4、ess,secondly metabolomic responses were not only investigated in the above ground tissue but also in the roots.,Methods,1.Cultivation of plant materialFaba bean(V.faba L.)of the minor cultivar Scirocco(Saaten-Union GmbH,Isernhagen,Germany)were grown hydroponically in a climate chamber(14/10 h day/ni
5、ght;20/15;50/80%humidity).2.Experimental set up and samplingLeaves(without petioles)and roots were sampled in liquid nitrogen before(0 min)and after(15,30,45,60,75,90 min)the addition of 50 mM NaCl to the nutrient solution.,3.Metabolite extraction4.GC-MS analysis of metabolites5.Statistic evaluation
