1、搬运工培训,辽宁爱家源物流有限公司,2023/3/21,目录,01,02,要求与职责,03,搬运工人安全培训,2023/3/21,安全工作,绩效、奖惩,一、要求与职责,工作要求：1.有良好的身体素质，为人正直，无任何不良嗜好。2.能听从领导指示，服从命令；3.反应灵活，雷厉风行，不拖沓，吃苦耐劳；4.认真敬业，工作积极主动，执行力强，守时守信，安全搬运；5.热爱本职工作，遵守公司各项规章制度，爱护车辆，商品和仓库一切物品。6.熟悉的出入库货运作业、和翻班制度。,2023/3/21,工作职责,1.上岗前应按规定穿着工装，认真检查所使用工具有否完好、可靠。所用各类吊具是否符合要求，不得超负荷使用。
2、2.根据搬运工作的情况，应穿戴好必要的防护用品。3.搬运工人要遵守劳动纪律，服从仓管员的指挥，执行仓管员的工作指令，在规定的时间内完成规定的工作。4 搬运任何物品均应做到：重不压轻、大不压小、堆放平稳、捆扎牢固、严禁扔砸、野蛮操作。,2023/3/21,工作职责,5.人工搬运、装卸物件时，个人搬运应防止砸伤，多人搬运同一物件时，要有专人指挥，并保持一定间隔，一律顺肩，步调一致。6.未经公司允许，严禁私自装运化学危险物品、易燃、易爆等物品。7.装车卸车要挂好货物的规定吊点，并应检查箱体底脚是否牢固完好，挂好后，应先试吊确认稳妥后方能指挥吊车起吊。8.乘车时人不得站立在物件和前栏板间，开车时要坐稳
