1、眉山市xx彩印有限公司投资可行性报告眉山市xx彩印有限公司二00五年三月五日概 况 印刷业是一个特种和高利润行业,尤其是医用药品包装盒印刷业利润更高,但要开展这些业务,必须要取得省新闻出版局,省工商局和省药品监督管理局颁发的从业许可证才行,否则均属违法行为。要取得上述几个许可证除必须具备相应水平的硬件条件外,还必须具备相应的软件条件,如经营者的遵纪守法程度、诚信度以及业务拓展和市场公关能力才行。1996年原县造纸厂经营厂长张芥华同志担任地方国营县印刷厂厂长期间,业务蒸蒸日上。但就在2003年由于旧城改造,贵厂整体卖给了开发商,全厂将卖得的钱按工龄分配解体。张芥华同志经过近10年的经营管理,积累

2、了一定的经验,拓宽了印刷业务。在2004年获悉药品包装盒印刷业务的市场潜力大,利润更高,经过一年多的市场调查和市场公关,在2004年包括四川圣科制药有限公司等较大的制药企业均与张芥华达成了药品包装盒印刷业务意向协议。2005年初张芥华同志决定在眉山科技工业园区新成立一家彩印包装公司,预计购买土地11亩,建设新厂房和购置2套新设备,估计总投资600多万元,张芥华同志可以解决300万元左右,尚差300万元。因而不得不对外进行招商,寻求合作伙伴。一、 项目投资的可行性1、由于眉山市地处成乐高速公路和省道106线的交叉点上,距成都73公里,距乐山65公里,距仁寿46公里,距雅安110公里,交通十分便利

3、,且基础设施条件优越,投资软环境好。2、目前我省的医用药品包装盒印刷厂仅几家,地处成都市,因而具有一定的垄断行为,其印制价格相对较高。如果在眉山投资新建xx彩印有限公司,不仅填补了眉山市药品包装盒印刷业务空白,增加眉山市的税收和就业,而且印刷成本大大低于成都,市场份额较大。据2004年调查情况,仅四川圣科制药有限公司等5家制药企业,每年的包装盒印刷业务就达3000万元以上。经过做工作,5家制药企业均愿意将50%以上的业务交给眉山市xx彩印有限公司做,也就是说该公司建成后,每年可承接到1500万元以上的药品包装盒印制业务,且纯利润每年可达300多万元,投资风险很小。二、投资规模及效益预测1、预计

13、take off for the stars. Those events were way before my time.As a kid, I was fascinated with what goes on in the sky, and when NASA pulled the plug on the shuttle program I was heartbroken. Yet the privatized space race has renewed my childhood dreams to reach for the stars.As a meteorologist, Ive s

14、till seen many important weather and space events, but right now, if you were sitting next to me, youd hear my foot tapping rapidly under my desk. Im anxious for the next one: a space capsule hanging from a crane in the New Mexico desert.Its like the set for a George Lucas movie floating to the edge

15、 of space.You and I will have the chance to watch a man take a leap into an unimaginable free fall from the edge of space - live.The (lack of) air up there Watch man jump from 96,000 feet Tuesday, I sat at work glued to the live stream of the Red Bull Stratos Mission. I watched the balloons position

16、ed at different altitudes in the sky to test the winds, knowing that if they would just line up in a vertical straight line we would be go for launch.I feel this mission was created for me because I am also a journalist and a photographer, but above all I live for taking a leap of faith - the feelin

17、g of pushing the envelope into uncharted territory.The guy who is going to do this, Felix Baumgartner, must have that same feeling, at a level I will never reach. However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that wo

18、uld take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the ground I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the

19、current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting a

20、t the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than th

21、e tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 kilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift

22、 to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I would assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he

23、 wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1

24、,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to Earth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to

25、slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that w

26、ill open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, bu

27、t Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
