2、rovides a significant tool to examine thecorrectness of the circuit design.,Software Used,Maxwell establish motor modelSimplorer design control circuitMATLAB(simulink)use the sub-library simpowersystems to make electrical simulation to generate svpwm wave,Motor model in Maxwell,(cut surface figure,4

3、8 stator slots,38 rotor slots),Generate svpwm waveform circuit in MATLAB,The total co-simulation circuit in Simplorer,Simulation,Simulation stop time at 100ms(5 periods),the minimum step 10us.The computer runs for about 240 hours to complete it.Results as follows:,Motor Voltage(first phase),FFT anal

6、ompatibility(电磁兼容).In this project,my work is to find a circuit to separate common mode signal and differential mode signal(共差模信号).,Main Idea,Operating Frequency:150kHz 30MHz,High-pass filter(高通滤波器)(to filter signals below 150kHz),High-frequency transformer(高频变压器)(separate common mode signal and dif

7、ferential mode signal),Test Data,Transformer normal operating frequency:300Hz 50kHz,High-pass filter cutoff frequency:4.78kHz,Input Signal:10 Vp-p,Analysis,High-pass filter output satisfies the design requirements.The transformer output is inconsistent with expectations.Normal operating frequency of the transformer cant meet the needs.,Solution,Search for transformer meet requirements:can stably work from 150kHz to 30MHz.Find another way to separate common mode signal and differential mode signal without the transformer.,Thank You!,
