1、电梯媒体开发计划书电梯广告媒体简介:城市楼宇电梯广告媒体是新型广告媒体。它是指在城市楼宇电梯内壁上制作的广告载体。在北京、上海、广州、深圳、杭州等地一经推出,即已受到包括金融、IT、通信、家电等众多广告客户的青睐和使用。电梯媒体受众细分是传播业不可逆转的发展趋势,而户外广告要达到细分目的,必须在内容、发布方式、地点方面进行突破,由原来的粗放型向集约型发展。在深圳、广州和南京,传统的媒体已经安装到商务楼、写字楼、住宅楼中,这种新式媒体促销造势,覆盖面广、受众率高,我们称之为“电梯广告”。与传统户外广告相比,电梯广告发布于电梯轿厢内,简单、精致。内容多为发布方便的小型海报和招贴。在深圳,有人估计电

2、梯媒体所蕴含的广告价值是10个亿。那么,毫无疑问,“电梯广告”将成为未来媒体代理的“阿里巴巴山洞”。电梯广告特点:在电梯内,与受众视平线几乎等高的电梯广告,在相当程度上能产生强制性阅读的效果,广告资源流失率几乎为零。具有直接面对最终用户的特点,成为广告传播渗透性极佳的媒介经典。通常情况下,单座电梯内最多同时只能有三个不同类型的广告宣传,使其品牌间相互干扰小,较传统媒介品牌宣传针对性更强。据测算,居住在高层住宅楼内的用户,每人每天平均至少乘坐电梯上下3.7次,电梯广告每天不可避免的至少四次闯入人们视线,产生了广告阅读的反复性。节约成本除了梯内发布费用比较低以外,由于是尺寸较小的作品,所以制作、投

3、放都很简单易行,能够以周、日作为发布时间单位。根据广告目的要求制定更加灵活、合理的投放策略,而无需为材料、施工费用的浪费而感惋惜。抗干扰能力强 人们每天接触到大量广告信息,真正记住的仅10条左右。其原因之一,是各种传播信息互相干扰,广告影响力自然大大下降。而电梯广告发布于相对封闭的空间内,这里容纳的信息有限而且单纯,整个环境干扰程度低,受众有可能相对多一些把注意力集中在广告上,这就避免了广告资源的大量浪费。内容的革命 发布在电梯内的广告颠覆了传统户外媒体的发布内容,因为人员的流动性太大,传统户外媒体仍然只能算做瞬间媒体,所以其内容要求尽量简洁,如无特别的创意表现,一般只适合发布产品、企业的形象

4、广告。而“电梯广告”与受众在一定时间内有着相对静止的关系。例如,乘梯中,电梯广告与乘客有机会相对静止,同时乘客会因为无聊而寻找视觉支撑点,在不经意间仔细读完广告内容。此时广告刊登详细的产品介绍、公关活动日程安排、商品优惠折扣等信息正合适宜。在这个意义上,“电梯广告”具备了报纸、杂志等媒体的优点。细分受众 户外广告面对流动的人群,不可能选择受众的类型。而“电梯广告”则具有很强的空间归属特性。如我们投放的广告位大致分为商住楼、写字楼和住宅楼,所以要发布的广告内容也可以根据媒体地段投放,而每天不同时段乘坐电梯的人群是相对稳定的,那么针对市场的广告投放就能避免因广泛“撒网”而造成的浪费。实际上,这与电

5、梯媒体专业化的发展方向理念一致。受众数量可测传统户外广告面对流动的人群,受众的确切数量是无法准确统计的。然而“电梯广告”却能通过出入写字楼人流的计算得出确定数字,从而为广告投放提供了确切的依据。当然,开发新的媒体会打破一些传统的习惯和方法,受众更可能出现厌恶情绪,导致广告效果减低。因此,需要更加重视广告的创意、制作水平,尤其注重广告内容与受众的亲和力。电梯广告的优势电梯广告的优点1、 接受电梯广告人群的经济收入高,购买力强,文化水平高,消费观念新,社会层次高,超前意识浓。有能力购买居住此类楼层的住户,其家庭收入相对较高,而且较为稳定。对广告主来说,将信息传播到既有消费需求,又有消费支付能力的人

6、群中,无疑是最有效的广告信息覆盖。2、 广告阅读的有效频次高,到达率更达95%。每人每天广告画面至少四次闯入他们的视线,电梯厢体的空间小,决定了广告阅读的不可避免和反复性,是其它媒本所不可能具有的广告阅读的强制性。3、 接受广告信息人群的群体数量稳定,不受天气、环境等外在因素影响。电梯广告媒体的广告阅读人流总数总体均衡,电梯广告是动态受众群体与静态广告内容近距离的有机结合,它弥补了现有主打广告媒体形式的不足与缺憾,最大限度地发挥了广告发布在点、线、面、图文、视觉等方面融汇贯通的信息传播记忆效应。4、 价格低廉在电视台做十次30秒广告或在报纸做一天半版的费用在20多个小区120部电梯,以现在每户

7、电梯每幅每期150元报价计算,平均每户仅需花2.3元就可以整个月内让其不断接触到您的广告,并让他牢牢记住您的品牌和产品。电梯媒体各级别分析经济型楼盘楼盘概述:别致而家庭化的住宅小区,大多是1至5年前的建筑。社区环境和谐、自然。国内电梯占主流,在牡丹江市以居民楼为主。业主特征:以机关、院办、银行等政府部门的公务员或企业经理人和职员占绝大多数,有固定的家庭住户,主动接受多方面的信息,生活较为规律,接触媒体多,不具个性化。主要分布:滨江城市花园东大信大北龙等楼盘时尚型楼盘楼盘概述:拥有良好的服务及质量,为近些年来建成的写字楼。社区环境舒适、优雅,采用国内电梯,拥有齐备的物业管理设施及完善的社区服务。

8、业主特征:电梯媒体受众主要以上班族为主,客流量较大。欣赏水平较高,更注重生活品质,工作占用时间较长,看电视、报纸的时间较少,活跃时段在节假日。主要分布:久山大厦华隆大厦万丰写字楼宝丰写字楼星元大厦群众豪华型楼盘楼盘概述:全部是牡丹江市的知名宾馆及饭店,多为近些年中标志性建造的高档项目。境优美、别致,景色宜人,采用知名电梯品牌,拥有国际化先进的物业管理服务。业主特征:电梯媒体受众以各大公司经理、社会名流、私营业主、成功人士、高收入人群为主,住户量稳定,客流量较大。有较高的欣赏水平,看电视、报纸的时间较少,有较为活跃的日程。 主要分布:牡丹江市区所有宾馆电梯广告受众特征 电梯广告的受众大多可支配收

9、入高,从以下统计数字可以看出:1、 78%会到电梯里做广告的餐馆去尝尝2、 80%关注IT新产品和通讯新功能3、 85%每月一次或更多购买时尚物品4、 平均每年有一次度假旅行5、 60%会关注广告内容电梯广告受众分析电梯广告的受众群收入分析:1000-2999元占43.4%、30005000元 占29.2%、5000元或以上占27.4%。电梯广告的受众群学历分析:高中及以下占3.5%、中专或技校占22%、大专占38%、大学或以上 36.5%。电梯广告的受众群年龄分析:45-54岁占9.6%、24岁以下占16.7%、25-45岁 73.7%。电梯广告的效果分析: 不太深刻占3%、一般占12.4%

13、的广告宣传在广告受众不经意的翻页或换频中被忽略,不幸成为“零效广告”,形成“广告黑洞”。广告资源在不停流失由于电视、电台、报刊(杂志)等传统大众媒体,其目标受众群体消费较为个性化,广告主投放广告时将导致相当一部分广告资源浪费在产品定位的非目标用户市场上,造成巨大的“广告资源浪费”。传统媒体一般是媒体本身发布的内容传播效果好,而跟随的广告只是被受众群体非选择性的被动接受,因此存在广告有效到达率低,广告传播效果不理想的问题。由于广告传播环境的原因导致广告品牌相互间干扰性大,品牌形象不易被识别、记忆。利润分析电梯媒体以节约成本、抗干扰能力强、受众细分、受众数量可测、阅读的有效频次高等优点,将受到包括

14、金融、IT、通信、家电等众多广告客户的青睐和使用。牡丹江市区内现可开发性电梯媒体有800部以上,滨江城市花园,东大、信大、海洋大厦等居民楼为主,和一些商住楼宾馆、写字楼等。按每幅广告每期(30天)150元计算,每个电梯每年5400元。在100%发布率前提下,主要成本为制作成本每梯三块每块成本380元(可反复使用)画面每年每梯换36次共500元,业务提成按10%提成共540元,电梯媒体租金每梯每年500元,日常维护费全年600元,税金广告税按8%收共432元。成本共2952元。每梯每年利润为2448元,800部电梯总利润为1958400元。接每年发布率为50%计算979200元项目运作可行性牡丹

As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disa

23、ppointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important ro

24、le in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives

25、. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence

26、.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bot

27、tom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach t

28、he speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization para

29、chute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will h

30、ave a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters

31、).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because
