28、者必须充分掌握产品的各种资料包括产品的形状、尺寸、原料的特性、精度要求、特殊表面效果等。有些产品还需客户提实物或模型。当前我国工业生产的特点是产品品种多更新换代快市场竞争激烈。在这情况下用户对模具制造的要求是制件质量好交货期越短越好模具精度越高越好模具格越低越好由此现代塑料模具的制造应与当前经济发展的形势及以上要求相适应。工业经济的飞速发展也推动了模具工业的发展特别是汽车轻量化、环保化发展的需求要求越来越多的塑料类产品应用到汽车上。现在汽车行业的激烈竞争已大大加快了各种新车型的推出而更换最频繁的就是汽车内饰件、外饰件。汽车上的内饰件、外饰件则主要是靠塑料类模具来生产的。其实新产品的竞争就是时间

31、技术、人和管理的集成。 提高大型、精密、复杂与长寿命模具的设计与制造技术逐步减少模具的进口量增加模具的出口量。待添加的隐藏文字内容3在塑料注射成型模具中积极应用热流道推广气辅或水辅注射成型以及高压注射成型技术满足产品的成型需要。提高模具标准化水平和模具标准件的使用率。模具标准件是模具基础其大量应用可缩短模具设计制造周期同时也会显著提高模具的制造精度和使用性能大大地提高模具质量。我国模具商品化、标准化率均低于30而先进国家均高于70每年我们要从国外进口相当数量的模具标准件其费用约占年模具进口额的38。 发展快速制造成型和快速制造模具即快速成型制造技术以便迅速制造出产品的原型与模具降低成本。 积极

33、来模具制造业将从机械制造业中分离出来而独立成为国民经济中不可缺少的支柱产业与此同时也进一步促进了模具制造技术向集成化、智能化、益人化、高效化方向发展。 加入WTO 经济的全球化使企业之间的竞争由过去的局部竞争演变成全球范围的竞争同行业之间跨行业之间的相互渗透、相互竞争日益激烈。为了适应快速变化的市场需求企业必须以最快的速度、最好的质量、最低的成本、最优的服务来满足不同用户的需求而模具制造业的竞争更是如此。CAD / CAE/ CAM集成技术就是在这种情况下应运而生的。它已成为现代塑料模具制造技术发展的必然趋势。并以科学合理的方法给塑料模具制造者提供了一种行之有效的辅助工具。使塑料模具制造者在模具制造之前能借助于计算机对制件、模具结构、加工、成本等进行反复修改和优化直至获得最佳结果。总之CAD/ CAE/ CAM 技术能显著地缩短塑料模具设计与制造时间降低塑料模具成本并提高制件的质量是现代塑料模具制造中不可缺少的辅助工具它与“反向工程”及现代先进加工设备等一起成为现代塑料模具制造业中流行且具有竞争力的必要条件。
