18、dapttonewdevelopments.专业简介(ProgramProfile)(限500字以内)集成电路设计与集成系统专业的前身半导体材料与器件专业成立于1958年,是全国最早建立该专业的10所工科院校之一,后历经半导体物理与器件、微电子技术、电子科学与技术等专业名称变迁。2004年获批教育部国家集成电路人才培养基地,2006年“集成电路与系统集成专业”获批国家特色专业,2011年获批“电子科学与技术”卓越工程师计划,为全国首批61所试点高校之一。2015年获批国家示范性微电子学院(筹)。本专业已形成了包括本科一硕士一博士的完整人才培养体系。专业继承冯秉铃教授注重教学改革的传统,长期承担

19、学校教育教学改革探索试点,成效显著。专业拥有国家集成电路人才培养基地、国家级人才培养模式创新实验区、国家工程实践教育中心、国家级实验教学示范中心,这些为创新人才培养提供保障。学生培养得到产业界鼎力支持,目前已与华为、中兴通讯、京信通信、雷曼光电、汕头超声电子、德赛电子、海格通信、工信部电子五所、广州视源电子、三星广州研究院、广东中星电子、珠海全志、泰斗微电子、安凯微电子、慧智微电子等信息产业龙头企业共建企业实习基地。SemiconductorMaterialsandDevices,thepredecessorofIntegratedCircuitDesignandIntegratedSyste

20、m,wasfoundedin1958,whichwasoneofthefirst10engineeringuniversitiestoestablishthismajorinChina.Ithasundergonechangesinthenamesofsemiconductorphysicsanddevices,microelectronicstechnology,electronicscienceandtechnology.TheNationalIntegratedCircuitTalentsTrainingBasewasapprovedin2004.Integratedcircuitand
