1、膨化机操作手册,OVERVIEW,产量,总数量,调质器供水泵,水压阀,重置数量,彭化机供水泵,蒸汽阀,水阀,主电机,调质器加水量,膨化机加水量,主电机载荷,旁通按钮,重置按钮,温度指示器,切刀电机,设定速度的切刀电机,调质器电机,调质器上的蒸汽阀,蒸汽阀,喂料器设定,喂料器电机,膨化机拱油泵,When push at main motor will has a window of main motor appear as above当按主电机按钮，就会呈现以上的窗口If we operator by manu push main button then push start for start
2、 main motor and stop push button for stop main motor当按主电机按钮时，按开始则启动主电机，按停止则暂停主电机If we operator by Auto mode push Auto button(Auto button will change to green color)如果是自动模式则按自动按钮（自动按钮会变成绿色）,When push at conditioner motor will has a window of conditioner motor appear as above当按调质器电机按钮时，In operator we
3、will start conditioner 2 first then start conditioner 1 在操作 过程中，先启动调质器2，再启动调质器1If we operator by manu push main button then push start for start conditioner motor and stop push button for stop conditioner motor操作时，先按主按钮，再启动调质器的电机，如果要停止调质器电机则按停止按钮If we operator by Auto mode push Auto button(Auto butt
4、on will change to green color)如果是自动模式则按自动按钮（自动按钮会变成绿色）,When push at conditioner 2 buttom will has a window of conditioner motor appear as above当按调质器2的按钮时，就会出现以上窗口。In operator we will start conditioner 2 first then start conditioner 1在操作过程中 先启动调质器2，在启动调质器1If we operator by manu push main button then
5、push start for start conditioner motor 2 and stop push button for stop conditioner motor 2在操作过程中，按开始按钮启动电机2，按停止按钮停下电机2If we operator by Auto mode push Auto button(Auto button will change to green color)如果是自动模式则按自动按钮（自动按钮会变成绿色）,When push at feeder motor will has a window of feeder motor appear as abo
6、ve当按喂料电机上的按钮时，会呈现一个窗口If we operator by manu push main button then push start for start feeder motor and stop push button for stop feeder motor如果按照主菜单操作，按主按钮，按开始按钮启动喂料电机，按停止按钮停下电机If we operator by Auto mode push Auto button(Auto button will change to green color)如果是自动模式则按自动按钮（自动按钮会变成绿色）,When push bes
7、ide feeder motor will has a window of feeder setting appear as above then we set the value当按喂料电机旁边的 按钮时，会出现以上的设定界面，然后设定有效值,0%,0%,When push at Knife motor will has a window of knife motor appear as above当按切刀电机旁边的按钮时，就会出现以上窗口If we operator by manu push main button then push start for start Knife motor
8、 and stop push button for stop Knife motor如果按照主菜单操作，按主按钮，按开始按钮启动切刀电机，按停止按钮停下电机If we operator by Auto mode push Auto button(Auto button will change to green color)如果是自动模式则按自动按钮（自动按钮会变成绿色）,When push above knife motor will has a window of knife setting appear as above then we set the value当按切刀电机上面的 按钮时
9、，会出现以上的设定界面，然后设定有效值,0%,0%,When push at water to conditioner motor will has a window of water to conditioner motor appear as above如果按调质器供水电机的按钮，会出现以上的界面If we operator by manu push main button then push start for start water to conditioner motor and stop push button for stop water to conditioner motor
10、如果按照主菜单操作，按主按钮，按开始按钮启动调质器供水电机，按停止按钮停下电机If we operator by Auto mode push Auto button(Auto button will change to green color)如果是自动模式则按自动按钮（自动按钮会变成绿色）,When push below motor pump to conditioner will has a window of Additive 1 setting will appear as above then we set the value at in manu mode.In AUTO mod
11、e we just setting 当按调质器马达泵下面的 按钮时，会出现以上添加1的窗口设置，然后设定有效值，在自动模式下，设定,0kg/h,0kg/h,23%,0kg/h,23%,When push at water to EXT motor will has a window of water to EXT motor appear as above如果按膨化机供水电机的按钮，会出现以上的界面If we operator by manu push main button then push start for start water to ext motor and stop push
12、button for stop water to EXT motor如果按照主菜单操作，按主按钮，按开始按钮启动膨化机供水电机，按停止按钮停下电机If we operator by Auto mode push Auto button(Auto button will change to green color)如果是自动模式则按自动按钮（自动按钮会变成绿色）,When push below motor pump to EXT will has a window of Additive 3 setting will appear as above then we set the value at in manu mode.In AUTO mode we just setting。当按膨化机马达泵下面的 按钮时，会出现以上添加3的窗口设置，然后设定有效值，在自动模式下，设定,0kg/h,0kg/h,23%,0kg/h,23%,0kg/h,0kg/h,注意在熟练操作前除了这两个地方设定AUTO外，其余电机及阀都设为MAN,注意在正常生产过程中此处压力超过30Bar时即可能出现了堵模（要加锂基脂油才会有压力显示）,注意在正常生产时此处处于这个状态而不是旁通状态（旁通状态不会与烘干机连锁）,The End,
