36、三层为C25,三层以上为C20;楼面为C20,屋面板、为C25密实性混凝土。 安装工程设计概况 给水、排水工程概况给水系统 各栋楼单独供水，供水方式为：市政给水管地下水池泵水箱各用户的上行下给供水方式。排水系统污水经埋地式污水处理装置处理后排入市政污水管。雨水经集中收集后排入规划河道。管材生活给水管采用PE管，热容连接；屋面给水管及埋地管采用涂塑钢管法兰连接。消火栓系统：DN100镀心锌钢管，DN100采用焊接钢管，喷淋采用内外热渡锌钢管。污水管采用UPVC排水管，排水出户管采用埋地UPVC排水管。卫生器具座式大便器，安装参90S432-55。挂式小便器安装详90S342-69管道安装室内给水

38、电系统采用TN-S系统，设置专用保护线（PE）,凡正常不带电而绝缘损害时可能带电的电气设备的金属外壳、穿线金属管电缆外皮、支架等均应与保护线可靠连接，从变配电所起把中性线与保护线（PE）严格分开。总等电位联结应把保护干线、接地干线、各种金属管道如水管、煤气管、空调系统的升压管以及建筑金属构件、钢筋混凝土基础等可靠连结，总等电位联结线采用404镀锌扁钢与基础接地体焊接，辅等电位联结应把所有能同时触及的电气设备外壳可导电部分、各种金属管、楼板钢筋及所有保护线连接。建筑物防雷本工程按三类防雷建筑设计防雷保护。防雷主要措施：住宅屋面采用12镀锌圆做避雷带，组成不大于20m20m的网格。所有突出屋面的金
39、属构件均应与避雷带可靠焊接。引下线利用柱内的两根直径大于16的对角主筋通长焊接作为避雷引下线，上端与避雷带连接，下端与地梁两根主筋焊接。接地保护：附设配电房的单体低压接地保护形式为TN-S系统。其他单体低压接地保护形式为TN-C-S系统。防雷接地、保护接地、弱电系统接地共用一接地网，总接地电阻小于1欧。利用建筑物基础中钢筋做接地体：将基础四周外围地梁梁底两根主筋焊接成电气通路，与利用作引下线的柱内两根主筋及桩基内主筋焊通，地网均压带可利用基础地梁内钢筋作好焊接工作，无地梁处用扁钢254连接。电气设备的接地装置均应与接地网连接。第二节招投标内容及要求招标范围招标范围：本次招标范围为锦绣闽江B标段
