2、机的发展史开始,对提升机的分类,重要型号,工作原理和提升机拖动的分类作了详细的介绍.同时还对矿山的提升设备做了选型设计,做了提升运动学计算和提升动力计算,校验了等值功率,计算了电能消耗和提升设备效率。并设计了提升设备的控制电路,在设计中提升机采用了三相交流绕线式异步电动机拖动。其电动机采用了可控硅串级调速。着重设计讨论了其主回路和控制单元的设计。根据模拟的情况来看,本设计的方案是可行的,同时充分考虑了通用性、灵活性、实用性。关键词：斜井提升；原始资料；年产量；系统目录一 提升方式选择8(一)斜井串车提升8(二)斜井箕斗提升8(三)带式输送机提升9(四)标注：9二 斜井提升设备的选型计算9(一)

4、规格表，预选出合适的电动机。17(4) 确定提升机的实际最大提升速度17四 结果图展示18五 阶段速度图19六 总结：19一 提升方式选择斜井提升在我国矿井应用极其广泛，它包括斜井串车、斜井箕斗及斜井带式输送机三种提升方式。采用斜井开拓具有初期投资少、建井快、地面布置简单等优点。但一般斜井提升能力小，钢丝绳磨损快，井筒维护费用高。(一)斜井串车提升可分为单钩与双钩串车两种。其中，单钩串车提升井筒断面小，投资小，生产能力小，耗电量大，但可以用于多水平提升。双钩串车提升生产能力较大，但只能用于单水平提升。一般年产量在21万吨以下的小型矿井多采用单钩，年产量在30万吨左右的矿井多采用双钩，两者均适用

5、于倾角在25以下。(二)斜井箕斗提升与串车提升相比，具有提升速度大，生产能力高，容器自重小及装卸载易实现自动化等优点。但需设置装卸载设备、建造煤仓，基建投资大。此外，为了提升矸石、下放材料、升降人员，需要外设置一套副井提升设备。箕斗提升一般采用双钩，适用于井筒倾角为2530，年产量在30万t60万t的矿井中。(三)带式输送机提升这种提升方式具有安全可靠、运输量大，且易实现自动化，但初期投资较大，设备安装时间较长，并需要安装卸载煤仓等设备，一般用于年产量在60万吨以上，倾角小于18的斜井中。煤炭工业设计规定规定：大型矿井的主斜井宜采用带式输送机提升。(四)标注：串车提升按车场形式不同，又可以分为

6、平车场和甩车场两种方式。甩车场提升方式的优点：地面车场及井口设备简单、布置紧凑、井架低、摘挂钩安全方便;缺点是提升循环时间长、提升能力小、每次提升电动机换向次数多、操纵复杂。平车场没有上述缺点，车场通过能力大，提升操作简单方便。但是，平车场需设置阻车器等辅助设备，故一般情况下甩车场多用于单钩提升，平车场多用于双钩提升。在串车提升中，为在车场内调车和组车方便，应注意一次升降的矿车数尽可能与电机车一次牵引的矿车数成倍数关系。在斜井提升中以斜井串车提升应用较多，特别是中、小型矿井应用更为普遍，为此我经过考虑应选用斜井串车提升系统。二 斜井提升设备的选型计算(一) 斜井提升设备选择计算的原始资料1.矿

7、井年产量An30万吨（副井为矸石年提升量，最大班数下井人数，长材料、设备等辅助提升量）；2.矿井服务年限；3.井筒斜长450米；4.井筒倾角25度；5.矿井工作制度:年工作日数300天 每天工作20个小时；6.矿车形式:单个矿车自身质量595千克,kg；单个矿车载货量m11吨,kg；单个矿车的长度2米,m；7.煤的松散容重；8.采用的提升方式:斜井串车单钩甩车场提升系统；9.矿井电压筹等级:3000V 6000V；(二) 根据矿井年产量要求计算矿车数（1）1小时提升量 式中 C提升不均匀系数，有井底煤仓时C=1.11.15，无井底煤仓时C=1.2；矿井有两套提升设备时C=1.15，只有一套提升

8、设备时C=1.25； 年工作日数； t日提升小时数； An矿井年产量，t/年； 提升能力富裕数，对于第一水平=1.2。无井底煤仓c=1.2; =1.2;（2）一次提升量 式中T次提升循环时间，s。（3）一次提升矿车数； ； 取辆。式中 _装载系数当倾角为20以下时，=1，当倾角为了加强2125时，=0.950.9;当倾角为2530_煤的松散密度；V矿车的有效容积，算出值为小数时，应圆整为较大整数。(三) 根据矿车连接器强度计算矿车数矿车没倾角为的轨道上提时，受到斜而产生的阻力，n辆矿车的总阻力由最前面的矿车连接器来承担，为保证连接器强度，所拉矿车数受到限制。矿车连接器强度一般容许承受拉力60K

9、N,因此，矿车连接器强度容许的矿车数为=经圆整满足设计要求，可以按确定的矿车数为计算。式中 单个矿车的载货量及其自身质量，Kg； 矿车运行摩擦阻力系数，矿车为滚动轴承取0.02g重力加速度，10m/应圆整为较小的整数。(四) 斜井提升钢丝绳的选择计算(1)计算钢丝绳最大斜长：阻车器至摘钩点距离，取1.5n=。摘钩点至井架中心的水平距离，取3。井口至阻车器的距离，取9m。井口处钢丝绳牵引角，取9。提升机滚筒中心至天轮中心水平距离，取16m。(2)每米钢丝绳质量为式中 钢丝绳由A 点至串车尾车在井下的停车点之间的斜长，m；钢丝绳沿托辊和底板移动阻力系数，钢丝绳全部支撑在钢辊上时取0.150.20，

11、直径D=2.0m, 滚筒宽度B=1.0m 式中 L 提升斜长，m； 井筒倾角，若与甩车道倾角相差较大时，应按甩车道倾角计算。(六)验算滚筒宽度采用双层缠绕，符合设计要求。(七)计算天轮直径并选择天轮三 根据煤矿安全规程规定，选择天轮直径(一) 对于地面天轮若钢丝绳与天轮的围包角大于90度时Dt80d80201600mm(二) 对于井下天轮若钢丝绳与天轮的围包角大于90度时Dt60d=6020=1200式中 Dt-天轮直径，mm。选用固定天轮TSG1600/10(三) 预选提升电动机(1) 估算电动机功率： 式中 根据选择的提升机，由提升机规格表查得的标准提升速度，m/s。减速器传动效率，单级传

12、动时0.92，双级传动时0.85电动机容量备用系数，1.11.2。(2) 估算电动机的转速：式中 减速器的传动比。在选择提升机时，根据所选择的标准提升速度，由提升机规格表中可查得相应的传到比。(3) 根据P,n及矿井电压等级查电机规格表，预选出合适的电动机。查表可选出电动机型号为 JRQ-148-8型号的电动机。(4) 确定提升机的实际最大提升速度式中 预选出的电动机的额定转速，r/mim。确定出提升机的最大提升速度斜井串车升降人员或升降物料时，专用人车的运行速度不得超过人车设计的最大允许速度。四 结果图展示五 阶段速度图六 总结：本次的毕业设计，使我们对这几年来所学部分课程进行了全面的复习和
