2、ry.遵守中华人民共和国政府有关的法令和规定；ObeythelawsandregulationsoftheChinesegovernment.尊重中国人民的风俗习惯；RespectChinesesocialcustomsandhabits.遵守山西中医学院留学生管理规定ObeytheRulesandRegulationsdirectedatforeignstudentsofShanxiUniversityofTCM.入学与注册Registration1.经我院录取的学生，必须持JW202表以及录取通知书、护照等有关证件，在规定的注册日期内到国际教育中心留学生管理办公室报到。不能按时报到者，应提
3、前向学院说明原因，经批准后，可适当延长报到时间，未经同意，逾期两周不报到者，作自动放弃入学资格处理。1. NewoverseasstudentsshouldregisterattheInternationalStudentOfficeofInternationalEducationCenterwithinthefixedperiodoftime.OverseasstudentsshouldsubmittheAdmissionNotice,passport,andJW201Form.TheOverseasstudentswhocannotregisterontimeshouldstatether
4、easontocollegebeforehand.Registertimecanbepostponedmildlyafterpermission.Withoutpermission,overseasstudentswhocannotregisterwithin2weekswillberegardedasgivingupenrollmentbythemselves.2. 新生报到时，应提供有效身份证明（护照或通行证）及正面两村免冠照片八张。3. Overseasstudentsshouldsubmitpassportandeightpassportphotos.3.新生到校后需到卫生检疫部门进行
5、体检，费用自理，不符合健康标准者，取消其入学资格，并应立即离校。4. Overseasstudentsshouldgothroughthemedicalexaminationafterregistrationandpaybythemselves.AstudentwhosehealthdoesnotmeettherequirementsoftheexaminationmustleaveChinaatonce.5. 报到后七天内，应按规定交齐各项费用。逾期不交者，按学院有关规定处理（加收滞纳金）。6. Overseasstudentsmustpayallthefeeswithinsevendays
6、afterregistration.Iftheycannotpayoffallthefeesintime,Collegewilldealaccordingtoregulations（getmoredemurrage）.5.入境30天内应到公安部门办理居留手续，逾期不办者，将受到公安部门处罚，其后果学生自负。7. TheoverseasstudentswhoenterChinashouldapplyforaresidencepermitwithvalidcredentialswithinthirtydays.Disobeyerswillbepunishedbypoliceandbearrespo
7、nsibilityforthemselves.8. 报到一周内应接受学院安排的入学教育。6. Overseasstudentsarerequiredtoattendtheorientationwhichwillgivegeneralinformation7.每学期开学，必须按时返校并在留学生管理办公室办理注册手续，因故不能如期注册者,必须履行请假手续，否则以旷课论；逾期两周不注册者，按自动退学处理。7. ReturningoverseasstudentsmustregisterattheInternationalStudentOfficewithinthepredefinedperiodeac
8、hterm.Overseasstudentswhocannotreturnontimemustaskforpermissioninadvance.Thosecannotregisterwithintwoweekswillberegardedasgivingupschool.考勤与纪律ClassAttendance1.学生应该按时参加教学计划规定的一切教学活动，严格遵守课堂纪律，不得迟到、早退、无故缺席。1. Overseasstudentsmuststudyallthecoursesconscientiouslyandcompletealltheassignments.Theyshouldob
9、serveclassrules,attendclassesontime.Theymustnotbelateforschool,leaveclassaheadoftime,orcutclasses.2. 因故不能上课或参加学校组织的活动，必须办理请假手续。请假一天以内，应提前向留学生管理办公室请假，请假超过一周者，由留学生办公室报院长批准。病假须附医院诊断书。每学期请假时间累计不得超过四周。3. Overseasstudentsmayaskforleavebecauseofpersonalreasons.Thecourseteachermayapproveleaveforonedayonly.T
10、hereportshouldbehandedintotheInternationalStudentOfficeforleavingmorethanaweek.Ifoverseasstudentscan,tattendthescheduledteachingsessionduetoillness,theyshouldaskforleaveinadvancewiththecertificatefromthehospital.Thetotaltimeofleavecannotbemorethanfourweekseachterm.3.留学生享受我国的节假日及学院的寒、暑假。寒、暑假不得超假，有特殊情
11、况者应提前请假，但一般不得超过两周。4. OverseasstudentsenjoyalltheChinesepublicholidays,aswellassummerandwintervacations.Theoverseasstudentswhocannotreturnontimemustaskforpermissionoflessthan2weeks,postponementinadvance.4.凡未请假或其请假未获批准而缺课者，均以旷课论，并按学院规定给予纪律处分。5. Theoverseasstudentswhoareabsentwithoutapprovalforleavingo
12、rwithoutaskingforleaveisconsideredskippingclassandwillbepunishedinaccordancewithregulations.5.对无视学校纪律，经常旷课或经常无故迟到、早退、破坏公物、打架斗殴或其他不良行为者，视情节轻重分别给予相应处分。6. Theoverseasstudentswhobreachschooldisciplinesoftenskipclass,arelateforschool,leaveclassaheadoftime,damagepublicproperties,engageinfighting,orhaveoth
13、erwrongdoings,willbepunishedaccordingtotheseriousnessoftheircase.6.上课时间不得会客，不得随便出入教室，如因特殊情况，须经任课老师允许，方可离开教室。7. 15、违反中国法律，将给予开除学籍处分。9. OverseasstudentswouldbeexpulsedifviolatingChineselaw.10. 留学生不得在我国境内进行传教和宗教集会，其他宗教活动必须遵守外国人在我国宗教活动的相关管理规定。11. OverseasstudentsmustnotpreachorlaunchreligiousassemblyinChina.Ifthereareotherreligiousactivities,overseasstudentsmustabidebytherelevantrulesonreligiousactivitiesforforeign
16、ersinChina.H留学生在我国境内进行游行，示威，结社等活动，必须遵守相关规定。12. Overseasstudentsmustabidebytherulesaboutoverseasstudentsmarching,demonstratingandassociatingandsoon.12留学生学习期间不得就业，经商和开展经营性活动，但可以从事学校提供的勤工助学工作。13. Overseasstudentsmustnothavejobs,dobusinessoroperateandsoon,butcanbeengagedinschoolwork-studyjobs.课堂纪律Classr
17、egulation1. 按时上课、下课，不得无故迟到早退。学生如因故迟到者，应在教室门口喊报告，经教师允许后方可进入教室，下课后应立即向教师和班干部报告原因,迟到10分钟以上者，不允许进入教室，并作旷课处理。2. Theoverseasstudentsshouldgotoandoutofclassontimeandshouldneverbelateoroutofschoolearly.Theoverseasstudentswhoarelateforsomereasonsshouldutter“May1comein”atthedooroftheclassroomandshouldnotcomei
18、nuntiltheygettheteachers,permission.Afterclass,theoverseasstudentsshouldtelltheteachersthereasons.Thestudentwhoislateformorethan10minutesisnotallowedtoattendingtheclass,anditwouldberegardedasbeingabsent.3. 上课时，学生应精力集中，认真听课。遇有疑问或不懂之处应先记下来，待教师讲授一段结束或课间休息时，再行发问。学生发问，应先举手，待教师同意后，再起立发问，教师提问时，学生应起立回答。4. 19、heoverseasstudentsshouldfocustheirattentiononthestudyandlistencarefullytotheteacherinclass.Iftheyconfusedaboutsomepartsoftheteaching,theymayasktheteacheratthebreak.Theoverseasstudentsshouldraisetheirhandswhentheyhavequestions.Withtheteacher,spermission,hemaystandupandask.Whentheteacherasksquestions,
20、theoverseasstudentsshouldstandupandanswer.3.学生对教师授课有意见，可在课后与教师交谈，或向班干部反映，由班干部向有关部门汇报。值日生应将意见详细记入“教学周报表”内。5. Theoverseasstudentswhohavedisagreementwiththeteachermaytalkwithhimafterclassortellthemonitorwhowillreportittothedepartmentconcerned.Theoverseasstudentsondutyshouldrecorditintheteachingreport.4
21、.上课时不会客，不传接电话，不准穿拖鞋、背心、裤头进入教室。6. Theoverseasstudentsshouldn,tmeetfriendsorreceivetelephonesinclass.Inaddition,theyshouldn,tentertheclassroomwhentheywearslippers,vestsorundershirts.5.要爱护公共财物。教室、实验室的各种仪器、设备等均不得任意搬动或损坏。要节约用水、用电、注意安全。7. Theoverseasstudentsshouldcarethepublicpropertyandpayattentiontosave
22、waterandelectricity.Besides,overseasstudentsshouldn,tcasuallymoveordamagevariousequipments,devoiceofdifferentclassroomsorlabs.8. 保持教室和走廊的整齐清洁。6. Theoverseasstudentsshouldkeeptheclassroomandcorridorclean.7. 学生不得以任何理由擅自调、停课。8. Theoverseasstudentsshouldn,tchangeorquitetheircourseswithoutpermission.学生证、
23、校徽管理办法Themanagementofthestudentdocumentandtheschoolpin为了加强学生证、校徽的管理维护学生证的严肃性，特制定本办法。Inordertostrengthenthemanagementofthestudentdocumentandtheschoolpin,andtoprotecttheseriousnessofthestudentdocument,sowemakethismeasure.1.学生证、校徽是学生的身份证明和标志，学生必须妥善保存。不得遗失、损坏，严禁涂改和转借他人。1. Thestudentdocumentandtheschoolp
24、inaretheidentificationandthesimpleofthestudent.Theyshouldbecarefullystored.Don,tmakeitloseorshatter.Don,trewriteorlendtoothers.2. 新生入学后，由留学生办公室办理学生证和校徽的领取手续，然后发给学生本人。3. TheInternationalStudentsOfficeshouldtransactthedrawingprocedureofthestudentdocumentandtheschoolpin,andgivethemouttotheoverseasstude
25、ntsaftertheenrolment.3.学生证、校徽遗失后，学生应及时报告，并写出申请。申请补办。学生在校期间只允许补办两次。4. Theoverseasstudentsshouldnoticetheofficewhenthestudentdocumentandtheschoolpingetlostandapplyforanewone.Theoverseasstudentshaveonlytwochancestotransactthestudentdocumentandtheschoolpin.Pleasemaketheminsafekeeping.5. 补办学生证、校徽实行收费。学生证
26、首次办理收费拾元，再次补办收费五十元。校徽首次补办收费五元，再次补办收费拾元。6. Theoverseasstudentsshouldpayforthefeeofapplyinganewstudentdocumentorschoolpin.Theyshouldpay10RMBforthefirstapplyingofthestudentdocumentand50RMBforthesecondtime.Applyingtheschoolpinforthefirsttime,overseasstudentsneedtopay5RMBand10RMBforthesecondtime.5.学生因毕业或
27、退学等原因离校，离校时必须将学生证、校徽交给留学生管理办公室，如有遗失，须缴纳赔偿费。7. Theoverseasstudentsshouldgivebackthestudentdocumentandtheschoolpintotheschoolaftergraduationorquittingtheschool.Iftheygotlost,thestudentshouldpaytheprice.8. 凡持有两个或两个以上学生证、校徽以及涂改、转借、冒用他人证件者，一经发现，立即没收证件。并视情节轻重，对当事人给予通报批评或纪律处分。6 .Thoseoverseasstudents,whoho
28、ldingtwoormoreschooldocumentsortheschoolpins,alteringtheschooldocumentandtheschoolpin,usingothers,lendingtootherswouldbepublishedbasedonthedegreeofthecondition.7 .学生证撕页作废。7. Thestudentdocumentwouldbeblankedoutifthepapergotripped.8.本办法自公布之日起执行。8. Themeasurewouldtakeactaftertheproclamationday.缴纳学费、住宿费
29、的规定Theprincipleofthetuitionfeeandthefeeofaccommodation1 .各类学生应自觉按期缴纳各项费用。1. Thestudentsshouldpaythefeesontime2. 学历生应在每学期开学的七天内缴齐本学年或本学期的学费，不按时缴费，不予注册。需缓缴者，应提交书面申请，说明原因，无故缓缴者，需另交10%滞纳金。一个月内无故不缴学费者，按劝退处理。3. Theoverseasstudentsshouldpaythefeesin7daysafterthetermbegins.Thestudentcannotregisterifthefeesd
30、idn,tpayontime.Ifanybodyneedstodelaythedayofpayingthefees,hehastoapplyforitandnoticethereasons.Thestudentwhodidn,tpaythefeesontimehastopaythelatefee,whichis10%ofthetotalfee.Thestudentwhodidn,tpaythefeeswithinonemonthwithnoparticularreasonwillbesuggestedquittingschool.3.进修生应在入学三天内交清学费，否则不予开课。4. Thead
31、vancedstudystudentsshouldpaythefees3daysafterthetermbegins,ortheclasswouldbedelayed.4.凡住宿在留学生公寓内学生应在学期初一次交清，本学期住宿费，不得拖延，凡缓交者均加收10%滞纳金。5. Thestudentwholivesinthedepartmenthastopaythefeeofaccommodationinonetime.Nodelaying.Orhewouldpaythelatefee,whichis10%ofthetotalfee.5.因结业，休学，退学等原因而提前离校者，宿费可按实际居住月数结算
32、。学费不退，不转。6. Theaccommodationfeewouldbecalculatedbymonthoflivingifanybodyleavestheschoolaheadinanyreason.Tuitionfeewouldnotreturntostudentsduetoabovereasons.7. 海外学生如要求提前毕业，按规定完成全部学业者，学校可予以考虑，但学费应按规定学制度交纳。6 .Theoverseasstudentscanapplytoleaveschoolaheadifhehadfinishedallthecourses.However,theyhadtopay
33、allthefeesofthelengthofschooling.7 .凡申请来校学习者，均应交600元人民币报名费。8 .Thestudentwhoappliestostudyintheschoolhastopay600RMBsignupfee.9 .无故不缴纳学费者，将给予开除学籍处分。8.Overseasstudentswouldbedismissedifnotpayingtuitionfeeswithoutanyreason.成绩考核Examinations1.学生所修读的课程均应参加考试，并结合平时学习情况评定成绩，成绩在60分以上为合格，方可获得该课程的学分，考试成绩记入学生档案。

Failureofexamwi11causethemtorestudythecourse,overseasstud
35、entsmustpayforalltheadditionalexpenses.Eachsubjectshouldpay300RMB3.考试作弊的学生，该课成绩以零分计，舞弊课程必须重修。4. Theoverseasstudentsmustobservetherulesoftheexaminationroomandmustnotcheatintheexamination.Oncecheatingisfound,thepaperismarkedZero.Thecoursemustberestudied.5. 因故不能参加考试，必须事先向留学生管理办公室请假，经批准后可缓考，对无故不参加考试者以旷考
36、论处，旷考的课程必须重修。6. Duringexaminationweek,ifastudentcannottakeexam,withapprovaloftheInternationalStudentsOffice,he/shecantakethemake-upexamination.Thosewhofailtotaketheexaminationwillberegardedasskippingexamination.Furthermore,theywillnotbeallowedtotakethemake-upexaminationandmustrestudythecourse.学生住宿管理
37、规定Overseasstudentshosteladministrationregulation1 .凡在我院学习的海外学生，由学生办公室统一安排在留学生公寓住宿。1. Theoverseasstudentswhostudyinourcollegewillliveinthearrangedroomsoncampus.2 .入住留学生公寓后，不得擅自调换，转让或转借，更不得强占空房。3 .Afterlivingindorm,overseasstudentscannotchange,conveyroomswithoutpermissionandcannotaccroachemptyrooms.3.
38、爱护宿舍各种家具和设备，不得擅自搬走，调换或丢弃。4 .Takecareoffurnitureandfacilities,whichcannotbechanged,droppedandremovedinsideandoutsidetheroomswithoutpermission.5 .保持宿舍内的清洁，不得粘贴和污损墙壁，不准饲养动物。4. Keepthedormitorycleanandtidy.Don,tscratchorpastesomethingonwalls.Don,tdriveinanailinwall.Petsarenotallowedinthedormitory,5.维护楼道
39、畅通，楼道内不得摆放电器，鞋柜或其它物品。不准在楼道做饭。5. Keepthecorridorunblocked.Electricfacilities,cabinetsorsomethingelsecannotbeputinthecorridor.Donotcookinthecorridor.6. 保持宿舍安静，不得大声喧哗，不得酗酒闹事，不准在房间内举办舞会。6. Keepdormitoryquiet.Donotshout.Donotgetdrunkandengageinfighting.Holdingpartiesinthedormitorywithoutpermissionisprohi
40、bited7.注意安全用电和节约用电，不准使用大功率电器，严禁在留学生公寓做饭，一经发现将没收各种炊具，因用电而造成火灾者，由它本人负全部责任，赔偿全部损失，责任严重者，由司法部门追究其刑事责任。7. Saveelectricityanduseitsafely.Cannotusebigpowerelectricfacilities.Nocookingisallowedinthehostel.Anyonewhoviolatestherulesandcausealossshouldbearalltheresponsibilitiesandcompensateforallthelossesincur
41、red.TheOverseasstudentswhomakebiglosswillbepunishedbyjudiciary.8.注意保管好个人财物，随时锁好房门，宿舍门，不要存放太多现金。8. Overseasstudentsshouldtakecareoftheirpersonalbelongingsandkeepthedoorlockedeachtimegoingout.Donotputlargenumbersofcashindormitory.9. 未经准许，不得私自留宿客人。9 .Obeyregulationforreceivingvisitors.Overseasstudentsc
42、annotaccommodateotherpersonswithoutapproval.10 .遵守中国法律，禁止嫖娼和赌博，违者交司法部门处理。10. Anystudentwhosolicitsaprostituteorgamblewillbepunishedbyjudiciary.IL宿舍内设备和设施发生故障和损坏时，应尽早通知管理人员安排维修。人为原因损坏击破照价赔偿。11. Ifequipmentandfacilitiesgowrong,pleaseinformmanagingpersonnel,simmediately.Thosewhodamageanyfurnitureandfac
43、ilitiesshouldcompensateforthematfullcosts.12. 遵守作息时间，公寓开门时间为早上7：00分，晚上关门时间为11：00分，未经允许不得随意在外留宿。13. Obeytimetableforstudentsinhostel.Theyshouldgoinandoutbetween7：00amto11:easstudentscannotliveoutsidewithoutpermission.14. 住宿者离宿前，必须结清住宿费，办理退房手续。13. Beforeleaving,overseasstudentsshouldpayofffeesofliving
44、andgothroughcheckoutprocedure.14. 以上各项规定必须认真遵守，如有违反者，视情节给予罚款及校纪处分等处罚。15. Anyoverseasstudentsbreachingtheaboverulesandregulationsareliabletotheschooldisciplineaccordingtotheseriousnessoftheircases.。16. 留学生公寓每室住学生两名，如要求一人单住者，应向留学生管理办公室提出申请。在条件允许情况下，可予以安排。17. Therearetwooverseasstudentsineachdormitory.
45、Ifsomeonewantstolivealone,he/sheshouldapplyattheOverseasStudentOffice.Ifitispermitted,he/shecanbearranged.18. 留学生必须在校居住。在校外居住者必须经留学生管理办公室批准并在当地派出所办理住宿登记。19. 46、ionprocedures.外国留学生违纪处分方法(试行)DisciplinaryMeasuresforOverseasstudentsviolatingschlregulation对犯有错误的学生学院可视具情节轻重给予批评教育或纪律处分，处分可分为六种：Theschoolmaycriticiseordisciplinetheoverseasstudentswhoviolateschoolregulations.Thedisciplinarymeasuresmaybeclassifiedintothefollowingsixcategories:警告、严重警告、记过、留校察看、劝其退学、开除学
47、籍。Warning,seriouswarning,demerit,beinginspected,suggestedquittingschool,beingexpelledfromschool.1、如犯有打架斗殴、旷课严重、考试作弊等等违纪违章的错误行为者，给予警告、严重警告、记过等纪律处分。1. Theoverseasstudentswhomadethemistakessuchasfightingwithothers,oftenplayingtruant,cheatinginexamswillbepunishedbymeansofwarning,seriouswarning,demeritet
48、c.2、因严重违反学校规章制度而且造成恶劣影响者，经教育后有悔改表现者，给予留校察看处分。2. Theoverseasstudentswhoseriouslyviolateschoolregulationsbutwouldcorrectthemistakeswillbekeptatschoolunderinspection.3、如有下列情况之一的留学生，应予以开除学籍的处分：3. Theoverseasstudentswhocommittedthefollowingerrorswillbeexpelledfromschool.(I)违反我国政策法令、触犯我国刑法、构成刑事犯罪者；a) TheoverseasstudentswhoviolateChineselawsandcommitcrimes;(2)破坏公物、偷窃国家或私人财产、造成严重损失和危害者；b) Theoverseasstudentswhodamagethepublicfacilitiesstealnationalorpersonalpropertiesandcausebiglosses;(3)酗酒、斗殴情节严重；
