3、thesinglefull-servicemove.inconsiderationofthemutualpromises,covenants,andagreementscontainedherein,boththepartiesreachtheagreementasfollows,subjecttothecontractlawsofpeoplesrepublicofchina.hence,theresponsibilities,rights,andobligationsofeachpartyarespecifiedwiththeviewtoensuringthatbothpartieswill
4、honorablyputtheagreementintoexecution.免责条例（1）针对甲方需搬迁的设备，乙方只负责硬件设备搬迁不负责数据和软件安全。（2）对于搬迁的设备，乙方如果需对设备进行拆装，以后因拆装引起的保修问题由甲方负责。exemptions1.inperformingtheservicesstipulatedintheagreement,thecarriershallberesponsibleformovingtheshippershardwareonly,butshallnotinanywaybeheldliableforthesafetyorintactnessofth

7、sportation,includingthedriver,fuel,parkingcharge,andinsurancermb950perdayotherequipmentnatobenegotiatedandquoted甲乙双方在搬迁完三个工作日内：乙方根据搬迁验机单统计此次搬迁设备所产生的费用，将费用清单以书面形式交付甲方，甲方核实无误后签字确认，此费用清单原件甲乙双方各持一份（费用清单见附件b）。注：因本合同所产生搬迁设备数量无法在搬迁前确认及统计，所以具体费用以费用清单为准。withinthreedaysaftertheservicesagreedonarecompleted,the

9、ementcannotbepreciselyestimatedbeforethemove,theactualexpensesshalldependonnothingotherthanthefinaldetailedbill.甲方搬迁前准备1.做好所有数据备份，确保数据安全；2.选择一条以上运输线路图，提前五日提供给乙方；3.检测新机房温度，湿度，电源环境（注:地线必须接地）达到设备使用要求；4.提前办理好搬迁所需的出入门及相关手续，以便搬迁顺利；5.甲方提供一位协调人员与乙方协调人员配合工作；6.新机房设备摆放图，提前五天供给乙方；7.新工作环境和现在工作环境各提供一间作为设备周转用途的工作场

37、运输1.按甲方提供的运输路线图运输；2.每趟运输车上乙方配备24位工作人员确保运输途中安全（建议甲方提供一人协助）；3.到达目的地，设备搬进新机房；4.搬运过程轻拿轻放。transportingtheequipment1.thetransportationroutedesignatedbytheshippershallbefollowedtotheletter.2.foreachvehicleengagedintheservice,thecarriershalldeploytwotofourofitsemployeesonittoensurethesafeandsmoothtransit;me
38、anwhile,itisrecommendedthattheshippershoulddispatchoneemployeetoworkwiththoseofthecarrierforthesamepurpose.3.onarrivingatthedestination,theequipmentshallbemovedintothenewterminal.4.alltheequipmentmentionedhereinshallbehandledinamostprudentwaythroughouttheservice.设备安装调试1.搬运到位后首先清点设备；2.先将ups安装调试正常；3.逐
39、一将机柜安装到位；4.服务器，小型机，交换机等对应上架；5.根据标注对应联接各机柜内部线路；6.乙方现场监控人员再对所有设备进行加电前最后一次全面检查；7.甲乙双方工作人员同时在场，分别对设备加电测试并签验机单；8.将搬迁验机单复印件留给甲方，乙方保留原件。installationandalignmentofequipment1.assoonasadeviceismovedtoitsappointedposition,bothpartiesshallmakesurethatthereisnodamageorlosscausedtothedevice.2.afterthat,theupsmainframeshallbeinstalledfirstandalignedtoworkwell.3.thenthecorrespondingcabinetshallbeputinitsplaceoneaftertheother.4.theserver,smallmachine,andswitchboardshallbeputinplacesuccessively.5.incompliancewiththestandarddirections,theinnerwiri
