30、施工、保护环境为原则进行施工总平面布置和组织施工；采取有效措施，减少用地，复耕还田。1.2.6加强施工管理，严密组织施工，综合协调管理，做好各方面保障。推广应用“四新”技术，采用先进施工工艺，降低工程成本。2.工程概况根据长春市四环路总体规划，该处为规划四环路下穿哈大客运专线动车走行线左线、右线及哈大客专铁路桥。2.1桥梁工程概述2.1.1框构桥：车行框构桥中心线与左线交叉点铁路里程D1K0+702.438，斜交角度为93.66。左侧辅道框构桥中心线与左线交叉点铁路里程D1K0+740.757，斜交角度为88.53。，右侧辅道框构桥中心线与左线交叉点铁路里程D1K0+663.149，斜交角度为
31、98.82。车行道框构桥车行桥为2孔连续式，每孔净宽为18.5m，框构顶板厚1.2m，底板厚1.3m，中墙1.0m，两侧墙厚1.2m。车行框构桥全高9.85m，全长9.12m。辅道框构桥位于车行桥两侧，距车行桥中心线约30m，各为一孔独立的框构结构，净宽14.5m。2.1.2四环路立交中桥：为4孔24米预应力混凝土梁桥。下部结构：基础为24根钻孔灌注桩，桥墩为重力式桥墩，灌注桩和桥墩由承台连接。上部结构:采用24mT梁。2.2道路工程概述 引道U形槽：车行道U形槽共29段，UIIU18段侧墙均宽1.4m，底板厚1.4m；U08U10、U19U22段侧墙均宽1.2m，底板厚1.4m；U05U07
32、、U23U26段侧墙均宽1.0m，底板厚1.2m；U01U04、U27U29段侧墙均宽0.8m，底板厚1.0m。U形槽设抗拔桩，抗拔桩与底板用冠梁连接。U形槽纵向分段长度为1520m，U形槽顶部接人行栏杆。2.3排水工程概述 雨水管道和雨水口连接管均采用钢筋混凝土排水管，管径为d300d1200，共计2330m；检查井54座，沉淀井1座，雨水口64座。框构桥南北两侧车行道及近期人行道雨水由雨水口收集后，分别汇至雨水主管道，排至U型槽外后汇合，最后排至市政雨水泵站。2.4工程特点 2.4.1长春市四环路建设工程下穿哈大客运专线框构桥工程工程量大，工期要求紧，工程质量要求高。2.4.2工程施工期间
33、穿插交叉作业多，施工组织、施工管理难度大，成品保护难。3.施工部署3.1施工总体部署项目部下设桥梁队、U型槽一队、U型槽二队、路基路面队、排水队和桩基队六个施工队，桥梁队负责立交桥两座桥梁施工；桩基队施工全部钻孔桩；路基路面队负责全部路基填方、路面工程及附属施工；排水队负责排水工程施工；U型槽一队负责U01U14施工、U型槽二队U1529U及DQ01、DQ02施工。本工程路基工程和排水工程穿插交叉作业较多，施工前熟悉图纸，合理安排排水工程和路基工程施工顺序，减少不必要的返工。根据设计图纸及现场实际情况计划先进行桥梁工程、挡土墙、路基挖方、场地内填方及排水工程施工，在具备条件的路段进行路基填方施
34、工。确保各工序衔接，避免重复作业。本工程混凝土采用商品混凝土。桥梁施工要按照设计施工顺序，合理安排工期、施工方法，确保工程保质保量的完成。3.2工程施工目标工程施工总体目标详见下表总体工作目标表项 目工 作 目 标质量目标确保工程质量达到优质工程，杜绝各类质量事故。分项工程一次检验合格率100%；单位工程检验合格率100%。工期目标本工程计划于2009年7月25日开工，2010年10月15日竣工，总工期为448天。安全目标在实施本合同工程的全过程中，坚持“安全第一，预防为主”的方针，做到“三无、三消灭、一创建”，即：无因工死亡事故、无行车和人身安全的重大、大事故、无火灾爆炸事故；消灭违章指挥、
35、消灭违章作业、消灭惯性事故；创建安全文明样板工地。环境保护施工现场及各种临时设施严格按环境保护有关规定进行规划并实施，满足环保部门及当地政府有关环保要求，减少占地、复耕还田。文明施工工程质量、施工资料、安全管理、施工现场及各种临时设施等严格按文明工地标准执行，创文明施工样板工地。3.3施工总平面布置和进度计划情况3.3.1施工总平面布置根据现场实际考查，结合工期要求，本着就近、交通便利、少占耕地农田、减少污染、施工方便、标准化管理的原则布置施工场地。3.3.1.1生产、生活用房及工作场地本工程临时设施利用施工范围内的场地。项目经理部设在A匝道与B匝道中间的空地内，搭设彩钢板房。各施工队在场地范
36、围内采用活动板房搭设。项目部设标准养护室和储料仓库，标准养护室结构为砖混结构，内部配有恒温恒湿养护箱、空调、喷淋装置、温度计等。3.3.1.2监理工程师驻地按照招标文件要求的标准执行，按要求配备办公、生活用品、交通工具等，保障其工作条件满足业主要求。3.3.1.3工地试验室本工程试验全部委托具有试验资质的试验室进行试验。项目部设配备标准养护室用来对混凝土、砂浆等试块进行标准养护，以满足本工程试验检测需要。3.3.1.4施工用水施工用水和生活用水从当地管网接入，并配备运水车保证施工及生活用水。3.3.1.5施工用电工程用电与当地电业部门联系，采用地方电网，由高压线引入，同时配备变压器，以保证整个
37、工程用电，并配备适量发电机组，以备临时停电应急使用。3.3.1.6施工通迅沿线通讯条件较好，项目部、监理驻地利用当地通信线路，接通程控电话，施工通讯采取手机通讯方式，接通宽带，进行网上办公，并设传真机，便于与业主建立图文联系。3.3.1.7临时便道施工现场交通条件较好，根据施工需要，利用原有道路进场后，在清表的同时，沿线利用人行道位置修筑施工便道，并在U型槽两侧修筑临时便道，以满足施工需要。便道宽6.0m,纵坡在2%以下,采用泥结碎石路面。施工总平面布置见施工总平面布置图3.3.2进度计划情况为按照业主要求的工期如期完工，本工程开工前做好充分的准备，开工后狠抓每个施工环节，在确保质量及文明施工
