19、feredgreatlossfromprojectsinHainanandBeihai.Manyrealestateenterpriseswereestablishedafterthenationalcomprehensivetreatmentin1993.Todate,ChinahasrankedIstintermsofthenumberofrealestateenterprisewhileitsmanagementlevelisloweranddevelopmentscaleissmaller.Commercialrealestatedevelopment,anopenandcomplic

23、lelinkwiththepracticesofcommercialpropertydevelopmentandoperation.Somebooksaboutcommercialpropertymarketingfocusonpracticesratherthancomplicatedtheory,thoughtheyareofhelpforourpractices.Since1998zwehavebeenfocusingallsparetimeoncommercialpropertytheorystudyanditspracticesumming-upinordertoachievedee

24、perunderstandingandmasteryofcommercialproperty.WehavebeenattachingmuchattentiontolearningfromrealestatestudyofadvancedcountrieslikeUSzUKzJapanandROK.Since2004ztheauthorhasbeentotheabove-mentionedcountriestohaveoverseasinvestigationandwrittendozensofinvestigationreportsoncommercialpropertyprojects.Th
