1、2023年版Notwithstanding在合同条款中的用法在合同翻译，尤其是英译中时，经常可以见到notwithstandingtheforegoing之类的句子，通常这类句子可以直接译为尽管有上述规定，翻译与although,though,evenif使用并没有太大区别，基本上都可以翻译成尽管，即使，表示一种让步，但是它引导的并不是让步状语从句，后面接的内容应放在次要位置考虑。例Notwithstandingtheforegoing,thebuyer,sobligationtopaythepurchaseagreementprice,oranyothersumsdueunderthepur
