2、nition:商品种类或(商品广度),指的是一家卖场或某部门内商品分类的数量。Variety or(breadth)is the number of different merchandising categories within a store or department.,定义 Definition:商品品相或(商品深度),指的是某一分类内单品(SKU)的数量。Assortment or(depth)is the number of SKUs within a category.,定义:顾客服务水平 在供应链中,顾客服务水平这一功能,涉及到多种表现指数。第一个指数为订单完成率,即对顾客需
