1、二月全国空调市场价格走势分析受2004年钢铁塑料等原材料价格上涨等因素的影响,空调产品生产成本增加,这使得空调产品原本不大的利润空间日趋减少,于是LG在春节前就开始调高部分空调产品的价格,还有部分厂商也计划在春节后调整空调产品价格,由此春节后空调产品的价格走向引起了人们广泛的关注。我们对全国12个城市36个卖场的家用空调产品的价格进行了每周一次的监测,监测的城市有北京、广州、杭州、青岛、上海、深圳、沈阳、天津、重庆、成都、大连和南京,卖场以家电连锁为主,另有一小部分是百货商场,监测的家用空调(不含中央空调)品牌有7个,分别为AUX、MIDEA、HAIER、LG、PANASONIC、HITACH

2、I、SAMSUNG。通过监测发现,春节后第一周,由于各商场的价格调整及促销活动减弱的影响,全国家用空调价格总体呈上涨趋势,但是在春节后第二周,由于促销活动的加强和特价机型的推出,空调价格整体又呈下降趋势。2月19日各品牌空调价格上调与下降比例春节之后的第一周(2月19日),我们通过对全国各城市卖场的空调发票价格的监测并与春节前的最后一周(1月29日)的监测数据比较发现家用空调价格在节后第一周整体呈上涨趋势:分城市看:成都、大连和南京的价格下降的样本比例高于价格上涨的样本比例,家用空调的价格呈上涨趋势;北京,广州、杭州、青岛、上海、深圳、沈阳、天津、重庆的价格上升样本比例均高于价格下降样本比例,

3、价格上升成为主要趋势。家价格上升的城市数量远高于价格下降的城市数量,由此可见,春节后第一周全国大部分城市的空调价格呈上升趋势,其中的原因主要是,在春节后的第一周,各商场的促销活动与春节前相比明显减少,许多节前的特价机型在节后第一周都已恢复原价,另外,卖场和空调厂家推出的返现金,打折等的促销价值降低,促销活动减少,使大部分监测城市的空调价格上涨。 分品牌看:国外品牌中,PANASONIC、LG的价格上涨的样本比率最高,分别达到71.9%和63.4%;SAMSUNG和HITACHI 价格下降比例较大,均达到或超过50。国内品牌中,MIDEA的价格上涨幅度最大,主要原因是节后厂家的促销力度减弱。从春

4、节之后的第二周(2月26日)对监测卖场的价格统计分析并与春节后第一周的数据对比发现,节后第二周空调价格整体呈下降趋势。分城市看:除重庆和杭州的价格上升的样本比例高于价格下降的样本比例外,北京,广州、青岛、上海、深圳、沈阳、天津、成都、大连和南京的价格下降样本比例均高于价格上升样本比例,空调价格下降成为主要趋势。从一般情况看,每年的9月份到来年的3月份是空调市场淡季,在这段时间里厂家和卖场的促销活动会相对减少在,但在这一周,许多城市卖场的促销活动活跃,特价机型增多,虽然有部分产品的价格出现上调,但通过打折促销使产品的实际售价不升反降。分品牌看:7个品牌的价格下降样本比例均高于价格上升样本比例,H

5、ITACHIA的价格下降样本比率最高,达到80,其次为PANASONIC和HAIER,分别为77.8和75.8。从全国市场的空调挂机价格看,本周各品牌价格下降幅度与上期基本相当。AUX的一款特价机型KF-25GW/HY售价888,价格下降幅度最大,达25个百分点,该机型拥有精细过滤网、活性碳静电纤维网和光触媒的多层净化装置,三段折式蒸发机使制冷强劲,能效比高。另外一款SAMSUNG的KF-35GW/MCC机型售价1862元,下降幅度达17.85个百分点。本周五款MIDEA挂机价格降幅较大,这五款机型中有四款是03年中至04年初的冷静星机型,还有一款高效能空调(KF-33GW/UY-V),同期L

6、G还有两款2004年的机型(LS-U3611HADLS-L3215HS)的降价幅度也比较大。 从空调市场的柜机价格来看,AUX的两款2003年的机型,价格下降幅度较大,一款是超能鲸霸柜机KF-46LW/DS,价格由2000元降为1800元,降幅达到10%,另一款超酷鲸霸柜机KF-46LW/FS降幅第二价格由2399元降为2199元。MIDEA的四款机型降幅较大,其中有两款是冷静星柜机。两外两款HAIER机型降幅较大。在这一周,HAIER的一款2005年的新机型高校氧吧除菌光KFRD-50LW/V(ZXF)的价格由4716元降为4434元,这款机型高效节能,并具有健康除菌光,氧吧,健康负离子功能

7、,环绕立体风,出风口可关闭,是海尔2005年的主推机型。HAIER的另一款2004年的变频柜机的价格由5057元下降为4820元。在供过于求的白电市场,空调生产厂商利润空间狭窄,合理调高空调价格,保证合理的利润率是很多厂商所考虑的。另一方面,家电连锁是近年来一二级城市主要的空调销售渠道,随着各家电连锁的扩张加剧,使家电门店更为密集,店与店之间的竞争更加激烈,而各卖场在竞争中无一例外的以价格竞争为主要竞争手段,低价几乎成为各卖场销量的有力保证,这就使得空调产品价格的上涨阻力重重,最终,部分上调后的价格在卖场的促销攻势被稀释,涨势尽失。Editors note: Judson Jones is a

However, it did not stop me from feeling his pain when a gust of swirling wind kicked up and twisted the partially filled balloon that would take him to the upper end of our atmosphere. As soon as the 40-acre balloon, with skin no thicker than a dry cleaning bag, scraped the gr

15、ound I knew it was over.How claustrophobia almost grounded supersonic skydiverWith each twist, you could see the wrinkles of disappointment on the face of the current record holder and capcom (capsule communications), Col. Joe Kittinger. He hung his head low in mission control as he told Baumgartner

16、 the disappointing news: Mission aborted.The supersonic descent could happen as early as Sunday.The weather plays an important role in this mission. Starting at the ground, conditions have to be very calm - winds less than 2 mph, with no precipitation or humidity and limited cloud cover. The balloon

17、, with capsule attached, will move through the lower level of the atmosphere (the troposphere) where our day-to-day weather lives. It will climb higher than the tip of Mount Everest (5.5 miles/8.85 kilometers), drifting even higher than the cruising altitude of commercial airliners (5.6 miles/9.17 k

18、ilometers) and into the stratosphere. As he crosses the boundary layer (called the tropopause), he can expect a lot of turbulence.The balloon will slowly drift to the edge of space at 120,000 feet (22.7 miles/36.53 kilometers). Here, Fearless Felix will unclip. He will roll back the door.Then, I wou

19、ld assume, he will slowly step out onto something resembling an Olympic diving platform.Below, the Earth becomes the concrete bottom of a swimming pool that he wants to land on, but not too hard. Still, hell be traveling fast, so despite the distance, it will not be like diving into the deep end of

20、a pool. It will be like he is diving into the shallow end.Skydiver preps for the big jumpWhen he jumps, he is expected to reach the speed of sound - 690 mph (1,110 kph) - in less than 40 seconds. Like hitting the top of the water, he will begin to slow as he approaches the more dense air closer to E

21、arth. But this will not be enough to stop him completely.If he goes too fast or spins out of control, he has a stabilization parachute that can be deployed to slow him down. His team hopes its not needed. Instead, he plans to deploy his 270-square-foot (25-square-meter) main chute at an altitude of

22、around 5,000 feet (1,524 meters).In order to deploy this chute successfully, he will have to slow to 172 mph (277 kph). He will have a reserve parachute that will open automatically if he loses consciousness at mach speeds.Even if everything goes as planned, it wont. Baumgartner still will free fall

23、 at a speed that would cause you and me to pass out, and no parachute is guaranteed to work higher than 25,000 feet (7,620 meters).It might not be the moon, but Kittinger free fell from 102,800 feet in 1960 - at the dawn of an infamous space race that captured the hearts of many. Baumgartner will attempt to break that record, a feat that boggles the mind. This is one of those monumental moments I will always remember, because there is no way Id miss this.
