1、xx葡萄酒市场消费者调查报告一、调查方法 采用街头现场拦截面访 二、抽样方法 样本设计实行随机抽样和非随机抽样结合的原则,即采用分群多阶段随机抽样和配额抽样法。 样本特征:满足以下条件: xx市常住人口或居住五年以上 年龄在1860岁之间 知晓或购买过葡萄酒产品 无市场研究/广告/策划公司、电台、电视台、报社等媒介机构、葡萄酒的生产、销售等单位工作经历 在过去六个月内没有接受过任何市场研究访问 样本执行区域: xx六城区 具体访问地点:小寨商业圈、钟楼商业圈、土门商业圈、交大商业圈等 实际完成样本数量:192份 三、现场执行情况 现场执行严格按照督导负责制; 在现场执行过程中,所有人员严格按照

2、培训的督导职责和访员职责进行; 公司对调查问卷进行了审核、复核,基本达到预想的有效率。 四、数据录入与处理 对调查回收问卷,进行编码; Foxpro6.0设计计算机录入程序; 用Foxpro6.0进行有效调查问卷的录入; 采用专业统计处理软件SPSS10.0对有效问卷进行分析处理; 分析结果包括:频数分析、频率分析、均值分析、相关系数分析、交叉分析等。 五、背景资料 . 七、数据分析 本次调查结果主要有几个特点: (一)xx目前葡萄酒的主要消费群体以收入较高的中青年人为主,葡萄酒的消费者主要是公司职员,其所占比例占本次调查总人数的37.9%,其次为个体经营者和商业职工分别为13.7%;文教科体

3、卫工作者为8.4%;另外,xx市葡萄酒的消费者一般是收入较高的工薪阶层。对葡萄酒消费最多的为收入在1001-1500元之间的消费者。 (二)消费葡萄酒场合中有近一半在家里,三成左右在夜场,餐饮只占了一成. (三)干红在葡萄酒市场中所占份额很大。由于受固有的消费习惯的影响,干红占到71.6%,果酒占12.6%,这跟葡萄酒消费引导有直接关系。 (四)xx市的葡萄酒消费市场中,品牌消费集中,长城、张裕、西夏王是在无提示情况下,xx人的三大首选知晓品牌,比例各占69.6%、20.9%和5.2%。长城市场反映如此之好,跟长城实施的多品项战略和终端深耕策略分不开。 (五) 从价位来看,消费者主要选择价位在

4、30-50元的人占到50%。在本次调查所列的酒品中,干红最受欢迎,调查中54%的人认可干红。这充分说明了中档干红葡萄酒是目前的一大卖点,同时葡萄酒市场在品种档次上有待进一步延伸。 (六)影响消费者选择葡萄酒品牌的主要因素: 1、调查结果表明,消费者选择葡萄酒时普遍最关注的是酒的口感,调查中24.7%的人持此观点,其次为品牌,选择此项的被访者占总人数的21.3%,调查中表示注重价格的均占17.4%。综合起来,这些很看重口味的人主要以收入较高的中青年人为主,这也是葡萄酒市场的主要消费群体。 2、有近一半的消费者选择葡萄酒时价位在21-50元之间; 25.7%的消费者选择20元以下的葡萄酒产品,由于

5、他们收入偏低,因而价格成了购物时一个很重要的考虑因素。 3、调查资料普遍反应一个问题,消费者选择葡萄酒时都很注重品牌,并且大部分人都选择当今最流行的葡萄酒品牌。这说明了消费者对葡萄酒的消费尚未成熟,从众心理严重。 (七)葡萄酒的价位选择特点 本次调查结果显示,价位在21-50元的中档葡萄酒目前最受xx市民欢迎,选择这一价位的人占总调查人数的42.4%,选择20元以下的葡萄酒,选择人数达25.7%。 调查中选择价格在50元以上的人占总人数的30%,这说明高档葡萄酒的市场潜力有待很好的挖掘。 (八)葡萄酒的品牌选择排序 xx的葡萄酒消费市场中,品牌消费集中,长城、张裕、王朝是xx人的三大首选品牌。

6、长城是xx市最信赖的品牌,调查中41.3%的人选择长城,其次为张裕,选择人数占40.2%,再次为王朝,选择人数为4.5%。 (九)葡萄酒低端市场较为混乱,市场上充斥着10元以下的低檔葡萄酒,售价每支58元之间,在大部分超市占据货架近一半的空间。有的产品直接打出了干红的旗号,欺骗消费者,牟取暴利。 八、总结与建议 市场调查结果可以看出,目前葡萄酒在xx酒类市场中所占市场份额很小;消费者在选择葡萄酒时盲目从众,消费心理尚未成熟;品牌文化底蕴不足,长期战略匮乏等等,这充分说明目前葡萄酒市场的运作还未真正成熟完善起来,为葡萄酒制定新的的营销方略势在必行。以下是根据本次调查所建议的几点葡萄酒营销宣传策略

7、: 1、从本次调查结果看,目前葡萄酒的主要消费群体是中青年人,这部分人的消费心理已基本成熟,因此广告诉求应以理性为主,即注重产品的品质及其所蕴含的文化底蕴。 2、葡萄酒的消费者大多是高收入层及工薪阶层,他们选购葡萄酒最关注的是口感、品牌、价格。而这一主体消费群受促销人员影响的比率达到了九成,因此,要赢得消费者,关键是建立葡萄酒品牌的专业营销体系,培养一支精锐销售队伍。 3、调查中反应目前在xx市葡萄酒市场中销量最高的是长城、张裕和王朝。面对日益激烈的市场竞争,葡萄酒品牌应发挥自己的优势,将自己的品牌做大、做好,探寻发掘更多的消费群。 4、随着人们生活方式和消费方式的日益多样化,各种酒都会因文化

8、的因素存在和发展。红酒是人们“尊贵”“时尚”的文化载体,如果从葡萄酒是一种高雅的艺术品,是一种文化象征入手,把品质融入结构美、个性美、风味美、意境美之中,从而产生一系列的物质、精神、习俗、心理、形象等作用,对酒的品牌传播非常有利。 5目前葡萄酒市场沿袭传统的产品结构,靠高、中、低三个档次产品打市场,真正名优的葡萄酒空缺,因此主推高品质的葡萄酒也是市场的赢利点之一。 6、葡萄酒文化推广 (1)xx是一个文化城市;西北人性情淳朴,本土情结厚重,直接面向消费者做大唐文化推广,引导体验型仿唐文化消费。 (2)xx是一个科技城市;对于新的购买方式,消费者的态度非常乐于尝试的。在中国率先推出网上购酒和电话

9、购酒的会员服务项目。 (3)xx是一个旅游城市;酒吧、咖啡厅是人气最旺的休闲场所,有较高收入的人每星期甚至每天都要到酒吧、咖啡厅喝茶,这部分人是葡萄酒目标消费群的主体。 (4)xx是一个教育城市;40多所高校60多万大学生是凯维需要品牌培育的未来主消费群。研发青少年喜好的葡萄酒,使品牌真正走入家庭,深入人心。 . 7、打xx市场,首先要打餐饮。 具体的操作上,将80%的精力及资源用在数量上只占20%,却起着领导80%消费潮流的餐饮身上,将20%的精力与资源用在其余80%的餐饮上。在拿下了这20%的重要渠道之后,也创造了另外80%的目标餐饮的进入条件。攻克餐饮这一领导渠道,对成功抢占xx市场作用

I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above a

16、ll I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up

17、 and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see t

18、he wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather pl

19、ays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-t

20、o-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect

21、a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becom

22、es the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is

23、expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a

24、 stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (

25、277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000

26、 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
