1、江苏双登蓄电池V胶体电池说明书 作者: 日期:“双登牌”胶体蓄电池说明书(2V系列)一、品牌概念双登商标系目前业内唯一的“中国驰名商标”。双登集团是国家级重点高新技术产业集团,国家AAA级重合同守信用企业,中国化学与物理电源行业协会副理事长单位。双登在同行业中首家通过ISO9001质量体系认证、ISO14001国际环保认证和国家一级计量体系认证。生产许可证号QS:XK06-044-00398。2005年在伦敦证交所挂牌上市,2006年获得了国家免检产品称号。二、产品执行标准、型号编制方式及工作原理GFMJ系列胶体蓄电池(OPzV)产品执行德国DIN 40742标准及IEC60896-2标准,从

2、200Ah-3000Ah共14个规格。GFMJ蓄电池为单体结构,每只单体额定电压为2 V。以GFMJ-200为例,型号含义如下图示。其中,“GFMJ”用汉语拼音表示固定型阀控式密封胶体铅酸蓄电池,后面的数字表示额定容量。 GFMJ-200 型号含义产品工作及密封原理 放电充电GFMJ系列胶体蓄电池在充放电过程中产生如下反应:PbPbO22H2SO4 2Pb SO42H2O 电池在充电后期或过充电情况下,正极析出氧气,负极析出氢气。GFMJ蓄电池负板栅采用了高纯度的铅钙合金板栅,提高了负极析氢过电位,从而抑制了氢气的析出。GFMJ系列电池采用了独特的胶体电解质技术,由于电池内的硅凝胶为三维多孔结

3、构,并且存在许多细小裂缝(气体通道),在充电期间正极析出的氧气通过这些裂缝到达负极,与负极板上的海绵状铅发生反应复合成水又重新回到系统中,即电池内部实现了氧的循环复合,因此电池可以实现密封,电池内部几乎没有水的损失,无需补水维护。产品工作步骤及化学反应方程式 第一步:充电后期或过充电情况下,水在正极分解,并析出氧气:H2O2H1/2O22e第二步:正极析出的氧气通过胶体的缝隙扩散到负极,并同负极的海绵状铅及硫酸发生反应,重新化和回到系统中:O22H2SO42Pb = 2Pb SO42H2O第三步:负极生成的硫酸铅在电池充电过程中生成铅和硫酸,参加充电反应: PbSO42H2ePbH2SO4三、

4、产品用途 电信、移动、网络、铁道、机场等各种通信、信号系统备用电源。 电力系统、核电站备用电源。 太阳能、风能发电储能。 UPS、医疗设备、应急照明等备用电源。 舰船、海事等备用电源。 石化系统备用电源 海洋信号与航标 信息行业四、结构特点 电解质:电池的电解质为胶体,主材料采用进口气相二氧化硅制作,刚注入时为稀溶胶状态,能充满电池内整个极板空间,使极板各部反应均匀。其富液量设计,使电池在高温及过充电的情况下,不易出现干涸现象,其热容量大,散热性好,不会产生热失控现象。电解质在成品电池中呈凝胶状态、不流动,所以无漏液及分层现象。 极板:正极板为管式极板,可有效的防止活物质的脱落,正极板骨架由铅

5、钙多元合金压铸成型,其合金组织结构晶粒细小致密,耐腐蚀性能好。负极板为涂膏式极板,板栅为放射状结构,有利于提高活物质的利用率和大电流放电,合金采用铅钙多元合金,析氢电位高。 隔板:采用欧洲AMER-SIL公司的胶体电池专用微孔PVC-SiO2隔板,其隔板孔率大,电阻低。 电池槽盖:电池槽盖采用高强ABS材料制作,热熔封合,确保无泄漏。 极柱:内嵌铜芯组合式铅极柱,焊接密封+专用胶粘剂密封,双重组合,从而确保了极柱密封的可靠性。 安全阀:采用德国技术安全阀,开闭阀压力恒定,可靠性高,可避免蓄电池外壳膨胀、破裂和电解液干涸现象。五、产品优势 更环保(几乎收集不到酸雾的逸出) 环境温度适用范围更宽
