的担心是多余的，现
6、在我们大厨里的每一道菜都离不开xx了，而我们的生意也越来越好。”在餐饮业的带动下，xx迅速普及。这位厨师的说法很有说服力，也充分证明了xx在市场教育、消费者引导方面，餐饮行业的推广成为重要的基地。 与此同时，由于消费者长期使用味精调味，再加上第二代味精也具有99%的增鲜功能，仍然有很多的消费者习惯用味精。尤其在比较落后的地方，还不知道xx是什么的消费者比比皆是。看来xx完全取代味精还有一定的时间，需要消费者对xx的了解，需要更多的xx企业参与到市场终端的竞争中去，因此xx企业任重道远。 为了了解消费者购买xx的原因，我们在成都市对好又多进行了一次调查。 类型购买因素 1 2 3 4 家庭主妇
7、增鲜性 营养性 保鲜性 不苦涩、不口干 青年朋友 健康性 增鲜性 没有防腐剂 菜肴味道好、既有鸡香又有鲜味 从调查中可以发现xx能在众多调味品中异军突起，与其保鲜，增鲜，具有鸡香味等特点是分不开的。 xx企业如果根据当地市场环境，作好充分xx的宣传，就能引导消费者消费习惯，多用xx，少用味精。 四）：竞争对手分析 虽然xx行业从整体上讲，还处于一种市场的导入阶段。然而xx企业的发展很迅猛。纵观全国市场，根据市场占有率来看，分别是太太乐、豪吉、家乐位于前三位。太太乐以“鲜”的有一套，让十三亿人都尝到鲜的味道，红遍华东、华北、东北、西北，将中国市场的半壁江山具为己有。在西南市场，豪吉以第一个xx品
8、牌，绿色天然雄霸西南市场，而家乐则将华南市场收入囊中。其余品牌则是在各自的企业周边建设渠道，图谋发展。值得注意的是咖啡大王雀巢通过资本运营，巧妙的收购了中国xx的两大巨头太太乐和豪吉，从而轻松占据中国xx市场80%的分额。一东一西，遥相辉映，想独霸中国xx市场之心显露无遗。这一方面展现了品牌知名度+渠道+资本的强强联合的优势，使得国内xx行业的竞争直接演化为巨人与小矮人之间没有悬念的对抗；从另一方面来看，我们发现中国xx生产企业无论规模，还是品牌，还是销售模式，都面临着深刻的危机。 五）：优势劣势与威胁机会分析 A：xx行业作为第三代调味品，具有味精所无法比拟的优势： 1，从xx行业的外部宏观
9、环境来看，xx协会的成立，xx成分检测标准的办法的制定，有利于指导和规范目前散乱的市场。为xx行业的发展创造一个良好的外部环境。 2，从xx的原料上来讲，xx由鸡肉和鸡蛋复合而成，将鸡的香味与鸡的鲜味合二为一，相比味精更鲜、更有营养，更受消费者喜欢。 3，从xx的化学成分上讲，它是核苷酸与谷氨酸钠复合而成，具有耐高温、不串味、吃了不口干的特性。这是其他调味品无法相比的。 4，xx企业从一开始就将xx定位成绿色食品，健康无污染的战略，有利于xx在消费者心目中树立健康食品形象。 B：同时，xx企业也有它自身的一些劣势： 1，消费者的消费习惯的改变是一个长期的过程，目前在市场上保鲜性的味精销量走势强
10、劲。而在经济欠发达地区甚至还有不知道什么是xx的消费者比比皆是，因此xx企业还要受到味精的威胁。 2，由于一些xx企业的急功近利心态，导致xx的宣传与消费者接受的信息不对称，使许多消费者认为xx具有毒副作用，而放弃使用xx的念头。 3，由于xx行业作为一个新兴的领域，行业标准、成分指标等检测办法还在指定之中，所以目前在市面上许多小品牌在质量方面令人忧虑，市场比较混乱，竞争没有秩序。 C：作为xx企业将受到以下威胁： 1，xx行业虽然才短短几年，但由于雀巢和太太乐、豪吉的结合，使得xx企业之间的竞争迅速从战国时代演化走到强秦一同江湖的局面，当先进的技术，强势的品牌，完善的渠道、雄厚的资本结合在一

17、at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am a
18、lso a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling
19、 his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded sup
20、ersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descen
21、t could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of
22、the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the bounda
23、ry layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling a
24、n Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skyd
25、iver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he
26、 goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute
27、 successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no pa
28、rachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
