25、3、机具设备一览表 10714、施工人员组成 10815、施工平面布置及配置 108碱回收车间施工组织设计一、前言蒸发工段是造纸厂治污工程碱回收车间所属三个工段中的首前工段,它的主要任务是把蒸煮后的废稀黑碱液经过本工段的多效蒸发器,并利用较短的时间生产出可送燃烧工段浓度为43-45%的浓黑液,所以燃烧工段能否得到合格的浓黑液关键在于蒸发工段对稀黑液的蒸发质量和浓度指标。碱回收锅炉是现代碱回收装置的最主要设备之一。黑液锅炉的安全问题是至关重要的,碱炉的炉膛是由膜式水冷壁构成的,若任何一点疏忽都会造成水冷壁泄漏和爆管。从而发生熔融物遇水爆炸事故给工厂带来巨大损失，造成人员伤亡，设备严重损坏。其后果
26、远比一般中、高压锅炉水冷壁爆管严重得多。因此，除制造厂在设计和制造上采取一系列的可靠的结构和制造工艺外（一般按高压锅炉的标准），安装工作也是锅炉建设过程中重要的环节，对锅炉的安全、经济和可靠运行极为重要。苛化工段是造纸厂治污工程碱回收车间所属三个工段中的最后一个工段，它的主要任务是把燃烧工段送来的绿液与稀白液混合澄清后，经苛化制成烧碱（即白液），送蒸煮工段使用。为了确保碱回收车间的安装质量和工作顺利进行,我公司认真研究了碱回收车间的设备和工艺要求,根据有关技术资料编写了碱回收车间的安装施工组织设计,供现场施工人员和质量人员参考使用,编写过程中,我们所依据的技术资料和所遵守的法规如下:1招标方技

32、用(GB5027398)工业锅炉安装工程施工及验收规范中的“基础检查和划线”和钢架安装的允许偏差作为该设备的安装标准来控制安装质量。2.1.3各种泵33台,泵的安装应执行(GB5027598)压缩机、风机、泵安装工程施工及验收规范的相应部分标准(即第五节)。2.1.4其它设备13台,安装要求应达到转动灵活及实用方便即可。2.2燃烧工段主要包括220T/D碱炉1台、圆盘蒸发器1台、入炉黑液槽1台、溶解槽1台、碱灰溶解槽1台、除氧器1台、一次风加热器1台、二次风加热器1台、三次风加热器1台、储油罐2台、冷凝水箱1台、定期排污扩容器1台、连续排污扩容器1台、高位水箱1台、一次风机1台、二次风机1台、
