29、国家现行法律法规。3) 建筑施工手册。4)石拉乌素矿井选煤厂总施工组织总设计。2 工程概况2.1气象本区属半干旱温带高原大陆性气候。太阳辐射强烈,日照丰富,干燥少雨,风大沙多,无霜期短。冬季漫长寒冷,夏季炎热短暂,春季回暖升温快,秋季气温下降显著。冻结期一般从10月份开始到次年的4月份。2.2工程概况原煤仓及装车控制室为3个28m的落地预应力钢筋混凝土圆筒仓,单仓储量25666t,建筑体积3*36928m3。结构形式为预应力筒体结构,基础形式为箱型基础。本工程以绝对标高1338.3m做为设计相对标高0.000m,基础垫层100mm厚C15混凝土,垫层底标高-5.1米;垫层上为1.4米厚C30底
30、板,底板上为550mm厚C40环墙;箱基顶板标高为-0.800米。2.3工程施工难点分析1) 工程施工工艺复杂,施工技术含量高,施工难度大。2) 工程任务重,工期紧,专业队伍多。对施工队伍的素质和现场组织管理要求高。3 总体施工部署3.1工程项目管理目标工程按着GB50326-2006建设工程项目管理规范要求进行,3.1.1 质量目标争创优良工程3.1.2 垂直运输机械布置原煤仓设置二台塔吊,覆盖3座原煤仓。3.1.3 职业健康安全管理目标杜绝重伤以上事故;无重大机械、火灾事故;无职业卫生伤害事故;轻伤事故频率在1以下。3.1.4 环境管理及现场文明施工目标噪音污染物排放符合国家标准,环境事故
31、率为零;创文明工地。3.1.5 安全质量标准化管理目标达到公司安全质量标准化工地一级标准。3.4 总体施工顺序安排3.4.1 施工区域划分将整原煤仓工程划分为A、B、C号仓3个施工段。3.4.2 施工流向安排各施工区的仓按照合理的施工流向组织施工。3.4.3 流水段划分原煤仓工程合理划分为3个流水段,1个仓为1个流水段,使人员、机械设备得到充分施展,确保工期按时完成。4 施工准备4.1 现场准备4.1.1 组织准备项目经理部按照项目管理要求进行劳动力组织和施工安排,随施工进度对资源进行合理配置及动态管理,实行流水作业,确保工期、安全、质量、成本等目标的实现根据本工程的施工特点,在工程施工中,组
32、建强有力的项目领导班子,组织一流的技术管理人员和施工管理人员,建立完善的质量管理、工期管理、职业健康、安全管理和环境管理体系,确保各项目标的实现。4.1.2 现场临时道路场区临时道路及排水沟根据现场实际情况布置,场区内临时道路根据工业广场总平面图确定,尽可能利用厂区的永久道路,根据永久道路的标高和作法,先把路基作好,压路机碾压,在临时道路两侧做好临时排水沟,把地表水及部分地下渗水排出场外,保证工程在雨季施工中能够正常行车。不能利用厂区道路时,布置施工现场临时道路,临时道路用压路机碾压密实。以满足施工和消防要求。4.1.3 现场临时供水水源由业主提供。水源引入点根据业主提供的方案确定,具体布置见
33、施工总平面布置图。现场供水采用直埋管道。从甲方提供水源处引出管道通向原煤仓施工点处,管径为150mm。埋地管网埋深在冰冻线以下。4.1.4 场区排水在钢筋场区地面硬化时做好场区排水,排水坡度0.5%,钢筋排水排向钢筋场地的西侧。4.1.5 临时用电施工电源由甲方提供电源接一个箱式变压器接入用电施工区域。A仓塔吊处设置一个二级配电箱,钢筋棚处设置一个二级配电箱,分别在三个仓边缘处个设置一个二级配电箱满足仓内施工需要。电线、电缆截面选择地面动力主电缆根据电量计算数据选用符合要求的五芯电缆;塔吊采用 VV29-1000V 335225;砼输送泵采用VV29-1000V 370216;钢筋切断器等7.
34、5KW以下配YC-500V32.521.5 mm2电缆;电焊机采用YC-500V36 mm2电缆;对焊机采用YC-500V325 mm2电缆;现场照明采用10mm2电缆。供电分区设计场区动力用电及场区照明设计采用电缆埋地敷设,埋深700mm,场区照明在塔吊河钢筋棚处设置滴灯,能够保证在夜间正常行车;在各木工棚及钢筋棚均设照明灯,在每个灯位上分设开关,对每个灯进行控制。4.2技术准备4.2.1 施工技术准备根据陆续出图的特点,认真学习施工图纸了解设计意图和相关规范,掌握本工程建筑、结构的形式和特点,明确各专业的设计要求合理组织。b.考察施工现场,督促业主在工程开工前保证施工现场具备开工条件。施工

38、作定位墩安装柱模板安柱箍安拉杆或斜撑办预检1.按标高抹好水泥砂浆找平层,按位置线做好定位墩台,以便保证柱轴线边线与标高的准确,或者按照放线位置,在柱四边离地58cm处的主筋上焊接支杆,从四面顶住模板,以防止位移。2.安装柱模板:通排柱,先装两端柱,经校正、固定、拉通线校正中间各柱。模板按柱子大小,预拼成一面一片(一面的一边带一个角膜),或两面一片,就位后先用铅丝与主筋绑扎临时固定,用U形卡将两侧模板连接卡紧,安装完两面再安另外两面模板。3.安装柱箍:柱箍可用角钢、钢管等制成,采用木模板时可用螺栓、方木制作钢木箍。柱箍应根据拉模尺寸、侧压力大小,在模板设计中确定柱箍尺寸间安装柱模的拉杆或斜撑:柱
39、模每边设2根拉杆,固定于事先预埋在楼板内的钢筋环上,用经纬仪控制,用花篮螺栓调节校正模板垂直度。拉杆与地面夹角直为45,预埋的钢筋环与柱距离宜为3/4柱高。4.将柱模内清理干净,封闭清理口,办理柱模预检。5.1.1.2筒壁及附壁柱模安装筒壁模板安装工艺:组装前检查安装第一步模板 (两侧)安装内楞调整模板平直安装第二步至顶部两侧模板安装内楞调平直安装对拉螺栓安装内外钢楞加斜撑并调模板检查加固a. 模板安装前,应进行下列工作:检查面板清洁度;复合基层上内外模板控制线和标高;涂刷脱模剂,且脱模剂应均匀。b.在安装模板前,按位置线安装模板,与墙体钢筋固定。c.安装模板边线必须两侧模板同时安装。环墙采用
40、12mm净面木模板;后背40mm*90mm立木方,竖向间距200mm;水平采用10#槽钢,水平间距1000mm,对拉螺栓14螺栓(两头丝)加固。详见下图:d.筒壁模板的背部支撑由三层(木方、钢管和槽钢)组成:直接支撑模板的为木方;用以支撑木方的为槽钢。组装墙体模板时,通过穿墙螺栓将墙体两侧模板拉结,每个穿墙螺栓成为钢管的支点。墙模板一次支3.2米高,至HL1底部。e.筒壁模板安装时必须保证筒壁的厚度,筒壁厚度为550mm。f.模板之间应连接紧密,模板间的拼缝应平整、严密,模板支撑应设置正确、连接牢固。g.模板竖向拼缝设置在竖肋位置,并在接缝处贴单面胶条;水平拼缝位置一般无横肋,拼缝处用单面密封
41、条贴好,再用胶带纸封严;将竖向模板下部的缝隙封堵严密。为防止密封条挤压后凸出板面,在模板侧面退后板面13mm粘贴。5.1.2钢筋工程原煤仓环墙有附壁柱,施工中先绑扎柱子钢筋,再绑扎环墙钢筋。柱子中20以上钢筋采用直螺纹接头,接头质量必须符合GB50204-2002的规定,柱子主筋要垂直,箍筋要扎紧,开口沿柱高分开布置。剪力墙钢筋接头采用绑扎接头,接头部位用三道绑丝绑扎牢固,同一截面内接头数量不超过墙筋总数的50,且应交错布置,剪力墙钢筋网相交点应每点绑牢,绑扎点的绑扎丝须成“八”字形,以免网片弯斜变形。双排钢筋两侧分别加设塑料垫块,呈梅花形布置,间距600mm,以保证混凝土保护层厚度。为了保证
42、筒壁上口钢筋保护层均匀,采用下图做法:柱钢筋绑扎工艺流程:套柱箍筋搭接竖向受力筋画箍筋间距线绑箍筋。图纸设计要求间距计算好每根柱箍筋数量,先将柱箍套在下层伸出的搭接筋上,然后立柱子钢筋,主筋接头的位置依设计50%要求错开,在立好的柱子竖向钢筋上,用石笔画出箍筋间距,然后将已套好的箍筋往上移动,由上往下宜采用缠扣绑扎。箍筋与主筋要垂直,箍筋转角与主筋交点均要绑扎,主筋与箍筋非转角部分的相交点成梅花交错绑扎,保护层塑料环垫块在外竖筋上,间距1000mm。5.1.3混凝土工程5.1.3.1混凝土搅拌砼采用商品混凝土,首先进行砼初凝,终凝试验,测定出砼初凝时间和终凝时间。5.1.3.2混凝土浇灌要求:
43、严格按重量比控制砼的配合比。5.1.3.3模板上口的残余砼,必须由砼工在浇完砼后马上清理干净。5.1.3.4应严格控制分层浇筑的间隔时间。分层厚度不宜超过500mm。须严格执行砼分层交圈均匀浇筑速度。5.1.3.5振捣砼不应触及支承杆,钢筋和模板,混凝土应振捣均匀,严禁漏振、过振,振振捣棒插入下层混凝土表面的深度不可超过50mm。5.1.3.6砼出模后,表面缺陷要及时修饰,保持砼表面平整,抹子压光,修补时所有予留孔、予埋件要凿出。5.1.3.7砼养护采取浇水养护。5.1.3.8混凝土浇筑前应保持模板内清洁、无积水。5.2脚手架工程本工程+0.4米至漏斗处筒壁施工时采用挑脚手架施工,漏斗及以下柱
44、支设采用满堂脚手架及快拆支撑体系。各种脚手架施工前均要编制搭设方案。所有脚手架按编制的搭设方案进行施工后,必须由项目部专职安全员等有关人员参加验收合格后方可使用。6 施工进度计划及保证措施6.1 施工进度计划签订工程总承包合同后,将充分利用我公司多年来一直在中国进行选煤厂总承包建设的设计、施工和管理经验,作好充分施工准备和组织工作,顺利完成石拉乌素矿井选煤厂总承包建设任务。我们将充分利用这一优势,把原煤仓作为重点工程,利用我公司特有的设计人才资源优势,在最短时间内把土建工程图纸完成,抢工期、抢进度,在最短的时间内完成施工任务。6.2 施工进度保证措施制定三级控制保证计划:根据总控计划编月进度计
45、划,以月度计划控制周计划,以周控制日作业计划。根据进度、工程量和流水段划分合理安排劳动力和投入生产设备,保证按照进度计划的要求完成任务。加强操作人员对质量意识的培养,提高施工质量和一次合格率,从而可以保证施工进度。加强例会制度,解决矛盾、协调关系,保证按照施工进度计划进行。在实行“项目管理”的基础上实行“目标管理”,根据质量目标、安全目标、工期目标实行行之有效的管理,在工程中采取“工序”管理模式,随时随地按国家质量标准跟踪检查,力争一次成优,确保主要工序、关键路线按期或提前完成。6.2.1 组织措施根据工程施工难度大、工期紧的特点,公司抽调具有类似工程项目管理经验又精明能干的人员,组成一级项目
46、经理部。实行项目施工管理模式,建立以项目经理为首的管理层全权组织施工诸要素,实行项目经理负责制对合同履约、工程质量、工期、安全生产、项目成本等全面负责。各工程处成立二级项目部,具体组织落实各自片区内的工程质量、工期、安全生产工作。6.2.2 技术措施1) 加强技术管理工作,精心施工,合理安排施工程序和交叉流水作业,加快施工进度,缩短施工周期。认真熟悉图纸及规范要求,加强与设计院、监理、甲方在技术方面沟通,把设计变更处理在施工之前。推广和应用新技术、新工艺、新材料、改进施工方法,优化施工提高工作效率,加快施工进度。利用微机管理提高管理水平。科学制定施工进度网络计划,强化计划管理,加强日进度计划控制,旬月进度计划考核,以日保旬,以旬保月,以月保总工期的实现。作好各种影响施工进度因素的预防工作,配备发电机、蓄水箱、防雨布、保温材料等,把不利因素降到最低点。加强团结协作,根据矿区总体工期安排,从大局出发,处理好外部协调工作。加强设备管理及时检修,保证施工过程中各种机械正常运行,防止因设备影响工期。6.2.3 经济措施公司储备重点项目资金,以备业主资金暂时不到位时急用,保证资源投入确保工程连续施工。做到专款专用,没有项目经理签字不能动用资金。6.2.4 合同措施项目部坚持每日召开生产调度例会,严格执行总体网络进度计划,使
