11、yer,sRequirements,theContractor,sDocumentsshallbewritteninthelanguageforcommunicationsdefinedinSub-Clause1.4LawandLanguage.TheContractorshallprepareallContractor7sDocuments,andanyotherdocumentsnecessarytocompleteandimplementthedesignduringexecutionoftheWorksandtoinstructtheContractor7sPersonnel.TheE

28、ormodifiedbyVariations.因变更而改变或修改的构成合同的文件。5.4 TechnicalStandardsandRegulations技术标准和法规TheContractor,sDocuments,theexecutionoftheWorksandthecompletedWorks(includingdefectsremediedbytheContractor)shallcomplywiththeCountry*stechnicalstandards,building,constructionandenvironmentalLaws,Lawsapplicabletothep
29、roductbeingproducedfromtheWorks,andotherstandardsspecifiedintheEmployersRequirements,applicabletotheWorks,ordefinedbyapplicableLaws.承包商的文件、工程的实施和已完成的工程(包括承包商修补的缺陷)应符合国家的技术标准和有关建筑、施工和环境的法律、适用于工程生产的产品的法律，以及雇主要求中规定的适用于工程或适用法律规定的其他标准。AllthesetechnicalorotherstandardsandLawsshall,inrespectoftheWorks,ande

34、ementsspecifytrainingwhichistobecarriedoutbeforetakingoverztheWorksshallnotbeconsideredtobecompletedforthepurposesoftakingoverunderSub-Clause10.1TakingOvertheWorksandSectionsuntilthistraininghasbeencompletedinaccordancewiththeEmployersRequirements.ThetimingofthetrainingshallbeasstatedintheEmployer1s
35、Requirements(ifnotstated,asacceptabletotheEmployer).TheContractorshallprovidequalifiedandexperiencedtrainingstaff,trainingfacilitiesandalltrainingmaterialsasnecessaryand/orasstatedintheEmployer1sRequirements.承包商应在雇主要求规定的范围内，对雇主雇员(和/或雇主要求中确定的其他人员)进行工程操作和维护以及工程任其他方面的培训I。如果雇主要求规定了在接收前要进行的培训，则在按照雇主要求完成该

37、tedbytheContractor.Theformat,referencingsystem,systemofelectronicstorageandotherrelevantdetailsoftheas-builtrecordsshallbeasstatedintheEmployer7sRequirements（ifnotstated,asacceptabletotheEngineer）.TheserecordsshallbekeptontheSiteandshallbeusedexclusivelyforthepurposesofthisSub-Clause.TheContractorsh

48、se5.2.2ReviewbyEngineer,theprovisionsofSub-Clause5.2.2shallapplyasiftheEngineerhadgivenaNoticeinrespectoftheContractorfsDocumentsundersub-paragraph(b)ofSub-Clause5.2.2.AllcorrectionsandresubmissionsunderthisSub-ClauseshallbeattheContractorsriskandcost.如果在承包商的设计和/或承包商的文件中发现错误、遗漏、模糊、不一致、不足或其他缺陷，则应根据第7.5缺陷和拒收纠正这些错误、遗漏、模糊、不一致、不足或其他缺陷。如果此类承包商文件之前是雇主根据第5.2.2条雇主审核发出(或被视为发出)无异议通知的标的,则第5.2.2条的规定应适用，如同雇主根据第5.2.2条(b)项发出了关于承包商文件的通知一样。本
