4、，是集购物、饮食、娱乐于一体的大型综合购物广场。中华广场作为广州继天河城广场后成功的又一座购物中心，开业初期为回笼资金卖散部分商铺，如今该部分商铺已基本回收，经过重新优化调整，得益于地铁一号线的东西贯通，配合流行前线等主力商家的特色经营，截留相当部分自老城区往天河城的顾客，平日客流量10多万人，节假日达20万人，目前经营状况比较理想，年租金收入达1.41.6亿元。租金水平 首层：8001000元/ 流行前线流行前线自开业之初就与地铁一号线烈士陵园站相连，为首家与地铁连通的地下商场，商场定位时尚、前往、潮流，良好的建筑设计和完善的招商规划控制，树立了一个面向年轻人的、销售物美价廉产品的形象，当年
5、成功引进电台青春反斗节目设现场直播室，迅速提高知名度，带旺了场内商品销售。如今，流行前线已成为广州年轻人当中无人不晓的休闲购物天堂。租金水平：400800元/ 地王广场 地王广场项目自1995年启动以来，经历多次转手后，03年5月开业后经营情况较差，同年8月与流行前线连通后，屈臣氏、肯德基、绿茵阁等主力店落实进驻，情况才有所好转。目前地王广场的定位为实惠、时尚精品，与流行前线经营产品相似，但偏向实惠型，相信在与英雄xx其它主力商家产生集聚效应，未来经营逐渐趋好。 陵园西电讯一条街陵园西电讯一条街以一手、二手手机销售、维修，手机入网及新产品展示为主。电讯一条街最早在较场西是广州电信的营业总部，因
6、而相关的业界纷纷在它周边开店营业。自移动通信的发展和普及，逐步在周边、陵园西形成手机一手产品的销售一条街，该街已成广州手机一手销售的一哥地位。街内集中数个大经销商，价格相对优惠，品种齐全，吸引消费者，目前经营还算理想，不过有日趋下滑之势。l 新动力数码广场位于中山三路，该场占地面积2069平方米，集商铺、写字楼和住宅于一身。主营通讯器材批发，管理费28元/平方米(包中央空调)。租金水平：首层：600元/左右 二层：300元/ l 金帝豪老鼠街金帝豪老鼠街位于中华广场东侧，拥有一至三层及二楼夹层共四个楼层。经营业态以服装、化妆品、鞋、精品为主，针对客户群以中年人为主。该场已经营10年时间，在本地
7、拥有一定的固定客户群、信誉口埤，经营状况良好。整体租金水平维持在：400600元/四、成功与不足成功之处：1.地处老城区，整个xx依托地铁一号线和中山路城市主干道的东西贯穿，广泛吸引自越秀、荔湾、芳村等老城区的顾客，以东山区殷实家庭和时尚年轻消费群体为基础，有周边上百万人口常住居民为需求基础；2.主力商家中华广场集购物、休闲、娱乐、饮食功能于一体，能吸引顾客长时间驻足，体现现代零售业态的竞争力；流行前线由著名的海印集团承租经营，市场把握和经营创新、商户组合能力强，两者结合，优势突出；3.xx经营产品互补性强，大多具鲜明定位。有全市知名的通讯一条街，深受大中学生、年轻人喜爱的流行前线，经营实惠商
8、品为主的中华百货、金蒂濠老鼠街。不足之处：1.xx地处老城区，地上交通通达性稍差，道路通行速度慢；2.xx及附近缺乏具高消费力的商务通勤人口支持；3.金蒂濠老鼠街、金凯商业城和通讯街经营档次相对较低，特别是前两者经营冒牌商品对xx整体形象提升有一定影响。五、商业发展前景1.英雄xx为东山区第一xx，东山区一直为省政府机关领导、公务人员的居住区，区域中小学名校集中，为老城区中最具消费力的区域；2.把英雄xx打造成东山区第一xx，全市具强竞争力的xx为区政府的目标，地块商业得到政府有力的支持；3.中华广场的高层写字楼即将建成投入使用，xx的商务办公功能将得到加强，带动通勤人口的增加，配合中山三路的

I watched the balloons positioned at different altitudes in the sky t
14、o test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feeling of pushing the envelope into unchart
15、ed territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our a
16、tmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (caps
17、ule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be ve
18、ry calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85
19、 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet
20、(22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. 21、till, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. L
22、ike hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not
23、needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses con
24、sciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
