17、约4.3t配套电机重约6.15t,膜片水泵控制阀重2.5t由于室外汽车吊只能送到泵房的大门口,室内的天车又决不允许外拉斜拽,只有采取临时措施,具体办法如图示用型材在室外做一平台,与室内地平标高相等,或略高于室内,用6根钢轨或工字钢铺在上面做滑道,室内设水平底滑轮,然后利用室内天车做动力,将设备拽入室内天车能吊到的位置.4.双吸泵的安装:设备运到现场后,如果出厂日期在泵的防锈保证期内,又无明显的缺陷,泵不宜拆卸,只作表面的清洗和检查,泵的安装纵向、横向水平偏差不应大于0.10/1000mm,在泵加工面上测量,由于基础的设计为预留孔,泵需两次安装,初找正时,在土建浇灌地脚螺栓时要注意检查地脚螺栓是

19、157540686305.设备安装 刮油刮渣机的安装按随机技术文件及说明书的要求进行安装,因设备是在轨道上运行,轨道安装的好坏直接影响到设备的运行. 轨道安装前应对其池面上的预埋件进行测量,记录下各点预埋件标高的高低差,所用的钢轨要对端面直线度,扭曲进行检查,合格后方可使用,钢轨铺设时,可将一根钢轨断为两截,铺在两条钢轨的起始端,一根在轨道的南端,一根在轨道的北端,使两轨道的接头错开,两平行的钢轨的轨距4m,两平行轨道端面的高低差5m,纵向不水平度10m,对于其它方面的要求按蓝图中的技术要求进行.6.工艺管道安装所有工艺管道安装均采用V形坡口,坡口形式如下表管道焊缝加强面标准(mm)管壁厚度s

22、放时,要放置牢固,固定住.4.在旋流井下面作业时,因上面有孔洞,又无法遮盖,要设警示牌,提醒附近人,下面有人作业或设人看护.5.旋流井、平流泵房地表以上、行人平台上,碎石、碎铁头要清理干净,以防行人踢下,伤着下面作业人员,如需在上面作业,每天工作完毕,必须清理干净.6.在安装抓斗吊时,由于露天无挡墙,在高空轨道两侧作业区域设临时护栏,待天车安装完毕后拆除.7.旋流井和泵房内如需照明,要用电缆线,不得使用胶质线,如用手拿灯,要采用24v安全电压.8.所有电动工具、器具都要做好接地保护.9.现在正值雨季,室外作业如遇阴雨天,要停止作业,确实需要,要配置雨具,并穿戴好绝缘鞋、绝缘手套.10.地坑或井
